För våra amerikanska gäster finns över 300 kanaler med digital kabel-TV och våra engelska gäster alla Premier League-spel och European Cup-spel tillgängliga på vår 42 'Plasma. Tillsammans med gratis kompletterande wifi-åtkomst och gratis obegränsade telefonsamtal till USA, CANADA, Storbritannien och Irland. Vi är vackert placerade för enkel åtkomst till alla temaparkens attraktioner. Belgravia Villa erbjuder avgiftsfri tillgång till Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Wet 'n' Wild och SeaWorld. Vi är drygt en timmes bilresa från östkustlinjen. Och golfare kommer aldrig att sakna originalitet i denna region - det finns inte mindre än 125 banor inom en 40 minuters bilresa från Orlando.

Vi har ett king size-sovrum med eget badrum och garderob. Vi har också ett queen size-sovrum och ytterligare 2 tvåbäddsrum, vi har också ett badrum / dusch och toalett på övervåningen och nerför trappan har vi också ett halvt badrum som består av toalett och tvättställ. Alla rum har kabel-tv och sängkläder och lampor, alla sovrum är fullt möblerade till högsta standard. Nedervåningen har vi ett fullt utrustat kök med matsal med alla de senaste elektriska artiklarna. Matsalen har plats för upp till 8 personer, som också har en fantastisk utsikt med utsikt över poolområdet. Den formella loungen är möblerad till en mycket hög standard med en 3 sittande soffa och två sittande soffor och familjerummet har 42 i plasma-tv och dvd-spelare tillsammans med HD-kabel-tv. Warm and welcoming

Home was as advertised, safety features easy to use and felt secure, pool was beautiful, comfortable beds with hot showers. Stayed in January so it was chilly for Florida but enjoyed the outdoors as much as we could. We would stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous clean home lots of room

This house was spotless, and owner was available for any questions. Pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and every room had clean and comfy bedding. Washer and dryer and game room were a plus. Great home for larger family in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney parks.

Outstanding villa

Beautiful accommodation close to local shops and disney parks. Steve was very helpful providing info before we arrived and also checking everything was ok when we arrived. Only a 20 min drive to universal studios (which was brilliant)would stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Home away from home

My family and I came up to the Orlando area for a mini vacation and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Belgravia Villa has all the comforts of home, plus some! We had a wonderful time playing in the game room and swimming in the pool. Thank you for making our stay stress free and enjoyable!

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

The home is beautiful, with plenty of space for all family members to have privacy. My kids did not go a day being bored as there is plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy. We will definitely be back!! The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions you may have.

A very smart spacious villa

We stay often in villas in Davenport, FL, and this has to be one of the nicest presented and spacious villas. The large "great room of open plan kitchen, diner and living room is amazing. It also has an enlarged pool deck and privacy fencing around the rear gardens which adds to the ambiance. The pool was clean, and water was warm on our arrival - which is a rarity these days, so well done for ensuring the pool heating was on before our arrival! Well done guys, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely Gorgeous Home

Perfect family home!!! Very spacious with plenty of room for a large family, also perfect for a small family. Beautiful pool and a fun game room for the kids . The home is very Clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It gives you the feeling that you are at home, as it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I will definitely return as this is the perfect house, with very accommodating owners!! It exceeded our expectations!!!

Wonderful experience

Super clean! Comfy beds and great showers. Pool safety in place for those with young kids. Always felt safe and secure. Pool heat was worth it. Pool and hot tub were great just wish we had spent more time at the house using them. We had 5 teens with us and they had plenty of room to relax. We would rent this home again without hesitation if we return to Orlando.

Quiet and peaceful

House was great and we enjoyed the stay. It was clean so nothing negative related to the house and cleanliness. The neighborhood streets were narrow and cars parked along the street were somewhat frustrating. Backyard was in a loop with 5-6 houses that joined, so not much privacy if that’s your thing. Shopping and restaurants were within 20 minutes driving and theme parks a little further out, but we wanted to be away from those crowds.

Great place! Every bit as good as the pictures!!

Scheduling and payment was simple. The owner provided all sorts of details via email before I arrived. There was also a binder with everything you'd need to know about the house and area included. We were close to all attractions and there were several places to eat at close by as well. The property was well maintained and very clean. The pictures were accurate and we loved the ease of use the house provided. We wished we could have spent more time there relaxing as it was a great layout. We'd definitely recommend this to friends and it will be the first place we try to schedule when we return to Florida.

Family trip to Disney

The property itself was amazing! Heated pool was a nice way to relax, although we didn't use it enough for my taste. We visited to spend time at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Animal Kingdom parks. The traffic was horrific no matter the time of day! While this house is close (less than 15 miles from the parks) traffic is constant and our trips there and back were usually 45 minutes to an hour. If you are going to Disney parks, you might want to consider a closer option; however, if you are visiting Orlando or don't plan to spend the whole time at Disney, this house is a great option. The bedrooms are spacious, the pool is nice - and heated. Communication with property owner was excellent; I really felt Steve cared that our trip went well.

Nice home for the family

First off, the house is spacious and clean. I enjoyed having a large table in the kitchen for family meals and comfortable seating in the family room. The beds were also comfortable and there were 3 bathrooms which is nice for a big family. The pool area and fenced in backyard are also nice. The only negative we had was that the pool and spa heat never seemed to reach maximum temperature despite the heat running and using the pool cover at night. It was still warm enough for the kids to swim but the spa never reached the temps we were hoping for to stay really comfortable. It’s possible that the cooler evening temps affected the pool heater’s work; but we’ve always vacationed over December (one year it was exceptionally cold and in the 50’s!- this year was in the 68-72 F range outside) and this is the first time we’ve ever felt chilly in the pool and spa despite paying for the heat. Still, the pool got its use and we enjoyed ourselves; I would still pay for the heat no matter what if you plan to swim in the winter months. I just wish it could’ve been a bit warmer in the pool and spa! All in all, everything was nice and well kept and clean.

Very Pleasant Stay!!!

We just returned from a trip to Florida and Disney World. We stayed for 7 days (my sister and her husband rented for three days after that) at this lovely home. Steve, the owner, was absolutely wonderful!! He was VERY prompt in getting back to us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He gave us a whole packet of information for the area restaurants and free parking at Disney World. His communication, instructions and directions were very thorough and helpful. The home was very clean, beautiful and spacious! The pool was warm, fabulous and enjoyed by us all. The home is located about 15- 20 minutes from Disney World (depending on traffic and which Disney park we were going to). Sea World is also about the same distance as well. The Gulf Coast (St. Petersburg) is about 90 minutes from the house and Cocoa Beach (on the Atlantic side) is about 60 minutes from the house. The house is located in a nice middle class neighborhood and very easy and close to get to the major I4 highway that takes you pretty much everywhere. We would definitely rent this house again. Wonderful, spacious house with pool.

This lovely house had everything required for ourselves and our three teenage kids. The pool was brilliant for an early morning dip and for chilling out after a busy day. The beds were so comfortable. There was plenty of space for us all with TV's in each bedroom and living room. Free WiFi and free calls to all landlines both in the US and at home. Playstation and a selection of games and DVD's, as well as a pool table, air hockey and darts for the kids. They were thrilled. In fact they hardly wanted to leave the house. We had to bribe them with theme park tickets or a meal out to Get them to leave. We had spent almost three weeks travelling the southeast states and this splendid relaxing rest was just what we needed. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful holiday. We like to thank Steve and Wendy for sharing this lovely house with us. It was beautiful, immaculately clean, relaxing and felt like it was ours. The caretaker, Malcolm was always on hand to answer any queries that we had. A perfect house to end to a brilliant holiday. Thank you, Steve and Wendy.

Will definitely stay here again

Would highly recommend this home to anyone of any age bracket. The home owner was very quick to respond to any question we had even though he is half way around the globe. The property manager went above and beyond in efforts to help me locate my personal tablet in hopes to get it back to me. Luckily they had security cameras to help solve the mystery of me thinking I left it behind! ( I apparently put it on the roof of the vehicle and drove off with it still up there). But I cannot express enough how willing the property manager was to not once, but twice return to the home in an effort to help me find my tablet. Very professional and made me feel as if he did everything he could possibly do to help. Aside from my own misfortune by leaving my tablet on the roof, the home was very spacious, clean, and ready to accept my family with everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. Steven, Colin, and even the cleaners were exceptionally friendly and professional in every way. Our family will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Vacation for daughter turning 13

Property is well maintained, glad to be able to speak to Stwve who has actually stayed at Property and can answer question. Everything was wonder, would love to stay again. I would in hospitality and and felt at home and we rent a house every year and this was by far the best stay.

We are both professional people in our jobs in the uk. we take great pride in being a close family and enjoy holidaying to Florida several time a year with our two grown up daughters. our home is furnished to the highest standard and we do like our home and guest to be very confortable and we always keep in touch with our guests before they arrive during there vacation.

Belgravia villa is our vacation home and we take care of our home and that's why we have set the quality of the home so high. We feel that our guests should have the highest level of comfort which we hope makes them relax more during the vacation. When we go and stop in other accomadtion we expect the highest standard. So we have transfer our expectations in to our home and we hope this shown in our video and photos. When you are visiting Disney,universal,sea world etc they are long days and we feel that coming back to your vacation home after a long day out visiting parks or the beach/shops should be very exciting and of pure luxury which makes feel more relaxed and make the vacation more memerorable that you would want to return time and time again.

Belgravia villa is well located for all major attractions, quite location within easy reach of local restaurants and shops. We are 5-10 minutes drive from the interstate 4 and less 3 minutes from Highway 27, other benefits are that the area of champions gate has 3 golf course and we have within a 15 mile radius no less than 7 golf course and two large supermarkets and another on in the pipeline along with a cinema.
