Could be better

Needs to be updated. Furniture is worn. Mattress was well used and rolled to L or R. Floor was dirty from the start. Our feet were black after walking on it. Curtains had water stains along the bottom 8 inches up fabric. Needs some TLC.Did not communicate with the property manager.

Nice villa in Excellent location (15 min walk from anywhere).

Location, pool (shared but never crowded), cleanliness, good bed and furnishing. Pool towels provided. A local contact number would be helpful.

Great location

The little apartment has everything you need , it's well used but clean and comfortable. The location is great with almost everything within a 15min or less walk. We rented a golf cart and that made everything minutes away.

Great Little House

Perfect for 2 people. Located in Old Town walking distance to all shops & restaurants. Cute little grocery store just up the street. Neighbors were very friendly. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Best in Key West

I had a wonderful stay! Very clean, perfect location for walking, quiet, and the air conditioning and washer/dryer were wonderful! I was even able to park in the driveway, which was very convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall a very nice condo, shower needs some maintenance: mildew, some tiles loose, door leaks onto floor, rubber door guard needs to be adjusted. wish you would have given me requested 11amcheck out - 10 am is too early Pool was warm! that was great! good location

Vacasa Vacation House Rental

I loved the home. It was very cozy, comfortable, and spacious. The pool was very nice. My only complaints is there was not enough coffee and when I tried to reach the office on Whitehead Street I couldn't get connected to them directly, even though I had a direct number for them. Other than this though, it was a wonderful place to stay and Vacasa made things easy!

Very nice place at reasonable price

Great location. very clean and well stocked for an enjoyable stay. Pool area is awesome as is having own washer and dryer. We highly recommend this unit!

Great Old Town Key West Condo

This condo was a great place for a couple to stay! Conveniently located on a quiet street, even on New Year’s Eve,, only a short walk from all the activity on Duval St. The small condo was attractively furnished, comfortable bed, deck just outside.we’d happily stay there again but next time I’ll bring a couple of ice trays, a decent corkscrew and cooking basics such as salt and pepper, oil, etc. that I usually find in a VRBO.

Our stay at Oceana Suite was as advertised !!! FABULOUS

Security Camera

The property is nice and we enjoyed the pool. We did not like having a security camera on our private deck. We didn’t realize there was going to be a washer and dryer, so that was a nice bonus.

Beautiful unit - great location!

Pool was lovely in the evening - unit had enough space and was clean and updated. Can’t beat the location- easy walk to anywhere in town. Only issue we had was a lack of a blanket which we tried to address but the property manager was unable to provide one.

Fantastic location! Bed super comfortable. Overall great place to stay. Only issue we had was the batteries were pretty much dead on our keypad. I called Vacasa. They said they were sending someone over to replace them, and no one ever showed up. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.

Beautifully Decorated Cozy Condo

Perfect condo in perfect location. Beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and all of the little touches that made us feel at home. The shared pool was just steps from our doorway. Comfortable and clean.

Oceana suite

The property was very nice with a bright interior and comfortable accommodations. We had a private patio/deck area with the pool right outside of that. Quiet area of town but walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Duval St.

The Colony in Key West

My wife and I stayed for a few days in late January in the Oceana Suite. The place was beautiful and comfortable. It's an interesting arrangement where you come into the compound through a secure portico with a keypad. Inside there's a pool and access to the individual units. Ours had a gate that opened in to a private patio with an umbrella table. The unit had a different keypad that allowed you to come in and out to the patio without reentering the code each time but was easy to lock when we were leaving. The unit was spotless with comfortable furniture and good wifi. It's centrally located on the island but a bit of walk from the busier bar areas and Mallory Square. The transactions were smooth and easy, on arrival day we got an email with access codes, a welcome message from the local property manager and and the last day an automated checkout link. Definitely recommended for couples.
