Denna vackra lägenhet renoverades totalt och kärleksfullt under 2018. Det helt nya köket har toppmoderna Bosch-apparater inklusive sortiment, ugn och kylskåp. Det finns en mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, till och med en vinkylare och ett lager kryddstativ.

I vardagsrummet finns en platt-TV, WiFi, böcker och spel och en bäddsoffa i full storlek. Den mysiga läsningskroken under trappan är ett bra ställe att avsluta en bok. Det finns också en radio och en faux spis värmare för att fullborda atmosfären.

På övervåningen, en full storlek säng, alla nya badrum med dusch. Strandhanddukar och solstolar tillhandahålls, och det är bara ett kvarter till sanden, tvärs över gatan från Salt Marsh Nature Park.

Peaceful

Overall it was wonderful. Great location so close to the beach and we loved walking the paths of the Nature Reserve. Our favorite part was the wonderful kitchen we could cook in. We would definitely come back again.

Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We felt right at home in this sweet condo by the sea. Everything was perfect for celebrating our wedding anniversary. Great kitchen, comfy bed, awesome shower. Loved walking around nature preserve and in town. Would love to return someday soon!

Although we were out much of the day it was nice to come back to a condo that was clean and comfortable. The condo was close to the beach house where our family was staying as well. The amenities were great at the condo as well. Thank you

Can’t beat the peace and quiet! Very comfortable and an easy walk to the beach, in fact an easy walk to any where in Carp. Excellent care from the ownership team. The cleaning crew was not qualified and did not live up to the owner’s standards ( that’s why the one star) BUT our entire cleaning deposit was returned.

Location location location

I loved the location of this thoughtfully appointed home. Stayed for a business trip and the highlights were am & pm walks on the beach and salt marsh. Check in and out were easy. Note that there is no AC, which is generally not an issue in Carp but could be a bit warm if staying during a heat wave. Overall, recommend!

Our favorite place to stay when we are in Carp!

This is our fifth day at this wonderful fully stocked condo. Our kids camp at the at the campground. We hang out there all day and into the evening and then come back to the condo and it’s perfection.

Lovely Condo in excellent location

We loved our stay at the Sandpiper condo! It was very clean and well stocked. A bit tight for us and our two teenaged girls but we were just there for two nights so it was fine. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, right across from the salt marsh, and close to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown area. We loved it and highly recommend!

Extraordinary Condo

I really enjoyed My stay here. What a Kitchen. This Condo has so many unique features and just a half of a block from the beach. The Salt Marsh and Nature Trail is across the street. On Thursday’s I enjoyed going to the Farmers Market in downtown about 4 blocks away. I’m coming back soon for an even longer stay!

Delightful little condo with lots of character

It's clear this is a beloved personal condo with lots of personal touches. I felt as if I was borrowing a friend's place. Super close to the beach and shops, well outfitted kitchen with those little things (salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters) that are such a nice thing to have and not buy. Extra ledges and hooks made it easy to settle in and keep track of our stuff. The property manager was clear and communicative, everything was exactly where they said it would be. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

In the perfect spot

Very cute and comfortable well put together quiet area and in the perfect spot few steps from the beach and right across the street from the salt marsh. It was easy to get a hold of Kyle. Communication was perfect and we’re looking to come back again next summer thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

This was our second time staying at this property. It has everything we need for cooking, beach days, and the location is great. Kyle was easy to communicate with, and I would recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in Carpinteria.

Move to California

We have moved to Carpinteria to start a new job. We rented the place for a month to start working and looking for a permanent place to stay. This temporary house was a perfect choice as it has all needed inventory already that you need for daily live, and even more it is very lovely furnished and decorated. Best is also the location from where it is only a short walk to the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the place for hollidy or temporary stay.

Perfect location for a visit to the beach.

This was a perfect location for our annual visit to the coast. This apartment is well-appointed with everything you need for a cozy stay. There are board games, a TV (didn't use once because we were at the beach!), and plenty of appliances + kitchen utensils to meet any cooking needs. Great property manager as well. We would definitely return!

Sweet Beach Condo in Perfect Location

Just minutes walk from the beach and steps away from the nature preserve. Quiet community. Beautifully appointed, one bedroom condo with everything you need. The kitchen is fabulous - wish we had had more time to cook.

Great condo, but did not like the customer service

The condo was as expected, a great & comfortable space, wonderful location. We especially loved the access to 2 beach charis and 2 boogies boards, that really helps our family have enjoyable beach time. However I was extremely disatisfied with the customer service we recieved as renters. We were just about to arrive (6pm) after a long day of travel, ready to cook dinner and unload the car to enjoy the evening when we were told the condo was not clean yet (check in was 4pm). So, now we were in a holding pattern. We were tired and hungry and wanted to get to bed promptly but instead we had to wait. We finally got into the place at 7:15pm. I understand mistakes are made, but at this point I feel we should have been offerend a cleaning fee refund or a dinner stipend, something to acknowledge the inconvience. However, nothing, we just had to wait and adjust our night. Then when I inquired about there being only 1 beach towel and no blankets/comforter for the sofa bed, the response was pretty much it is what it is. So, we made due with only 1 beach towel and no blankets for the sofa bed for 3 nights. In my experience at that point the missing items would have been delivered to us instead of us having to make due. This unit needs to be inventoried and re-organized as things are not what they once were. Last, we asked for a late check-out (12 instead of 11)-- thinking that since we had to go around the cleaners for check in they could be flexible and go around us for cehck-out, but were told no. The unit was great but once rented, you are on your own. The customer service was very disappointing, we were just nights and money, not people.
