Joyful Cottage
Tucked away within the popular St Ives Holiday Village, Joyful Cottage is a well-maintained and inviting two-bedroom holiday home, perfect for couples or families looking to enjoy the best of Cornwall's coast and countryside. With a terrace, free parking nearby, and access to onsite facilities including a swimming pool (available MayâSeptember), it offers a comfortable and convenient base for your Cornish getaway.
Step inside and you'll find a bright open-plan living area, with a dining table seating up 4 four guests and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric hob and oven, microwave, and an under-counter fridge/freezer. Large windows and patio doors flood the space with natural light and lead directly to the terrace. Joyful Cottage also benefits from Wi-Fi.
Bedroom one features a comfortable double bed, a hanging rail for storage, and a TV. Bedroom two offers two single beds, a hanging rail, and its own TV â ideal for children or friends sharing. The modern shower room includes a large shower cubicle, wash basin and a W/C.
St Ives is one of Cornwall's most iconic seaside towns, known for its stunning beaches, vibrant art scene, and charming cobbled streets. Home to the renowned Tate St Ives gallery and the Barbara Hepworth Museum, it blends creative culture with a laid-back coastal vibe. Visitors love the golden sandy beaches, excellent surf, independent shops, and quality restaurants, all wrapped up in picturesque scenery.
Hayle, just a short drive from St Ives, offers a quieter atmosphere with its own beautiful stretch of coastline. It's known for its 3-mile sandy beach at Gwithian Towans, popular with surfers and families alike. The town also has a rich industrial history, a lovely estuary that's great for birdwatching, and plenty of local shops and cafes, making it a great base for exploring West Cornwall.

The property is compact yet fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
There is also children's entertainment early evening and adult entertainment in the season peak as well as a swimming pool.
If Guests wish to use these facilities they can book and pay at Reception. A three day stay costs ÂŁ35 currently and 7 nights is ÂŁ65. This is for the use of all facilities for the family.
There is a shared laundrette on site.
The shop is open everyday in peak season (long hours). Hours will vary in the low season.
