Welcome to our beautifully modern decorated terraced house, spread over two floors, offering all the comforts you need for a delightful stay.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious UK king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.
Second Bedroom: Furnished with a cozy European double bed, ideal for additional guests or family members.
Bathroom:
A well-appointed bathroom with a shower over the bath, ensuring convenience and comfort.
Living Spaces:
The ground floor boasts an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room, designed to provide a spacious and welcoming environment for relaxation and socializing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware and an American fridge freezer, ensuring you can prepare and enjoy meals with ease.
Enjoy your morning coffee with our Nespresso coffee machine, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

This used to be my home, and I truly fell in love with South Queensferry. Itâs such a beautiful, peaceful place with stunning views, lovely walks by the water, and a friendly local atmosphere. Thereâs something special about being so close to the city, yet feeling like youâre in your own quiet corner of Scotland. I love sharing this part of the world with others â itâs the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave.

Itâs not just the property that makes the stay special â itâs the experience as a whole. This used to be my home, so Iâve designed it with care to feel warm, welcoming, and lived-in, not just like another generic rental. The location in South Queensferry is peaceful and scenic, with the iconic bridges, waterfront walks, and a great local atmosphere all just minutes away.
But most importantly, Iâm always available if guests need anything. I believe when someone pays to stay somewhere, they should feel comfortable, supported, and able to relax. Iâm here to help make sure that happens.
