Short walk to Eagle lodge!

Indoor garage parking spot. Well equipped condo was clean and adequate for our family. 1 bunk bed, pull out sofa, and a king bed in a separate bedroom. The sofa pull out has some springs missing in one corner, no biggie unless you sit on the end of the bed! We would stay here again!

Would not recommend

Not a good experience. Had to cut family trip short few days due to cleanliness of the condo. Other family members couldnt handle the condition of the place. The carpet in the master was disgusting with fresh urine or feces stains. We put towels over them to keep them out of view because it was . We took pictures at arrival and sent pictures of the carpets to vrbo to start a case since no response from property management. Management kept most of our deposit for the stains that were present at arrival. Vrbo hasnt been able to get ahold of this management group either.

We liked this unit. It worked perfectly for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was clean and the location was great. The pool close to the unit was closed and the tennis courts were under construction.

The condo itself was neat and clean. We liked the condo and its location. One of the pools was under construction and the tennis courts were under construction which made it dirty and dusty. It was a little walk to the other pool, but at least there was another pool that was nice and clean.

Relaxing and great amenities

Great location, easy access!

We enjoyed this condo and would stay again. The location is indeed walking distance to Eagle chair. This condo is ideal with underground parking and easy access. The bedroom was nice and bunk beds comfortable. I’ll keep this on my Mammoth list for sure.

Walking distance to Eagle Lodge

Loved the location, decor, cleanliness was great. Our truck was too big to park inside and they let us park in front of the office which was a great back up. Such a cute place and would stay again. We loved how we had access to watch different apps on tv. We couldn’t get the bedroom one working, but it was just the two of us. We liked the long coat rack inside and would’ve been ever better with a long rubber mat for snowboards. Thank you for making a nice stay for us. We’ve been coming to Mammoth for 27 years and this was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed at.

Good time in Mammoth

This was a great location for our stay to play in the snow. Eagle Lodge is walking distance and the place was equipped with all that we needed. It was cold the first night and the place took some time to heat up, but after the first night, it was comfortable the rest of our stay. We would choose to stay here again!

Through the blizzard

Even though we came during a blizzard it was still a great trip. Communication was right away even though I am pretty sure they were busy with the blizzard. A very cozy and spacious place. My kids slept well in their bunk beds and we all had a great family vacation.

Great location, spacious condo

The location of the condo is great! 5min walk to Eagle lodge. The apartment is spacious with well stocked kitchen and spacious living room. The microwave vent was broken so couldn't use the stove as the smoke would turn on the smoke detector alarm. Bedroom bed is extremely comfortable! Laundry room is right next to the apartment. The only issue is that the property management company is not very responsive. They do provide easy check in/out instructions, but do not respond to emails if any issues. Overall, happy with our stay.

Great location, perfect for our small family.

Had a great stay here. Condo was clean, well provisioned (maybe could use better knives), plenty of towels ect, comfy beds. Property manager was great to work with and always available for questions. Small details could use some attention, no deadlock or second lock on front door which is a little weird, bedroom door doesn’t quite shut. Nothing that bothered our stay. Easy to check in, easy to find, and walkable to Eagle Lodge. It was really a great fit for family, 2 adults and 2 young kids and dog. Would be happy to stay here again!

Perfect for what we needed

Our stay at this property was great. The location was more than ideal. Walking distance to the slopes and the place was nice and cozy. A little tired as past renters have stated but the place was nice and clean and it was perfect for our family! We would love to come back again!

Practical and convenient

Pros: location is close to the ski lift, underground parking spot is below the condo, stocked amenities: towels, blankets, kitchen ware. Place is clean Cons: needs updating: bathroom was updated but not the toilet bowl (looks old). Front door needs another lock from the inside. Doesnt feel secure specially you can enter a code from the outside. Overall a great place to stay in specially if you are skiing / snowboarding!

Spacious and cozy

We loved this condo. The main area with the big bunk beds, couches, hooks to hang ski gear, and kitchen was very spacious. We could easily have invited 2 to 4 more friends to join us and not felt cramped. The little fire stove was great, and they stocked plenty of covered wood on the balcony so it wasn't wet with all that snow. Yes, the bathroom looked old as some reviewers said, but the HOT water was instant and had great pressure in the shower. They were a little cheap on the bathroom soap--one tiny hand bar, and nothing in the shower, so we had to go out and get something for bathing. Otherwise, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. for our 3 nights (very cool that they had olive oil for cooking!) Super comfy king size bed and pillows. We were snowed in 1 of our days, and we didn't mind spending the whole day inside with games to play, books to read, our recipes to cook, and TV to watch. This was walk-to-the-lift rather than ski-in-ski-out, but we actually liked it BETTER because it was so much bigger than the Eagle Lodge ski-in-ski-outs that are in the same price range (plus the little woodstove fireplace was fun:).

Mammoth Stay

Had a very nice experience staying at this apartment. Kitchen is relatively well stocked (missing salt, olive oil), bed was comfortable, and we appreciated being able to use the wood burning stove to warm the unit (wood included on porch). Convenient location as well. A few areas could be touched up around the unit to make it 5 stars, including fixing up the door (second lock missing, paint chips, etc.), ensuring all lights/lamps are working properly, updating the wifi info on the check-in list (had to search the router to find correct user name and password). Overall would definitely stay again, but updating the above points would make it a better stay.
