We welcome you, our future guests to this beautiful, brand new, 3BR maisonette in the heart Gzira within walking distance of many amenities !
Our fully equipped home features a large living/dining area with TV and super comfy sofa and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Included within the property are 3 large comfy bedrooms, equipped with AC and storage.
Did we also mention the large, private back terrace with outdoor furniture ?
WIFI/Electricity incl.
The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.
Private Backyard | Enjoy the Maltese breeze and unwind in the private backyard which is equipped with outdoor furniture.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Living area| Massive sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed which can accommodate another extra guests (linens and towels will be included).
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, the 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom while the other two bedrooms include 2 single beds.
For the 7th guest, we can prepare the sofabed in the living room ; including linens and towels.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area. Both bathrooms include a shower, toilet and sink.
Laundry | The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack , iron and an iron board.
The apartment has a private entrance and is a single-level ground floor home.
AC in all rooms & high-speed WIFI available throughout the whole stay.
