Spread across three levels, the villas feature two spacious living rooms with large 60â smart HDTVs, built-in fireplaces, air conditioning, and both PS5 and Xbox game consoles for endless entertainment. With two fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, cooking and socialising become part of the experience.
Each of the seven air-conditioned bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with a mix of double and twin beds, 8 bathrooms, and private balconies overlooking the peaceful surroundings.
Enjoy not one but two private outdoor pools, one of which is heated. Each pool has a connected childrenâs pool for safety and fun. Soak up the Cretan sun on 14 sunbeds and relax under 4 large umbrellas by the poolside. A built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area make al fresco meals unforgettable.
This villa is packed with family-friendly features including a childrenâs play ground, toys, and even a basketball hoop. Indoors, enjoy a gaming lounge setup, fast Wi-Fi, a gym and all essential modern appliances including washing machines and a dishwashers.
*IMPORTANT NOTICE*
The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 60 euros per day to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
Starting from January 1st 2025 there is an "environmental tax/fee" that guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 15 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

Hello there,
I am Manos, owner, and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study at Rhodesâ Tourism School and, later on, decided to start my own business in the sector.
I learned growing up in a family-run hotel that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics, and operations. It is a culture, passed down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveler, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
