Detta 3 sovrum hem är centralt beläget vid Lake Tahoe West Shore i Tahoe City och har vacker skog utsikt och uppgraderingar i hela huset. Vår eleganta Getaway är husdjursvänlig och har ett loft perfekt för att komma ikapp med ditt arbete eller för överflödssovning. Vårt eleganta 3 sovrum, 3 badrum hemma ligger på West Shore of Lake Tahoe i Tahoe Citys Sunnyside-området. Det är det perfekta stället att koppla av och tillflyktsort, men ändå vara tillräckligt nära moderna bekvämligheter.

Den huvudsakliga nivån i hemmet har en öppen planlösning med kök, matsal och vardagsrum, expansiva fönster och en fantastisk eldstad med flodrock. Det är bra för att tillbringa tid med familjen och underhålla. Går du bara uppför trappan hittar du ett trevligt loft med en liten arbetsyta och fullstor futon för överflödssovning. Nedervåningen hittar du 3 sovrum, inklusive en stor master svit med en king size-säng, ett sovrum med en drottning säng och ett barnrum med 2 uppsättningar våningssängar.

Gå ett kort avstånd till toppen av vägen för att se en vidsträckt utsikt över Lake Tahoe och njuta av miles av spår som leder till Tahoe Rim Trail.

Sommargäster kommer att njuta av att vara nära restauranger, stränder och vandringsleder samt den ljusa och glada interiören. Close to Lake Tahoe and Palasades

Lovely home with lots of windows. Beautiful views. Short picturesque drive to ski Palasades. Just as pictured and very clean. Very cozy. Would deffinetly book again!

So close to beautiful trails

We had a blast with our dogs in the snow. I love the location of this house. There are amazing trails just a short walk down the road. I will absolutely book this place again. So worth it. Especially with the fenced in yard. So nice to be able to let our dogs romp and play back there. The only thing to note is that there is no entrance to backyard from house. You have to go out front door and walk around to the back. We had to clear a better path to the back gate, then shovel out the gate so we could enter the backyard. We visited when there was a lot of snow and even more dropped while we were there. It was magical. Loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a very nice layout with 3 levels which give you the ability to have quiet time when still be around the family. The high ceiling and large windows give you a true feel for the nature surrounding you. The bedrooms downstairs are well isolated so you can sleep when the conversation is still active in the living area on the second floor. If you like to cook, you will be able to roast a chicken or barbecue and have all the seasonings, foil , multi kitchen accessories and even an orange press machine for the morning.!We only needed a treadmill in the garage and we could have concluded the house was fully equipped. Dog bowls were waiting on the floor for our dog. I love a house to be very clean and in order and I felt right at home.I will absolutely go back to his house and it is only 2 minutes drive from Tahoe city . A true 5 stars and accepting dogs! What else can you ask?

Wonderful West Shore stay

This house worked out very well for our family of three, plus one dog. The home was very clean and laid out comfortably. Our teen son loved the loft for setting up his laptop. Plenty of comfy furniture in the family room for a large group. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious with lots of room to unpack all of your gear. The mattress is super comfortable (firm memory foam) and we slept well. Kitchen is roomy with lots of pots/pans/utensils for cooking although the non-stick pans really need to be replaced as they are shot. Otherwise the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The location is quiet for the most part, but be aware that the houses on each side are rentals which can mean potentially noisy neighbors (we encountered that the first couple of nights although the renters did quiet down by 10pm) but for the most part it was very peaceful. The one thing I would really have liked would be some comfortable outdoor lounge furniture on the deck. The table and chairs were ok for eating but not so much for relaxing. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for our senior dog. She can't walk long distances so this gave her a chance to be off leash and mosey at her own pace. The location is also a plus - just a few minutes drive from Tahoe House, West Shore Market, Fire Sign Cafe, Spoon Restaurant, Sunnyside Lodge, etc. All in all, I definitely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third vacation rental in Tahoe City, and definitely the cleanest and best-equipped. We prepared most of our meals, and the kitchen offered everything we needed, including a water bowl for the dogs. There were basics like oils & spices, which is not a given in a rental.Although there's no clear view of the lake (we knew that) the flip side is that the house is well shaded, so in hot weather, if you are strategic about opening windows and closing shades, the house can stay comfortable (it was nearly 90 a few days). The bedrooms are downstairs and are cooler than the main living area.Parking was ample. The wifi was a bit weak, but I believe that's true everywhere in the area. The fenced back yard was a great bonus if you have a dog that likes to chase a ball.Negative: The property behind the house has a floodlight on their property; if you're a light-sensitive sleeper, you'll want to draw the shades, which means you restrict fresh air when it's warm out.I'll conclude by emphasizing the cleanliness of this home, the quality construction and outfitting, and the ample natural lighting in the main living area. The game loft is kinda cool as well.

This house is amazing. I would leave there in a heartbeat. The location is close to a lot of great amenities including two trailheads. There is a fully fenced yard which is awesome if you have a dog that needs to outdoor space. Ours really loved the back deck and the proximity to swimming and trails. This is by far my favoritest place to stay in Tahoe. Cannot say enough good things about it.

Beautiful house in great area

Everything was accurate as the listing except for one thing. We chose this house because of the fenced yard and the large size of the yard for our dog. However there is no entrance to the yard from inside the house. You need to go out the front door and around to the side gate. Not a big issue but I would have appreciated this information.

The location is great, a short walk to wonderful 180 degrees views of Lake Tahoe, hiking trails, grocery store, pet store, and the yummy Tahoe House bakery! It’s also a very short and easy drive into town! The house is always super clean, and it’s stocked with all you might need during your stay! The rental agency staff is super helpful and accommodating! Additionally, the backyard is fenced and our puppy was able to roam safely. There are filtered lake views from all the rooms, floor to ceiling windows that show the beautiful evergreens, and you feel like you’re submerged in tranquility and beauty every day! We will definitely be coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I, and our puppy Grizzly, absolutely loved staying at the Elegant Gateway in Tahoe City. The location is close to hiking trails, and just a short walk to the lake, or the Truckee river. There is also a bike trail right down the hill from the cabin that we used a lot because it takes you anywhere you want to go. The actual cabin was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed during our two weeks stay. We also truly loved the fact that the backyard was fenced in, so our puppy was able to play and enjoy being off leash. The neighborhood was quiet, especially during the week, when there were't too many tourists. Bonus points: the amazing 180 degrees view of Lake Tahoe just up the hill, at the end of the road. Jenefer was amazing in helping us extend our stay with an extra day, and have a later check-out time. This is our second time renting this cabin, and are definitely planning to come back!

We had a great time. The kids loved the backyard They were able to play in the snow without me having to go down to the yard. I watched from the deck. I was surprised there is no way to get in the back yard except from the gate out front. I’m guessing because of possible bears…

Great location!

The house was perfect for our family. We had two kids and two adults. The only issue we ran into was dirty house carpets…other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the short walk up the hill to see the view of the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. My kids loved the bunk beds. My only complaint is about 3 hours after we checked out, the management company called me wanting to know why I put the comforter in the washing machine to wash and it ended up with a rip in it. The problem is that I never even took the comforter off of the bed. Obviously the cleaning crew tried to blame me for their mistake. I didn’t appreciate being blamed for something I did not do. Other than that, the house and our stay was amazing!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location

My wife, dog, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect: it was a short walk to everything we needed, including trails that led to the Tahoe Rim Trail. The backyard was perfect for our dog. We received over 2 feet of snow in one night and the snow removal service of the neighborhood was on top of things. The property manager was quick and courteous to all our inquiries. No complaints and we would happily recommend this location and the property manager to anyone.

Great location and nice property!

We loved this house. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked (but there was no salt), the TV had many channels, we would have loved to have the fireplace work (but it wouldn’t turn on), the house was close to town, Granlibakken resort, and Sunnyside restaurant, Homewood was also not too far. The house also had sleds in the garage for the kids to use and it was nice to be able to park our cars in the garage. We’ll definitely stay here again, but hopefully next time the fireplace will work and the kitchen will have salt.

Close to trails and had everything we needed. The house did not have an access point to the backyard, which was odd but there are gates/door on each side of the house which was nice.
