Thank you letting us stay! The listing was just as described. It was great to come back and relax after spending the day at Universal. We enjoyed the hot tub each night! The kids also really enjoyed playing pool in the garage. Definitely recommend staying here if you want space to spread out and having a nice quiet setting!

Everything was amazing, from the ease of reserving the house to checking in, staying and checking out. Everything was as stated. Very clean house and in a great location and neighborhood. This was an absolutely amazing property!! So close to all food and the Disney parks! Walmart and Walgreens also right down the street! It was perfect! The pool and hot tub are also amazing! After a long park day, there’s nothing better than this hot tub and pool.Also, you can watch the fountain from the lake as you soak in the hot tub or relax in the pool! This place definitely made our stay so much more better than we could ever have dreamed of! The hosts are also very responsive and polite as well! Can’t wait til next year to come back!!

We had an amazing week staying here! The house is beautiful and so comfortable! The hosts are so nice and are so quick to respond if you ever need anything or have any questions. They even had a personalized welcome sign when we got there which really added a nice, thoughtful touch to our check in. The location is fantastic! The house overlooks a lake and is the perfect setting for the most incredible sunsets. There are plenty of stores and restaurants conveniently nearby if you should need anything during your stay and plenty of attractions to keep you busy. The house even has a small game room with a pool table, foosball and darts and has some board games, dvds and books for those rainy days. This was such an enjoyable stay for my family and we will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Florida!

Lovely Vacation Home

Me, my husband and 22 yr old son stayed here for the second time. We love the proximity to the parks, the pool and hot tub. I like to walk in the evening and I felt safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. I even met a few neighbors walking their dogs. Had a great stay!

We were beyond impressed by this experience. The house is so nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect also. And the hosts were the kindest and most responsive that we have ever experienced... I would guess we have stayed at around 10 or so VRBOs...with at least 5 in Florida/Beach destinations. I would not hesitate to recommend this home and if we ever find ourselves in Orlando area again...this will be the first place we will try to stay.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations!We (two adults and our adult daughter) stayed at this incredible home in Kissimmee from July 2–9, 2025, after visiting New York City and Atlanta. Having rented many vacation homes across the US over the past 25 years, we can confidently say: this one is outstanding in every possible way.The house was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The pool was perfectly maintained, the air conditioning worked flawlessly and quietly, and—something truly rare—the pool cage was completely intact with no damage whatsoever. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in.What stood out most was the seamless experience. Everything was so well organized that we didn’t even need to contact the host during our stay—which is, in our opinion, a sign of true excellence.Only after we had already left did we realize we had forgotten a toiletry bag. We called Maria, and she immediately arranged for it to be shipped to us in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. It arrived the very next day. Thank you again, Maria, for going above and beyond!In short: This was one of the very best vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced – impeccably maintained and exemplary in every respect. This property is breathtaking if I could rate it 100 out of 10 I would owners were so accommodating so simple to work with. We hate that we have to leave even after five days. The pictures match the property 100% beautiful neighborhood so much nature the lake the fountain is an added extra the house had everything we needed for a family of five and we will definitely be back definitely exceeded our expectations thank you Florida for welcoming us all the way from Wisconsin.

Disney Trip

The house was clean and well maintained. It was close to all the Disney parks. It was nice to leave the parks and enjoy a late afternoon swim before returning to the parks. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Walmart. Very close that has anything you need. My granddaughters ( ages 5,8) loved the princess bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to make snacks for the parks and eat a quick breakfast before heading to the parks.

Disney & Universal Trip

My wife and I took my niece and her two boys to Disney and Universal. We choose a house close by to support home cooking and much needed relaxation in the evenings. This home was perfect. Minutes away from Disney yet located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and spacious for our party of 5. The kids loved the pool and spent hours in it every night when we returned from the parks. We also had excellent communication with our hosts. The property guide/instructions were awesome. This home was perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again in a future visit.

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay minus a couple of kitchen essentials were missing (cookie sheet/salt and pepper) and the pillows were not enjoyed by our group. The house and decor are really cute! The host had wonderful response times and seemed pleasant. We enjoyed the view from their hot tub and appreciated not sleeping in a motel.

Perfect for Disney

We booked this because of the proximity to Disney. The many amenities were a very NICE bonus! We used the hot tub nightly. It was great for sore muscles from hours of walking! The temps were a little chilly for the pool, but some of the teens did venture in there. The game room was nice after traveling HOURS to get to Orlando! We would definitely stay again if we came here.

Perfect place!

We had 7 adults and the place was plenty spacious for us all. We really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The was clean and comfortable. It is close to Disney but a little ways away from Universal. Wal Mart is 1.5 miles away so that was convenient. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful vacation home

Our group of three spent the week at this lovely home in February 2025. The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean, quiet, and there was nothing better than coming home from a day at the parks and relaxing in the pool/ tub. The owners/managers were always super responsive and were great to work with. We are Universal people, so the drives to and back on I4 were challenging to say the least, but Disney is very close to this property. We would definitely return! Thank you!!Jim Mahoney
