Vårt två sovrum, 2 badrums stadsbostad Timberline Unit 46 ligger nära Old Mammoth Road på gångavstånd till restauranger, Vons-stormarknaden och Mammoth Lakes biograf. Den gröna linjen Mammoth Mountain shuttle stannar nära ingången till parkeringsplatsen, en kort promenad från vår stadshus. Det är en tio minuters resa på Green Line till Eagle Lodge Lift 15. Hela berget kan nås från lift 15. Den röda linjen tar slut på Old Mammoth Rd. en två kvarts promenad från Timberline. Den röda linjen går till byn och Main Lodge.

Vårt tvåvåningshus har två sovrum nere med kök och vardagsrum på övervåningen. Vi har totalrenoverat köket sommaren 2016 och installerat alla nya skåp, alla nya apparater och bänkskivor i granit. Vår stadshus har en vedspis och ett nöjescenter i vardagsrummet. Nöjescentret har en stor platt-TV med Sudden Link-kabelåtkomst till många kabelstationer. Denna TV har också tillgång till filmer från Netflix och Amazon via BluRay-spelaren som är ansluten till internet. Det finns ett högkvalitativt stereoljudsystem i nöjescentret. Trådlöst internet (50 Mbps) från Sudden Link-kabel finns också i vårt stadshus. Det finns ett videobibliotek med cirka hundra DVD-titlar .. Det finns två fulla badrum, ett på övervåningen och ett på nedervåningen.

Det stora sovrummet nedervåningen har en king size-säng med en väggmonterad TV med kabelanslutning och en DVD-spelare. Det andra sovrummet har en våningssäng som sover två personer och en drottningssäng som sover två personer. Det andra sovrummet har också en väggmonterad TV som har kabelanslutning och en DVD-spelare.

Timberline har en fin välskött badtunna och bastu som är öppen året runt. Bubbelbadet och bastun ligger bredvid chefens kontor, på västra sidan av chefskontoret. Simbassängen Timberline är öppen från sen vår till tidig höst.

Comfortable Condo Close to Eagle and the Village

Great place to stay for 4 or 5 with the Green bus line just outside of the complex that will get you to Eagle very quickly. The condo was clean and very comfortable and I appreciate how well the heaters warmed up the inside. It was nice to be walking distance to Vons and Roberto's. Also, the DVD collection will keep you entertained after a long day of skiing! Nick was really easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would stay here again if it available next time!

Dirty towels! But otherwise mostly great.

The towels were so gross, hairy, stinky, dirty! Nick has the cleaners drop off new clean towels right away. The unit was extremely difficult to find the 1st time. The wall heaters were a challenge to know where to set them to be at a comfortable temperature. They did not provide kitchen towels even with a request for one specifically. The shower heads are super low. The hot tub was over clorinated but nice and hot.Otherwise it was a nice place. I know my review is critical but nasty towels will do that. Nick was great and very responsive. We had a good weekend and enjoyed using the kitchen and sitting around the upstairs to hang out. The bus stop was near by and made it easy.

Perfect stay for a family

Love the location and that there was beds for our whole family. Cozy but plenty of space. Property was an excellent location, close to restaurants and just a few minutes drive away from the village gondola. Host was super available and quick to answer any questions

Mammoth get away

Hubby and me and daughter and SIL stayed for the long weekend. I am the only non skier. The condo is well equipped, clean, plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other. The stairs were a little problem for me as I need a knee replacement but no one else had issues. Definitely recommend and would stay here Again when we come again. The owners were very kind with check in/out times.spa was open and nice.

Great Condo in Mammoth

This condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for 4 people. Close walk to shuttle, and places to eat. Commnication with the owners was very good. We will stay here again.

Bed sheets were not changed

Sheets were not changed, messages the owner and stated they would try and get someone out to change them but no one ever came. Pretty sad that we paid a cleaning fee for uncleaned beds. Showers are good for someone under 5 foot and not someone over 6 feet.

Bike trip

First it is a condo.Check in was easy. During our stay we didn’t hear any noise from other tenant. Beds are comfortable. Pool and hot tube clean. Nice 2 bedroom place. Close to a store and eating places. The apartment was clean except for a few cobwebs nothing that takes away or makes your stay uncomfortable. The owners very responsive and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay.

The owners of this property are very friendly. Communication is always very prompt and willing to work with your situation. I will always try to book this place if i go back. That being said, it need a few updates but nothing that would deter my staying there.

Had Everything We Needed

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The owners were really flexible with check in and check out times which was extremely convenient. Parking was easy. We used the pool and jacuzzi several times (they were never crowded and we usually had them to ourselves). Only con was that the mattresses weren't that comfortable. One other thing worth noting is that the pool and jacuzzi opened at different times. The pool was from 10A-10P and the jacuzzi was from 3P-10P. Not necessarily a con, just thought it was strange. I've never stayed somewhere where the pool and jacuzzi had different hours.

Nice town home

It was a nice stay! Kitchen was modern, other parts of the home were nostalgic. Very close to restaurants, grocery and gas. Overall, it was a very nice stay. I would definitely stay again if i was in the area

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. Parking was easy, the location was super walkable, and it was wonderful proximity to the 4th of July parade. Great amenities, and clear instructions. We look forward to returning!

Stayed over memorial day weekend with our 3 kids. Very cozy and well stocked townhouse. Owners were very communicative and accomodating with check in and check out times. Would definitely stay here sgain

Great place

Nice and affordable place. All the needed amenities for making breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Right near the bus stop so easy access to the slopes. Only unfortunate item was the WiFi was not working well so relied on using hotspot on our phones.
