Nere enhet med tillgång till stranden från uteplats. Inbyggd bar på uteplatsen är perfekt för avkoppling och njuta av utsikten över havet, bergen och solnedgången. Det finns en gasgrill på uteplatsen för grillning. 42 tums LCD Samsung 1080p HD-TV och HD-kabel. LG uppkonvertering till 1080i DVD-spelare, Yamaha mottagare med JBL surroundljud och iPod ingång. Det finns trådlöst internet för din bekvämlighet.

Vacker strand som kallas "världens safetst strand." Bra ställe att surfa och boogie board. Livräddare och hav aktiviteter centrum direkt. Kajaker för uthyrning. Stor plats. Promenera till stan eller låna våra cyklar. Säker stad att låta barnen vara barn! Utmärkt plats att koppla av. Lugnt tempo stad, men det är bara 10 minuter till Santa Barbara om du vill ha nattliv.

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect place to stay in Carp! So close to v the beach, shops, and restaurants! Comfortable and clean. The condo comes with everything you need! We had such a wonderful time:)

This place was exactly as listed! Linda was an excellent host and great communicator. The place was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could imagine, and more. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels excellent quality. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope we can stay there again if needed. Parking area was gated which helped us on the weekend when traffic pickedUp for the beach people. Pool and hot tub were nice too. Loved the patio area and would have used it more except we had rain.. Highly recommend this property!!

Great place to stay!

Our family loved this place and we plan to come back again! Location was great, place was very clean and quiet, well stocked kitchen, and the bed was so comfortable! The host was amazing, very communicative and even left us a nice welcome gift basket.

Carpinteria Annual Girls Trip

This was our 5th stay at this property. The condo is lovely and just steps from the beach and the wildlife preserve across the street.

Hopefully we get to stay here again!

Linda answered any questions we had promptly! The condo is so cozy and clean with everything you need! Literally steps from the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. My favorite part was sitting on the patio with my coffee in the morning listening to all the birds in the marsh! We will hopefully get to stay here again in our next visit!

Great property. We'd stayed here before, and it was just as good this time. Clean and just about everything we'd want in the kitchen. Perfect location, and we appreciated the availablilty body boards and a few sand toys/shovels. We appreciated the availability of an outdoor hose to wash off sand, though it could have been a few feet longer!

Tidy, clean, comfortable, close to beach

Great little condo with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated the availability of some wetsuits and body boards, though waves were very small this week.

Carpinteria Getaway Trip

We booked an after Christmas getaway trip to Carpinteria and the condo was a perfect fit for our family. It is as nice as the pictures, nicely decorated, as pretty as the pictures, close to the beach and the town. Thank you Linda! Our family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future!

Perfect Carp Get Away

This is a great property with owners that are easy to work with. Just a stone's throw to the beach, and and easy walk into town. We had a nice time, only negative was the weather, only saw the sun one day of the week we were there.

Amazing location and amenities

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family- a SHORT walk to amazing beach, small things like a stool kids could reach, great extras like wet suits, kids books, games etc. We also really enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was- between the spices and every bowl, platter, casserole dish and more we had it all! Personal preference did think the bed was a little soft, Also the marine air had gotten to the bikes so decided against riding them. Overall would recommend in a heartbeat!

Carp beach house

The property is as described, if not better. It has eveything you would need for a stay at the beach. You only need your toothbrush and a bathing suit. (There are even wetsuits of multiple sizes to choose from). Just steps from the sand and sea. We had a great stay!

Beach Beauty & Stylish

Beach within steps from condo. Stanton Hosts provided yummy welcome basket! They have thought of everything: bikes, boogie boards, chairs & beach towels. Easy walking distance to main beach street, Linden. Restaurants with interesting craft cocktails and diverse menus. Highly recommend this property.

Another fabulous week

We love this unit with its beautiful views of the mountains, the outdoor deck and the layout of the apartment. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything one would want. We come very year and plan to continue to do so. Thank you!!

Best place in Carp

My family has visited Carp every summer for 16 years. While we have stayed at many VRBO’s this one undoubtedly takes the cake. Every owner could learn a lot from Linda.In addition to being immaculately clean, the unit was stocked with literally everything you could possibly want or need, and I mean everything. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush.Seriously.The location is perfect. Right across from the beach and in walking distance to town.Linda is a phenomenal host, and responded quickly to our text messages.If you’re debating where to stay, pull the trigger on this one!

Just what we were looking for and more!

This place!!! So glad we found it. Comfortable, cozy, cute and steps to beach as promised. greeted with a lovely gift basket which we devoured. Bonus was walking to train station for a day trip to spend day in Santa Barbara. Only downer was lack of sun but who cares when you're lucky enough to be at the beach 😊.

Just Pack Your Clothes!

Well equipped condo including beach gear, full pantry, a thoughtful gift basket of wine and munchies, and assorted other creature comforts. The beach was a half skip and a small jump away. We were looking for comfort and relaxation, and we hit the bull's eye finding this delightful property. Thanks Linda and Rick!

It's an amazing beach where kids of all ages can splash, swim, boogie board, surf, and just play in the sand! We love that it's easy to walk or ride bikes to get around the cozy town. Once we arrive we don't have to drive to get around!
