Summit County erbjuder skidåkning, shopping, restauranger och utomhusäventyr i världsklass utanför dörren. Vårt ljusa, två våningar hem har en stor sovrum svit på övervåningen med en kudde topp kung säng, mysiga high end sängkläder, eget badrum och garderob. Ett andra sovrum är beläget på övervåningen och har majestätisk utsikt och ett minnen skum toppade queen size-säng med lyxiga sängar. Det rymliga familjerummet ligger på översta våningen med bekväma soffor och gott om bostadsyta att koppla av med familj och vänner. Familjerummet är utrustat med en 55 ”4K-TV, kabel, Netflix, Pandora plus Bose surroundljud. Nedervåningen hittar du ett stort, öppet konceptkök med moderna apparater och slaktblockö med pallar. Matsalen har ett stort bondgårdsbord för åtta och en underbar vedeldad spis. Matsalen öppnar upp till den välvda, 25 "höga solrummet med en miljon dollar utsikt över Ten Mile Range inklusive Peak 1, Mt. Victoria & Mt. Kunglig. Det tredje sovrummet ligger på bottenvåningen och har en övre säng med drottning av kudde, en konvertibel sektion som blir en queen size-säng, ett eget badrum och en garderob. Svit på bottenvåningen har också en eldstad för värme och atmosfär. Solrummet öppnar upp till en stor inhägnad trädgård för dina barn och hundar att leka i säkerhet. Really nice property

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Our pups loved the yard and the proximity to Main Street’s shops and restaurants was very convenient. Check in and out was straight forward and simple. Easy to communicate with hosts. We would love to stay here again!

Ski getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit House. It was quiet and a close walk to Frisco. The hot tub was a big bonus after a day of skiing.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

We loved staying at this property! The location was amazing to walk into Frisco for dinner and also have easy to access for Keystone and Breckenridge to ski. The hosts were very hospitable and quick to respond making checkin and logistics of our stay a breeze. We hope to be back soon!

Such a great location in Summit County!

We had a great time with our two kids and dog at Tina's house. The beds were comfortable and everything was there that we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The location can't be beat just a few blocks from Frisco Main Street and the bike trail.

Frisco 2023 at the Summit House

We had everything we needed and more at the Summit house! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The house was great for pets and children and the location is perfect. Close to many great hikes, beer, and just a short walk to Main Street.

Perfect Mountain Get-away

This was the perfect place to unwind, have great views of the mountains, hiking, bike/run paths & Rainbow Lake just down the street. Along with a short walk or drive to Main St. My neighbors and I enjoyed the kitchen space with large table and sun room that you could interact while preparing meals & all spices & condiments that were provided made it feel like you were at home!

Good stay.

Property was beautiful and very clean. Great amenities. The layout is a little strange, as the bunk room has no easy access to bathrooms. Guests sleeping in the bunk room must go downstairs or through another bedroom to use a bathroom.

Frisco Vacation

No surprises. Property was as advertised. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook breakfast & dinner. House was very close to town, walking distance actually. Plenty of parking for at least 3 vehicles. Communication with owners was great, (didn't really need to, but they checked-in to make sure all was good). Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again.

A Spacious place to stay in Frisco

This 2 story place in Frisco was spacious and well equipped. We loved being able to keep all of our outdoor equipment (skis, boots, snowshoes, boards, etc.) out in the sunroom and out of the living space. The kitchen has all you need to fix any meal. The washer and dryer were awesome! We usually stay in Breck but glad we didn't since the proximity to the interstate and other ski areas was nice. We would definitely come back here again!

We loved our stay

The location is great, and the yard, a patch of grass, is a wonderful say to see in the mountains. Usually rental homes do not have grass. There were some great touches from popcorn that we made every night to many spices in the cabinet. The kitchen was really big and offered lots of space for socializing. We would definitely rent here again. The only issue we had was the family room TV, which operates on Roku would not allow us to download common apps like YouTube TV, AppleTV, or YouTube, to log into our own accounts with our own credentials.

Beautiful home and great yard!!

We’ve stayed in many places in the county and this has to be our favorite. Tina was extremely helpful and available for anything we needed, but we didn’t need a thing! The house is well taken care of and worked great for our family of eight. We had two teenagers sleep on the sofas upstairs, but they were quite comfortable! The bedrooms were all clean, comfortable and welcoming as was the entire house. Our most favorite part was the outdoor space, which had plenty of lounging chairs to kick back and enjoy the weather in Summit County. A quick walk to downtown but far enough away that it was nice and quiet even during a busy weekend like the BBQ Challenge. We will absolutely come back!!!

Nice Location and Comfortable

This unit at 703 Pitkin is in a convenient location and has a fenced yard. There were fresh flowers in the kitchen when we arrived, and the unit had what we needed during our stay. It was not ready at arrival time, and the housekeeper came back to finish cleaning after we arrived. The unit had several items that needed maintenance (lights not working, windows with screens or handles missing, faucet leaking, etc.). There was a fairly lengthy list of housekeeping jobs the owner asks that you do prior to leaving. Overall, the unit worked out well for our family and pets.

Home Sweet Home!

Our family vacation stay at this Frisco rental property was perfect! The home is gorgeous!!! The sun room is amazing for simply relaxing, chatting with family, taking in the sights or just reading a book! The yard is beautifully landscaped with plenty of chairs to either sit in the sun or else under the shade of the many trees. The hot tub was a big hit with our kids...and located right next to the sun room made it easy to step inside and dry off before entering the home itself. We brought our Yorkie dog and the fenced in backyard was a huge bonus! As for the home itself...perfect in every way! The kitchen is amazing to cook in with every utensil/pot/pan you'll need to prepare any meal. Seated around the large picnic table (dining room table) was great for our family! The three bedrooms were super and all the beds nice and comfy! The family room (with a large tv and plenty of seating) was a great place for everyone to unwind at night before bedtime. The WiFi is also outstanding for all your electronic devices operating at the same time. The entire decor of the home is inviting, relaxing and modern. The home is VERY clean and updated! Three bathrooms was a big plus too! We also enjoyed the Google Echo (with Alexa) to play our favorite music selections throughout the day! The home is also located a short walking distance to downtown Frisco and very beautiful to stroll and take in the views. Finally, if you need anything at all...Tina will respond to your text or phone call immediately!!! She is one fantastic owner and will go the extra mile to make your vacation stay outstanding!!! Our family will definitely be coming back for a return stay...you should make it your next vacation stay too!!!

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful and within walking distance of the marina and downtown Frisco. Our dogs absolutely loved the fenced yard (definitely something you don't find very often in a vacation rental). We are already planning our trip for next summer! Thank you for being such amazing hosts!

Amazing home in Frisco

This property is top notch. The attention to detail and personal touches go above and beyond any other property we have ever rented. The kitchen is well stocked with new cookware, coffee, and popcorn. Bathroom towels, soaps, shampoo all very nice. Comfortable beds and sheets. Hot tub is great! Zero complaints. Dog friendly ski location

Unique house located perfectly between keystone and Breckinridge. Sunroom and decks are perfect areas to relax after skiing. Within a couple of blocks of downtown Frisco and short drive to very good restaurants.

Great House - Great Location!

We were looking for a dog friendly home that was close to Breck and also walking distance to shopping/restaurants. Bingo! Honestly, this place is perfect if you have dogs or if you just want a nice, clean home that is well located. Walk to Frisco, 15 minutes from Breck. Huge bonus is the trail system about a 1/2 mile from the home. Many options to hike and walk the dogs.

Winter Weekend

Our group had such an amazing time at the Summit House. It was warm and welcoming upon arriving, was extremely clean, and was fully equipped with everything we needed (e.g., towels for the hot tub, kitchen items, hairdryers). Communication throughout our weekend was consistent and quick. Check out instructions were very clear. We were able to walk to Main Street both nights for dinner, which was great. We will definitely be looking to book again!
