Denna fyra sovrum, två badrum hem i prestigefyllda Dollar Point på Lake Tahoe North Shore är en fantastisk plats för familjer och grupper. Detta hus är granne med Dollar Point pool och tennisklubben och är en av de få Tahoe hem med en inhägnad bakgård. Trädgården är helt anlagda och har en ENORM gräsmatta komplett med baby / barn gungor. Den har också ett stort däck med grill, badtunna och matbord för utomhusbruk underhållande. Hemmet är också fullt utrustat för spädbarn och småbarn med barnstol, bakgårdsvängningar och en port-a-spjälsäng.

Oavsett om du är en familj eller en grupp vuxna, har detta hem något för alla. Denna vackra hem har ett öppet vardagsrum planlösning med matsal i anslutning till köket och vardagsrummet. Köket är stort och mycket välutrustade redo att förbereda en gourmetmåltid. En öppen vedeldad spis gör detta till en mysig vinter reträtt.

På sommaren har du tillgång till alla de Dollar Point bekvämligheter, inklusive uppvärmd pool, tennisbanor och privat strand. En cykel stig leder dig direkt till Tahoe City, bara 2 miles away. På vintern är du bara minuter från världsklass skidorter inklusive Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows och Northstar. Huset är lättillgängligt på vintern ... flat parkering, enkel åtkomst från motorvägen, ingen 4WD krävs. Njut närliggande Tahoe City för restauranger och shopping.

Cozy stay in Tahoe city!

We had a wonderful stay in Dollar Point. Very convenient to downtown Tahoe City and walking distance from Tahoe XC for skiing. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, beds were comfortable, house was very clean. We had fun playing in the backyard in the snow and enjoyed the hot tub as well!

Great house for people and Dogs.

We enjoyed our stay here, the house is extremely well stocked. You won't have to worry about having enough towels here. The kitchen is also very well stocked for all your cooking needs. The back yard is very large and great for dogs, plenty of room to run around without worrying about them getting out. Would definitely stay here again.

Just What We Needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our days in the backyard in the warmth and sun. It was perfectly located across the street from the forest with a path that you could walk along for any length of time. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which is just what we needed. The home is a little older but has everything you need to be comfortable. The hosts care about the property and the visitors who stay there. Thank You!

Great Family time

It was wonderful - 3 had 3 houses in the area rented - all walking distance to each other. This yard was fantastic so most came to us for dinner 👍 Only bummer was not being able to use pool and local beach - but we went other places Great home and host!!!

Tahoe retreat

We were here for a very hot week over July 4th. The heat was our biggest challenge. The large fenced in backyard was a life saver. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would want to prepare and serve meals. The location is perfect, close to Tahoe City and 15 minutes from Kings Beach. There were a few minor issues which the owner is having addressed.

Accommodating and Relaxing Stay

Everything went so smoothly with our stay here. The property was perfect for my two small dogs and family. The location is great! Right between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. A state beach is nearby with trails too. The backyard was the best feature! It’s huge. The grounds are kept up so well and we enjoyed nights outside surrounded by the trees. The host is on top of every instruction you need once you check in and nothing went wrong at all. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked up with every essential you can think of. The house really had it all. It was clean and relaxing. Honestly we loved everything about staying here. Only thing that was a little challenging was that it was hot during the days we were there and there is no AC. I realize though that most of Tahoe doesn’t have AC units, but it would make for an even more comfortable stay. Not all the windows had screens either and we didn’t want to allow the bugs to get in. But that’s really it. We already have talked about wanting to stay in the future. Thank you so much for your accommodations and for being so thorough about all of the house features. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Internet and TV worked great too! The hot tub and bbq were a bonus for us!

Wonderful Home!

We had a lovely stay and it was beyond expectations. We always bring our own stuff when renting homes, but with this place we didn't need to. Everything you would need is provided! It even felt as if we were at our own cabin or a close friends. Great location, quiet neighborhood. The backyard felt like being at your own park! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Holiday Celebration

Holiday snow trip for our kids and grandkids. First time staying in Tahoe City and did not disappoint. The comfort of this home along with the location made it a memorable trip for us all. Plenty of room for cooking and dining together, cuddling up by the fire to watch movies and play games. The grandkids experienced their first snow and sledding at Granlibakken just like their parents did when we took them as kids and just 10 minutes away! Definitely recommend.

Easy to relax

This house worked well for our family group. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the lovely fenced backyard was so enjoyable for the adults and toddler in the afternoons.

Dollar Point vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation. The location was perfect and easy to get to. Loved the huge backyard where we set up lots of outdoor games to play and hung a hamock between the two beautiful trees. After long days on the boat, hiking and shopping, we came back to a nice hot tub soak. Well stocked and did not need anything. The only suggestion is that it would be nice for them to open up the facilities to renters. We would have loved a swim in the pool and playing some pickle ball. Other than that, it was perfect and Miriam was wonderful to work with. We would for sure stay there again. Thanks for making the stay a wonderful memory for all of us.

Great location, great house!

We stayed here for 2 nights in June and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The host even returned a couple of swimsuits we had left behind. Definitely will stay here again!

Relaxing

This house was cozy and for us lacked nothing. Our small dog thought he was in heaven in the back yard as did we. Dinner in the back yard and then badminton that we brought. Bike trails very close. We would love to come back. Thank you, Miriam.

Fantastic Dollar Point home!

There is a lot to love about this house. We LOVED the location and gorgeous fenced backyard. The kitchen is well-appointed and spacious. There were plenty of towels and linens for our family. There were also plenty of fans for all of the bedrooms and living areas. We wished that there had been more outdoor seating such as lawn chairs to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Also there were no screens on 2 of the largest windows in the main living area so we couldn't open those windows in the afternoon/evening for air circulation (it was hot for Tahoe) without letting in mosquitos and flies. The house was clean but the carpets in the family room area and the master bedroom were in need of a cleaning. Considering the overall cost with fees, we felt that it was on the expensive-side for the condition and amenities.

Well-equipped cabin in quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay at Miriam's place. We took our two dogs and 18-month old and found the place to be really well set up with a pack and play, high chair and even stair gate! The yard was also perfect for our dogs as we could let them out without having to worry about them getting anywhere they shouldn't be. There was also plenty of shade in the yard so they loved hanging out. Otherwise the house itself it well equipped with cooking utensils, TV streaming service and plenty of fans. These were especially useful in the bedrooms which would get very warm in the afternoons in July, but thankfully cooled down before we went to sleep. The neighborhood is quiet and the bike/walking trail opposite dollar point was beautiful and easy to access with our pups. While we knew we wouldn't be able to access the pool and facilities when we booked the property, it was irking to be able to see them right from the back yard and not be able to go, especially on 80+ degree days when a dip in the pool would've been perfect! Hopefully the covid-era rules on usage will change back for visitors soon.

Great Stay!

Recently stayed here while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. All amenities we would need! Home is a very short drive to Tahoe City, where we got groceries, went out to eat, and hung out at the beach. The backyard was perfect to play outside with our 2 year old. Overall a wonderful stay.

The perfect family get away

Clean, lots of natural light, spacious bedrooms and in a great location. Miriam was extremely responsive with a couple of questions we had after checking in. The kitchen was very well equipped with utensils, pots/pans, crock pot and a whirlypop popcorn popper! It was the perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy a cozy Thanksgiving weekend

Great property, but dirty

Great property and location. In the middle of everything we wanted to do in Tahoe. I grew up coming to Tahoe and was excited to come here with my whole family again. Really enjoyed the big, fenced in yard. It was great for our dog and daughter. The mudroom was convenient, and the beach towels were nice. The owner Mariam is very responsive and kind. My only complaint is that the house was very dirty- it is in need of a deep clean. The plastic dish drying rack was really gross with gunk stuck in it, the vents were really dirty, and the switch plates dirty. The upstairs bathroom is missing the overflow plate, and has a rusty nail sticking out. Not really great when I was trying to give my 18 month old a shower. There were also dead bugs all over the ceiling and little gnats on the end of our bed probably from the ceiling. In need of a major paint job as well.

Great location, beautiful yard

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The large, flat, and lush green yard with swingset and outdoor dining space was just perfect for our young children and dogs to enjoy safely. We loved eating dinner on the deck every night and cooking with the well-stocked kitchen - it had everything you might need including a great selection of glassware for cocktails! The home was comfortable and the check-in/communication process was excellent. It was great to be in such a central, convenient location. We would love to come back!

Perfect Week in Lake Forest

Had an amazing stay at this cabin. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Great house to stay with friends / family. They have a lot of items / utensils for cooking, which made it easy for family meals. My dog loved the backyard and it was perfect for a family game night. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again next year!

Beautiful Cozy North Lake Gem!

Wow, what a beautiful cabin so close to the lake and Tahoe City. House was really clean and had all the basic necessities we needed. The beds were super comfy and had plenty of extra blankets. We loved the open big backyard with the hot tub. My son and my dog both really enjoyed running around and playing. Miriam was a wonderful host, super quick in responding to all my messages.

The first time we walked into the house and looked out at the huge and tranquil yard, we were sold. Before purchasing this house, we had spent more time in Tahoe in winter vs other seasons. No longer. Dollar Point, and our home in particular, is just a fantastic place to be any time of year. In summer, we love eating outside on the back deck, relaxing in the yard, and riding our bikes into town on the paved trail that begins at Dollar Point.
