River View A-Frame Cabin i Yosemite National Park

Riverview är en vacker trä, två våningar, A-Frame stuga, med golv till tak fönster som vetter mot södra Fork av Merced River. Den öppna planlösningen vardagsrum och matplats innehåller underbara golv till tak glas och en vedspis. Med tre sovrum och två badrum, inklusive en master svit, rymmer denna charmiga stuga familjer och grupper. Extra sovande finns på loftet. Inbäddat i den pittoreska byn Wawona, tillåter Riverview Cabin hela Yosemite National Park-upplevelsen.

Vi köpte nyligen den här stugan i november 2017. Den hade hyrts på VRBO som # 807877 i flera år, alla med 5 stjärnor. De tidigare recensionerna har inte överförts till den här nya noteringen, men här är vad en tidigare gäst skrev:

"Vi hade en annan underbar vistelse vid Riverview med familjen. Stugan är mycket bekväm, snyggt utsedd och ren. omgivningarna är mycket fredliga och platsen med utsikt över floden är vacker. Du kan se floden från var som helst i hemmet. Beläget i Wawona-inuti Yosemite National Park och cirka 30-40 minuter från Yosemite Valley-gör detta det perfekta reträttet för att ha en parkupplevelse bort från folkmassorna i dalen. Det finns också några bra vandringsleder i Wawona. Vi kan inte vänta att återvända. "

Great location! Wouldn’t mind coming back in the summer to float in the river. Amazing accommodations pots, pans, spices. May need to retire some blankets and comforters due to wear n tear. Love the history in the home. Carpet may need some deep cleaning since it’s pretty dirty. Over all amazing home.

Gorgeous home with ample supplies for everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. Beautiful decor and plenty of space for our family. We loved the location on the river and spent a lot of time outside on the porch. Loved everything about this house and will definitely stay again!

Really lovely home surrounded by forest. The deck was a delightful place to relax .The host has provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. My daughter did all the cooking and had no complaints. If you're merely looking for a place to lay your head at night, you'll miss out on the ambiance... we enjoyed hanging out here with loved ones we don't see often (in addition to a hike and Glacier Point). Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly to inquiries.

Wonderful cabin inside Yosemite park with a river running behind the cabin. It is within walking distance of a camp store for all the little things you need. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated the welcoming basket for when we arrived. The bathrooms were nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable. Susan was easily reachable and responsive. Our family had the best time.

This property was everything we wanted it to be for our stay in Yosemite Park! The location was beautiful; surrounded by trees and by the river but wasn’t isolated. There was a handy store with friendly staff (and resident cat) which was great. The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed - Susan (the host) also laid out a few snacks for hikes and tea/coffee plus pancake ingredients for breakfast: lovely thought! The beds were all extremely comfortable and there was a lovely home-from-home feel to accommodation. Although Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove were a drive away as Yosemite is so vast. Wawona itself offered some lovely trails and places to visit - the Wawona Swing Bridge was truly beautiful and if we had stayed for longer, we would have revisited. Susan was a fantastic host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all, a truly memorable stay that we would love to come back to - we highly recommend this property.

Exceptional location

I stayed there for three nights with my family, we loved the place ; clean, back yeard good views over the river. Little market to buy necessary things was in the walking distance. It is located inside the yosemeti park. There is all of activity in the walking destince ( chinchilla fall and trial, swinging bridge. I recommend this place to my friends.

Yosemite

River View served as a great location to explore all of Yosemite. Beds were comfortable after a day of hiking in the Valley, Glacier Point, Mariposa Grove etc. Kitchen was adequate to prepare meals after a day of exploring. Loved the fact it was inside the park, witch we didnt realize until leaving and saw the huge line of cars waiting for intrance. Definitely worth it to be inside the park.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is great to stay inside the park. Don’t miss the swinging bridge local hike. Late May is perfect time to visit. Every comfort provided.

Amazing location

My siblings, my husband and I thoroughly enjoy this unit. It's a bit away from Yosemite Valley but be able to listen to the sound of the river running is just made up the distant. There are 2 convenient general stores. They have most of everything you need to satisfy your urging for snacks and last minute run for eggs, bread, butter, etc...I'd recommend this unit for friends and family.

I am a third generation farmer near Fresno. We grow grapes, almonds and pistachios. I have had a love for the mountains ever since i was young. I spend a lot of time water skiing with my husband. We spend a lot of the winter in Costa Rica water skiing.
My sister and i just purchased this cabin together in 2017. We have had 2 other cabins before this one. We were excited to purchase a A-Frame cabin near the river. Something about hearing the river running that you cant get in very many cabins here. Hope you will enjoy this new cabin as much as we are looking forward to time up at the cabin

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have had a cabin in Wawona for the last 25 years. Always wanted a A-Frame near the river. There is not much of a turn over of cabins in Wawona. Most are held in the family for generations. There are really very few cabins inside Yosemite National Park. So when this one came available, we just bought it Nov. 2017.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Walk down to the river. Great swimming place right close to the cabin. Nice large deck that is in the shade. Enjoy seeing the river from the cabin and mostly hearing the river running from the cabin.
