Great for families, centrally located

Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay at this conveniently located, clean property. Super close to downtown Tampa, the airport and a short 30 min drive to beaches.

Perfect Stay in Great West Tampa

Great host, great property, in a great location for West Tampa. Nicely furnished and comfortable all-around with all the basics covered. Perfect backyard if you are traveling with your dog as well. If you need a place in West Tampa this is it.

Great Place!

The Carmen Guest House was exactly what I was looking for! The house was a really nice space, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Easy to follow instructions from the homeowners. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

The home is in a nice and very convenient neighborhood. It is quiet and very close to a big park. The house is spacious and was clean. The towels as well as the couch in the living room were a bit worn and could use replacing. Owner was available and easy to contact.

Fabulous location!

We were in town visiting our daughter at University of Tampa, and this property was the perfect location for quick back and forth trips to school, as well as exploring Tampa, Tarpon Springs, and St. Pete. Property manager had great, proactive communication - thank you!

In town for the EAGLES game and to visit family

The house was very clean. Check in was easy. The yard was nice to sit in morning with our coffee. It was in a GREAT location. 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from family, 8 minutes to Amerture Works amd 15 minutes to RJ Stadium.

Fantastic property and close to downtown

We had a conference downtown and this home was a perfect blend of accessibility and peacefulness. The neighborhood is very friendly. The owner is responsive and checked on our stay a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely seek this property out again on my next stay in the Tampa area. Great location and very nice neighborhood

Very good communication with host. We needed extra towels and they were delivered next morning. Restaurants close by but requires Uber ride for older adults. Great location to downtown - 5 minute car ride

Home close to the city

We needed a place to stay 4 nights while our house was getting some work done. This was the perfect place for a family of 4 that included toddlers and dogs. The house had all the creature comforts and a nice sized backyard, but wished there was a dish washer. Bonus for being next to a park with a shaded playground, dog run basketball and pickle ball courts. The neighborhood was safe and close to downtown and River Walk. Would stay again!

Life is about finding opportuni-trees to hang your hammock in or a beach to bury your feet in. I am a serving Army veteran that enjoys travel and the outdoors. Tampa is where I call home. It is a city with plenty of activities. Many days you can find me in a hammock, riding a bike, or sitting on the beach watching the sun set.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property was purchased in 2014 as an long term investment, for when I retire from the Army. Additionally it allows my high school son to attend the well respected Plant high school We love this area so much, we want to give an opportunity to others to have the same experience.

This property sits right in the heart of South Tampa, its all about location. SOHO is now moving north of Kennedy into the NOHO district. We are seeing many beautiful new homes being built and a lot of care and pride in this area, and we are proud to share it with you.
