Renoveringar på utsidan av Grand Tower görs i höst. Ring kontoret för mer information. Denna 1 sovrum 1 badrum villa ligger på 11: e våningen i vårt Tower Building. Utsikten över den vackra Mexikanska golfen och vår vita sandstrand kan ses från denna enhet som är perfekt för att titta på kvällssolnedgångar! För att följa Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra 1 sovrum enheter högst 4 personer. Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng med en 32-tums platt-TV. Vardagsrummet har en 43 "platt-TV och det finns en bäddsoffa i full storlek för gästbruk. Badrummet har en badkar / dusch kombination. Köket är fullt utrustat med apparater och alla saker du behöver för matlagning - krukor / pannor, tallrikar, redskap, brödrost och en Keurig kaffebryggare och en vanlig 12 kopp kaffebryggare. Lägenheten har ett kakelgolv med mattor i sovrummet. Det är möblerat och har en sluten uteplats med skjutfönster, s�� att du kan njuta av de varma tropiska vindarna från Mexikanska golfen, vilket gör din vistelse minnesvärd. Poolen på stranden som visas på bilden är inte en del av vår fastighet.

Nice condo!

Wasn’t in town long but it’s a gorgeous condo! Amazing views. Easy 1 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars. Will DEF stay again!!

Palm Bay Club Is Awesome...our rental unit not so much.

Excellence

We had an amazing time at Palm Bay. Check in was a breeze. Our family stayed across the street, so we used both the pool and beach for the full four days. The room was clean and was loaded with everything you need. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a perfect view of the sunset. We had no negative things to say. We highly recommend staying at Palm Bay.

Gulf view condo

Very nice unit with view of the gulf. Had everything we needed to cook. Everyone in the complex was very friendly . We walked to the village which is about 2 miles away but there are free ride services for just a driver tip available. Overall excellent experience

Great views- very dated property

Overall we enjoyed our time - siesta key is one of our favorite spots. The property offered adequate amenities and is located directly on the beach. The unit was small, very dated, couch was terrible. Since we didn’t spend too much time in the room- it didn’t ruin the trip!

Best Place to stay

My stay at unit 114 at palm bay club

Midwinter break

The location of the property was perfect, and the private beach with lounge chairs was a bonus. We could walk to Siesta Key Village from the condo or take the free trolley ride to town for dining and shopping. The condo had an amazing view, and we enjoyed the two pools and hot tub on the canal side. The condo had everything we needed, and it was clean. The decor and furnishings are getting a little outdated. The king size mattress seems to be broken and sagging on one side, even though the owners said it is newer. Overall it was a great stay.

The bed and all the furniture were very comfortable. The hair dryer wasn't working when we got there and maintenance replaced it within minutes. The entire Palm Bay staff was amazing. Excellent Father’s Day Weekend

Love the fact that they supply full length beach chairs and even have a guy that will deliver them to you on your spot on the beach. We just tapped them everyday. I would definitely stay here again. I would not suggest renting through vrbo as they added an additional $233.00 fees!

Vacation in March

the property is very nice, beach chairs are available at no charge. If you want the umbrella there is a charge to use. There is a person there for the umbrella's and he will put it up for you and will also bring the chairs down for you which is very nice. For anyone who smokes there is a designated area outside of the tower building , I do think there could be an area for those to be able to sit down. At night the area is not lit up for those who smoke. We were there during red tide and it was sad to see all the fish and sea life being washed up on the shore. It lasted a very long time so we did not go in the water. The pool was available to use instead. Overall is was a good time with great weather. The property is very nice.

Not Up to Usual Palm Bay Standards

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Palm Bay Club quite a few times. Until this stay we always thought it was perfect. We dreamed of our next trip as soon as we came home! This time, although the view, the beach, the cleanliness, and the professional staff were all excellent, as always, the condo and the building where we stayed were definitely not up to the usual standards, as follows: *Broken armchair in the LR. Maintenance took it away. * Rusted AC vents, not possible to move them to avoid AC blowing directly on couch area, and since one of the chairs was gone, couldn't have the AC on in a comfortable way. *Bathroom needs updating, peeling paint, old tub, put a towel in the drawer because I didn't want my cosmetics directly on its surface. * New towels were nice, but were unwashed, had sizing in them, and smelled bad. *Dirty upholstery on the bedroom chair. * Cracked microwave door-perhaps escaping radiation? * Broken dryer-no heat * Only 1 of the two elevators working. Long waits with sometimes 20, or more, people piled up in the hallway. Of course, we were disappointed, as this was not the comfortable get-away we expected.

Perfect location

This was a very nice condo with a lovely view up the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet. We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Office staff were pleasant and helpful. Fast, efficient check in and check out. Good parking available. The free trolley stop was on Midnight Pass Rd and convenient to the Village, Aldi and Sarasota. We hope to be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is clean, and Palm Bay is well located. This is a north facing unit which is less than ideal, because the bedroom area was always very dark.My biggest negative about the unit was that it needed updating. The bedroom comforter, sheets, and pillows need to be REPLACED. Gross. The shower head is also something from the 90’s. It can’t be that expensive to replace a shower head. Other than that, it was a good visit.
