The location on the Little Wicomico is exceptional and the high point of the stay. The residents living nearby were also wonderful.We did find that the photos on line make the home look larger than it was in person, but otherwise everything we needed to have a great time was readily available.

From the views to the amenities, everything was perfect! We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and watching all the activity on the Little Wicomico River. This is one of the cleanest rental homes we've ever stayed, it is evident the home is well taken care of. The use of the apartment and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home, we would love to stay here again.

The home is in a beautiful spot and we enjoyed visiting local family and friends while we stayed here over Christmas. Enjoyed our stay very much ! Would love to stay again in warmer weather.

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the property is beautiful. The house has everything you will need for a great trip. The views were stunning and peaceful even in the rain! We had a fabulous time and will be back!

Perfect Views to Relax

Adorable home with an amazing view from any window! We kayaked right from the dock. The view is why you stay here! Breathtaking! Management responded quickly. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who loves the water and views.

Peaceful paradise!

Absolutely peaceful and a true slice of heaven. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. The kitchen was fully stocked, just pack your clothes that’s all you need. Amazing sunrises and sunsets await you. Total privacy the entire stay.

Gorgeous river views

Our stay exceed expectations. The location was perfect for our July 4th weekend getaway. Lots of lawn to play games and relax. Kayaks were a great bonus for the kids to get on and a enjoy floating on the river. We are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful property and very responsive property manager. The only drawback was that there was no access for swimming. The property manager helped us locate a beach nearby, so all was well.

A wonderful location on the water with great views. Within a very easy and short drive to either Reedville. Kilmarnock, Irvington, White stone etc. Small tip if you plan on eating meals at the house, may be best to plan ahead and bring groceries with you. That was our plan and it really worked out.

Fun weekend spent with friends!

We had such a good time at the property! The host was very responsive via VRBO and answered all of our questions! We enjoyed breathtaking views of the river and were able to kayak and enjoy the water. Overall had a great time! Thank you to the hosts for being so accommodating with our requests!
