Lake Sunapee - Underbart Granliden Stadsbostad med sjöutsikt nära skidåkning

Nyrenoverat rymligt radhus med fantastisk utsikt över sjön Sunapee inbäddat i Granlids kullar. På sommaren tar du en liten promenad ner till stranden för att använda Granlidens gratis kajaker, paddla brädor, kanot eller till och med deras söta lilla segelbåt. På vintern tar du en snabb 10 minuters resa till Mt. Sunapee eller 45 minuter till Okemo för en fantastisk skidsemester.

Hela radhuset har just blivit totalrenoverat. Vi lade till ett helt nytt badrum och nöjesområde i källaren. Fem platta TV-apparater tillsattes för att göra skön filmkväll i nästan alla rum.

Radhuset har tre våningar:

1: a våningen - Framsidan sovrum med en rulla säng (sover två), badrum, helt nytt kök, vedeldad spis, matsal och vardagsrum, 60 "platt-TV. Extra stor glidreglage öppnar upp till ett däck för grillning och underhållning.

2: a våningen - sovrum med en king size-säng (w / balkong och vatten), mitt sovrum med två enkelsängar och ett loft med en queen size-säng. Front sovrummet har två dubbelsängar och två barnsängar om det behövs (w / balkong). Fullt renoverat badrum.

Källare - Biljardbord, fotbollsplan, darttavla, soffa / nöjesområde med platt-tv, brädspel och bord / stolar. Halv- och tvättmöjligheter är också nyligen tillagda.

Förutom lakeside faciliteterna är Granliden också hem till en av de äldsta golfbanorna i staten New Hampshire. Folk började först upp golfklubbar på Granliden och spelade några informella hål runt det ursprungliga sommarbostadshuset. I början av 1900-talet anställdes Alex Findley för att utforma en 9-håls layout för det nya Granliden Hotel. På nittonhundratalet var kursen omformad av renodlad golfbollsarkitekt Walter Travis.
För närvarande har samhället två sanna lera domstolar och två Nova Pro-Clay domstolar som känner och spelar lera domstolar men påverkas mindre av vädret och kan spelas nästan omedelbart efter ett regn. Nova Pro-Clay domstolarna är också upplysta för spel efter mörkret!

Poolen ligger intill tennisbanorna Nova Pro-Clay. Poolen mäter 30 meter bred med 60 meter lång, värms upp och öppen under sommarsäsongen. Tvärs över gatan från poolen finns ett lekplatsområde som har en rad svängningar och klättringsstrukturer och apa barer lämpliga för barn, ett picknickbord och en bocce court.

Great stay

Loved the location… so close to the lake and clubhouse and also only .5 miles to Dewey beach. Very helpful and nice host.

Great vacation rental!

Loved our stay at Granliden! Condo had plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and we especially appreciated the very well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous view of Lake Sunapee from both the patio and upstairs bedroom. Enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards, small sailboat and tennis courts every day. Laura was a great host and we hope to be back again soon!

Enjoyable, comfortable stay

Despite the rainy days we were very comfortable in this condo with a well equipped kitchen, good beds, and five TV’s! The view is lovely and the patio is great for cocktails and lunch. Older grandkids visited one day and loved the pool table.

Great Location and Nicely Appointed Condo

I wanted a place to stay by the lake as I prepared for my move from the area. Laura did a nice job renovating the condo and it served as a good landing pad. There was good communication with the host, Laura, and some confusion that was cleared up after some post-checkout conversations.

If you're looking for the perfect spot on Lake Sunapee, with all of the amenities, this Granliden property has it all! Laura, the owner, made the entire process so easy. The house is awesome, the views of the lake are second to none, and the beach is great. I can't wait to come back next summer with my family!

Amazing location steps away from Lake Sunapee

We stayed in a 4 bedroom townhouse, with view of the lake which is 400 feet down a gentle hill. House has everything inside, lake has kayaks, paddle boards, rowing boat and small sailboat that my boys loved! Tennis courts, heated pool, game room with pool table in the basement, fantastic hiking trails. Perfect vacation! Thank you!

The home was well equipped and fit our needs and the back deck view was terrific! The kids loved the foosball table in the den abd the loft bed upstairs and we were quite comfortable in the king bedroom. Also, the water pressure in the house was incredible too. Nice touches!!

Family vacation

The property is very pretty and the game room was amazing! Our family spent a lot of time enjoying the amenities provided by the owner, it was perfect for our older teens and early 20 year olds to unwind. The location is perfect for people that enjoy the outdoors. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the owner was easy to reach with any questions or concerns. We used the condo as a townhouse to explore new england several days. You are very close to Vermont and only about 2 1/2 hours from Boston, Salem or Portland.

Loved our month in Grandliden

Granliden is a great community with many amenities. This property was close to the private beach and marina, pickle ball and tennis, and golf. The swimming pool was a short drive (can walk if you like hills). The unit was well equipped and owner was most responsive.

Beautiful location, clean, comfortable condo

This place was a great find. The condo had recently been updated with new bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen, new beds, new carpets throughout, huge flat screen TV in the LR, washer and dryer and a lovely patio to enjoy the view of the lake. Kids loved the beach. We all enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddleboard. We had a wonderful vacation, and we would definitely love to return someday!

Awesome Owner/Super Condo

I gave this a 5 out of 5 but would rate it a 10 out of 5, if there were extra stars available! The owner was incredible, very responsive, and condo was very well provisioned and comfortable. It had pretty views of lake, super amenities, and nice neighbors. We had a super stay and hope to come back next year! A really wonderful unit with awesome Owner!

Homey and fun

This property was exceptionally clean and inviting! Everything was well-stocked--more so than any other properties we have rented through VRBO. The fireplace provided a beautiful, warm atmosphere in the evenings! My husband and our grown children spent days at Mount Sunapee and Okemo Mountain skiing. We enjoyed dining in New London! The location is excellent. The large game room in the basement offered lots of fun! We would definitely consider staying here again!!

Perfect place to stay on Lake Sunapee

This property exceeded our expectations. The place itself was clean and spacious. More than enough space for a family of 6 to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The basement was a bonus, with a pool table, toys/games, and a TV/couch. The facilities at the property were amazing. The beach was great, the pool was perfect for the kids, and my husband loved the golf course. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay on Lake Sunapee.

Granliden Vacation

Enjoyed our 10-night stay at Granliden! The unit was very comfortable with room to spread out and enjoy the amenities. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed, from spices and condiments to pots, pans and bakeware. We utilized the grill on the deck and loved the lakeviews from the patio and upstairs bedroom. Took advantage of the kayaks at the waterfront and played on the lovely 9-hole golf course. Laura was a wonderful host! She quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. We liked the pre-stay checkin call that answered our questions and got us familiar with the unit.

Great location with lots of activity

We really enjoyed spending time on the lake kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding or cruising. When not on the lake we hiked around the area & biked the North Rail Trail. We loved that we could walk or bike into Sunapee. It was less than 2 miles away.

Lovely month!

We Rented this well appointed and well stocked condo for one month. It was so convenient to Sunapee, and it has a wonderful layout for kids and families. Our kids LOVED the loft space and game room downstairs. Lots of little extras and the host was so responsive!
