You can hop on a bus just outside of the flat on any of the regular buses plying different routes, and if driving, the city centre is 3 miles away and with easy access to the bypass.

A beautiful flight of stairs leads up into a stunning lounge and dining area where a smart TV, and sofa bed await, along with an undercounter fridge freezer, oak coffee table and worktop including a distinct belfast sink, complete with a washer dryer.

A generously proportioned double bedroom, with wall lights and skylight windows provides the relaxing space to retire for the night, or catch that much needed afternoon snooze. This is complimented by a well laid out bathroom offering a shower over bath and lovely patterned flooring.
