We enjoyed my stay in the villa. It was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary accommodations (beach supplies, toiletries). It was nice having a functional kitchen with all the necessary tools. We also loved the quiet location, pool, and beach area overlooking the ocean. We had a very relaxing stay and hated to leave. We would highly recommend this property and its location.

Very nice suite ,enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication with the owner. Great view from balcony. Spent many hours on the beachy area which was raked daily.GREAT STAY RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY.Pool and grounds are spotless. A bit disappointed that there was no bottle/ can recycling available in the complex , especially In HAWAII.

Beautiful spot!

Loved this condo and our stay! Host was extremely communicative, helpful, and kind. Wondeful having both the pool and the oceanfront right there; beautiful sunsets! Condo itself was very clean. So nice we were allowed to use provided items like the cooler, beach chairs, and boogie board! Would highlu recommend, and would certainly stay here again!

Perfect little Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was neat and tidy and the perfect size for my husband and I. All the amenities we needed were available, the ocean was clearly seen and heard from the balcony (which was my fav part) and the whole complex was quiet. (for a couple's only trip, that was perfect). We will definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay

This was my second time back to this wonderful property and the first visit for my husband and son. It felt like coming home. Great location, beautiful and cared for property, well managed by the owners Audri and Greg. Enjoy your stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Fabulous time at Kona Isle

This is our 3rd time staying at Kona Isle and the first time in this unit. It was as amazing!The unit is so well put together, everything that we needed. The highlights for us were the pool, the sunset, the BBQ area and how everyone meets down there to watch the sunset (and claps when its a good one! LOL).The bed is very comfortable and we had all the beach stuff we could ever need. Will definitely consider staying here again if we get back to the Big Island...which I hope we do soon! Thanks for everything.

Great view!

We felt at home in our unit. We let the ocean breeze flow through to stay comfortable. The A/C works fine but we like the sound and feel of the ocean. Close to everything and a great home base while exploring the island. We were very happy with our stay and wish it had been longer. Best!

Wonderful accommodation

Great experience - great location - close to town -lots of restaurants, etc . Condo had everything we needed . Beautiful view of grounds and ocean. Barbecue on site was very nice to utilize and beautiful sunsets down by the water. We used the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach . Owner was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Info binder with restaurants, things to do, and rules of condo was very helpful. Would definitely return again.

Another amazing stay at Audri’s condo

My wife and I had previously stayed at this property about 5 years ago during our first visit to Kona. We had such a great time then that we booked to stay again and we had another great stay. The condo is recently renovated, extremely clean, and provides all the comforts of home, including beach-going supplies. We love that the complex is quiet and gives a more private atmosphere but is still close enough to town so that you can enjoy everything Kona has to offer with only a short drive. Thank you Audri for sharing your slice of paradise! We’re already looking forward to another trip.

Such a gem!

My husband treated me to week-long stay for my birthday. It was wonderful! The pride of ownership is obvious as the condo is beautifully updated and was as depicted in the photos. We especially enjoyed the sunsets while grilling next to the shore. The location is perfect and there is a bus stop next door if you don't feel like walking (although we walked often, the bus is free and we took it from the airport). The only problem we had was that we had to go home. We plan to stay for a longer period next time. Mahalo Audri! Suzanne & Marcus

Success!

Our expectations for the condo were certainly met, a totally enjoyable landing pad. The facility grounds are beautifully landscaped, inviting a variety of birds to appreciate while we sipped coffee on the lanai. The waterfront beach/BBQ area quickly became our favorite lounging spot, especially at sunset and lingering while the stars arrived. Amenities in the unit were incredibly thoughtful and complete, small touches like Q-tips and notepads are helpful surprises in a rental. Beach toys were as advertised, even better thanks to a sweet umbrella! Audri is a great host, her clear communication and documentation proved very helpful. Thank you eversomuch for hosting us! :-)

Wonderful property and great hosts! Well equipped unit, so comfortable, great bed, no issues at all. The chairs and tables, along with the community grills, invite people to great each other and engage. Also very central to great Kona activities. We loved it!

Big Island Fun

The condo was well stocked with towels and equipment to use at the beach. It also had everything needed in the kitchen. The AC and fans worked well and it was a quiet and comfortable place. We also liked the location and ease in getting anywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect! Clean! Well Appointed!

This condo was exactly as described and more. Well appointed with all the creature comforts of home. Location on the 3rd floor gave you a pretty ocean view from the patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and even some yummy poke for lunch. The grounds themselves are very clean and quiet even when full of guests. They also have a wonderful beach/sand area to watch the waves and BBQ on the available propane grills. This area has picnic tables in a concrete slab or lounge chairs on the sand. (There is no beach access here- swells are rough). The condo bedroom is bright and airy and enough for our stay. Well def stay here again on our next visit.

Best Condo Rental Ever

Our condo had absolutely everything we might have needed. The owner was meticulous when it comes to maximizing available space and making things convenient and workable. The decor was beautiful and not overdone. We loved everything about this rental and will definitely look to return. It was exactly as described, maybe even better. The grounds were very well kept and the property was quiet and convenient to town. The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was in good working order. Five stars plus!

Greg and I had the privilege to learn the meaning of Aloha" from our dear friends' mom, Dolly who moved to Kona is the early 70's. We are empty nesters and live on the mainland for now but hope to retire to Kona soon. We love our little slice of paradise at Kona Isle. Dolly left us this past winter but her spirit and teachings to respect and love all that is around us will live on forever. We hope our guests feel the love and Aloha in our condo and ask all to respect the beauty and culture of Hawaii and the Hawaiian people.
