Comfortably sleeping nine guests across four bedrooms, Huron House offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your break. Whether you're taking in the stunning, west facing lake views, unwinding in the sunken hot tub, or venturing onto the lake for some water activities, this property provides the perfect setting to create wonderful memories.
In addition to the spacious main living area, this property features an additional den/office on the top floor overlooking the lake. This multi use space is equipped with a corner sofa, TV, office desk and games, making it ideal for teenage guests or adults.
Centrally located close to the Ballihoo restaurant, tennis courts, and Lower Mill Spa, Huron House places you right at the heart of a vibrant community. This prime location ensures you'll have everything you need for a perfect getaway right at your fingertips.
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on holiday at this property.

Additionally, you'll find the convenience of a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate WC and shower. The owners have thoughtfully provided a dog crate and a few pet essentials (you will need to bring bedding for the crate).
First Floor:
Here, you'll discover the master bedroom, boasting picturesque views of the lake. Adding to the allure, there's a freestanding bath within the room itself, providing a serene spot to unwind while enjoying the captivating lake scenery. Additionally, the master bedroom features an ensuite shower room for added convenience and luxury along with a private enclosed balcony.
Along the landing, you'll find a spacious double room, complete with its own ensuite shower room for added privacy and comfort. Adjacent to it is a third bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a double bottom, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children. Additionally, there's a family bathroom available, ensuring everyone has ample space and facilities to enjoy a relaxing stay.
Second Floor:
On the second floor, you'll find the spacious den, which overlooks the lake. This inviting space is perfect for enjoying a film or playing a board game, providing an ideal retreat for relaxation and entertainment.
At the front of the property, there is a fourth room with a king bed, this bed can be separated into twin beds upon request. There is also an additional family bathroom, providing ample space and convenience for all guests.
Huron House is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and the second floor, ensuring comfort during the warmer summer months. This feature allows guests to relax indoors and maintain a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather outside.
Outside:

ÂŁ500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
No stag or hen parties are allowed at Lower Mill Estate.
Travel cot and highchair are available for ÂŁ10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.
There is a strict 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.
Habitat Escapes does not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Seasonal Closures
Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October â March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.

One small well behaved dog is permitted at this property but on the ground floor only.
The driveway can fit up to three cars â please use the overflow car park for additional cars.
