Very much enjoyed the property. Very clean and great location. Only recommendation would be at checkout to run the dishwasher, but not have to wait for it to finish and restock the kitchen.

Great place with a great view!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was the perfect size for us and the amenities were excellent. The balcony and large rear windows were the highlight. Only negative is the master bed was low to the ground, the bed was not that comfortable and the pillows were not that comfortable. The two queen beds were very comfortable for our kids. It is the best place we’ve stayed in the 5 times we’ve visited Orange Beach,

Beautiful.. Very modern and clean

I have stayed at several Phoenix locations through out the years and this unit was by far my favorite. The unit is a basic white with splashes of "beachy" colors..... Very modern and clean. I couldn't get over how quiet it was. I never once heard my neighbors.... Very relaxing!!!

Beautiful but rental chairs a disappointment

The unit was beautiful and everything about our experience was awesome. Except the rental chairs. They were so far away from the ocean that we couldn’t see the actual shoreline and we were on the front row!!!When we asked the chair person we were told that the condo wouldn’t let them put them closer than 45 feet from the ocean. We paid almost 90 a day for two umbrellas and our view was obscured because those with private umbrellas set theirs up right by the ocean. The condo next to us had their rental chairs up next to the ocean. We love our unit and we love Phoenix IX but we sincerely hope that this policy of having chairs so far back will be revisited before we book our next stay.

Decent Place

The location is great. The check-in and check-out process was easy and clear. The condo is much older than depicted in the photos. It is quite dated and was not super clean when we arrived. I feel like it is overpriced for the age and condition of this condo. We had smokers below our condo which made using the condo unpleasant, although after a few messages, the problem seemed to be taken care of, so I am thankful for the management’s responsiveness. The size of the condo was great for our 3 person family. The view was very nice and there was never a long wait for the elevator. I would not stay in this condo again mainly because I didn’t feel like the condition of the condo is worth the high price per night.

Great property!!

We had an amazing time at this condo! A short walk to flora bama and the parking and walk to the beach was great. My only complaint is that the pillows were too flat. Haha. But a great, ideally located property overall!

Perfect location

The condo was great, it actually ended up being larger than I expected. The location was perfect, we got some rain while we were there so the huge indoor pool one floor down was great for the kids. The gym is across the hall from the condo. Great views from the balcony where we could see the dolphins jumping early each morning near the shore. The condo also has a built in bar and ice maker which was great for filling up the cooler we took to the beach each day. We will definitely be back.

Spring break 2019

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we still had a great time. Condo was beautiful and super clean. The entire complex was super clean (even the parking structure). The indoor pool and tennis courts were amazing and my kids spent a lot of time at both. The condo its self was big and roomy and the large laundry room was awesome to keep all the dirty clothes. If you stay here with more than 4 people I would bring some extra blankets incase kids don’t want to share a bed. There were no extras. Having stayed at condos before I knew to bring soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. just remember that when booking. Though this was our first time to Orange Beach the condo was the best part of our trip!!! Worth the money. Thank you

We'll be back!

Exactly as advertised! The perfect beach getaway. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only 2 requests for the condo--the coffee maker could use an upgrade, and the light bulb in the entryway needs replacing. We'll be back!
