"Timberlake Cove" -Ny Construction 2018

Nybyggda hem precis färdigställda i mars 2018 och redo för familjens kul! Beläget i ett vackert och avskilt område Norris Lake nära Powell Valley Marina. Underbar utsikt över sjön med enkel åtkomst och en mycket mild sluttning med INGEN STEG ner till sjön. 4800 kvm ft hem med 6 sovrum totalt, 4 som är Master och 2 som är inbyggda våningssäng rum. Varje Master-svit har en king size-säng. Varje våningssäng har 4 sängar i full storlek (totalt 8). Varje sovrum har ett komplett badrum (ta med egna handdukar) samt en TV och takfläkt. Sovrum på bottenvåningen har gå ut skjutreglage liksom sovrummen på bottenvåningen. Varje våningssäng rum har en bänk och kran område med vacker utsikt över sjön. Husets bottenvåning har en stor öppen planlösning med ett fullt utrustat kök, bänkskivor i kvarts, öppen spis, stor TV med skålenätverk, WiFi och en 1/2 bad. Dörrarna på bottenvåningen glider upp till ett stort täckt däck med två stora lusthus, en i varje ände. Den lägre nivån är mycket rymlig med gott om sittplatser, ett bordtennisbord, TV, våt bar och ett kylskåp i full storlek. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek är också på denna nivå. 2 av master sviterna är på denna lägre nivå, även ytterligare 1/2 bad är på nivån. Lägre nivå av hem möjliggör walkout ut tillgång till sjön som är mycket gradvis. (kan också komma från toppdäckstegen om du föredrar)

Övre våningen i hemmet har ett stort loftområde med utsikt över det stora rummet och har fantastisk utsikt från de många fönster som huset har att erbjuda. Båda våningssalen ligger på denna övre plan.

I hemmet ingår också en mycket stor privat brygga med en dubbel båtlåda och ett stort soldäcksområde för att koppla av och fånga några strålar. Bryggan har också ett täckt område med takfläkt för dem som vill ha en paus från solen. Dock har också en riktigt rolig vattenrutschbana.

Och för att fylla på det hela, när dagen är klar, kan du koppla av och varva ner vid kvällens eldstad!

Absolutely perfect house

David and Nicole Brown reached out to us before we went to see if we had any questions. The propery was immaculate and was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well-stocked and there was even the makings for S'mores on the counter when we arrived. David and Nicole have truly created a "little piece of paradise". Wonderful Lakeside Getaway

This beautiful lake home is ideal for a big family or group vacations. Four primary bedroom suites provide privacy for couples while the two great bunkrooms have plenty of space for kids or other additions to the group. The kitchen is very well appointed for a large group and having the additional kitchenette downstairs means no need to interrupt the kitchen to get a beverage. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. The dock provides a wonderful gathering space by the water (and one of the shortest walks to the water). This is a great location on the lake with easy access to two marinas and calmer water than the main channel. Great skiing right from the house!

No Surprises! — Home is exactly like photos

This beautiful home provides a perfect large gathering space to enjoy with family and friends — both indoor and outdoor. It’s very clean. It also provides enough private space for everyone to get away for a quiet break. Our family had multiple ping pong tournaments going the entire weekend! One thing to note if you plan to grill — the previous renters didn’t clean it and their was no grill brush — just pack one and enjoy. The grill did give us some trouble getting all burners lit, but didn’t stop the cookout.

An amazing house

We have rented homes in Norris for many years and this house is among the very best we have stayed in. The house itself is very new, well maintained and has everything you could need for your vacation (Cooking, entertaining, relaxing). The view over the water is very nice, the access to the lake is super easy and the dock area is fantastic. We ended our boating days at the dock area having snacks and refreshments and doing some swimming. This section of the lake is new to us, and we liked it very much. There is a lot less boat traffic than in the more popular areas which is perfect for water skiing or simply cruising on the lake without having to jump with the waves. Finally, the owners were very responsive from day one and were ready to answer all our questions/requests. The documentation is very clear and complete. In summary, we very much recommend this house, and we hope to come back next year.

Annual Trip to Norris Lake

This home captures everything one would want in a lake home! From the home's design to location on the lake and to amenities offered (esp loved the kayaks, water slide and swings), this was our BEST lake house rental ever! Owners are great to work with as well. Thank you!

Relaxing family lake vacatiom

Everything about this home was accurately described. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The boat dock was great for multiple boats and the water slide was a hit for all the kids. Great location on a less busy part of the lake. Definitely will consider returning to this one.!!

Relaxing Getaway

The Browns made our stay enjoyable from beginning to end. Their house is beautiful and perfect for multi-generational reunions - always a quiet corner available. From the expansive deck, the views of the lake are peaceful. Ping pong championships and fishing from the dock - sharing family moments! Wonderful!

Fabulous Lakehouse!

This is a beautiful house on a quieter part of Lake Norris. It is very nicely appointed for our large group of four couples and three singles. With four master suites and two "bunk" rooms, there is room for everyone to find some privacy or get together. There is lots to do here. The dock was very nice. We loved the deck! We made s'mores on a fire in the fire pit (we found plenty of driftwood to build a fire). We enjoyed a ping pong tournament. The water skiing is incredible! This beautiful home would make a wonderful multi-generation family retreat!

Perfect getaway!

This was an absolutely perfect place for our summer getaway! Nestled on a quiet stretch of the lake with a gentle slope and beautiful views, the location of this home is just perfect. The dock is perfect for swimming and sliding into the lake and the house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was a favorite vacation home-base for all the kids and adults on our trip!!!

Great Getaway!

We have a big family and the house fit us comfortably. The pictures of the house are beautiful but even more so in person. The kitchen had everything you needed and more which was great since we like to cook! The layout of the house was perfect and the kids loved fishing off the dock (they caught plenty of fish:)) Definitely a memorable trip and happy we chose this beautiful lake house!

We took a 1st annual whole family trip and this house was absolutely incredible. The owners were fantastic to work with and made the trip even better. I cannot even explain how awesome the house and location was. The home was FULLY equipped with everything you could possibly need. Super cozy and very home feeling. Absolutely amazing property! David and Nicole have created something spectacular here! Location is perfect. There wasn't too much traffic on the lake. The dock was so much fun for the kids! Spacious, beautiful property!

Dave and Nicole were absolutely fantastic to work with! They were very responsive to all our questions, even helping us think about things we hadn’t thought of. In addition to great property owners, they have built a beautiful, spacious home on Norris Lake that accommodates many guests comfortably. With a great dock (including water slide), well stocked kitchen, and expansive deck, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable vacation! So many great memories were made during our stay, we hope to come back again soon!

Perfect vacation home!!

The home was absolutely gorgeous and even though the pics are so gorgeous it still doesn’t show how pretty the home and property is! Compared to some of the other homes we saw on the lake it’s nice this one isn’t a million steps up, it still had grassy area for our kids to play even though most of our time was spent on the dock going down the slide! We have a huge family and it comfortably fit all of us! The bunk bed rooms are perfect for kids and the master suite rooms were perfect for the adults! The owners were great too!! Can’t wait to stay there again next year!
