Koppla av och njut av din strandferie i denna vackert inredda 2BR / 2BA-enhet med i tvättstuga på 9: e våningen vid Pelican Beach Resort som renoverades hösten 2017. Vardagsrummet och sovrummet öppnar mot balkongen med utsikt över det vackra smaragdvattnet i bukten och den vita sandstranden. Köket har uppgraderats med granit bänkskivor, backsplash och rostfria vitvaror. Nya möbler och dekoration i hela vardagsrummet för att få dig att känna dig som hemma på stranden. LR har plattskärms-TV, Blue Ray och stereo med streaming kapacitet samt helt ny drottning sovande. Ny granit och skåp i båda baden. Nya golv och madrasser i båda sovrummen. Ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten. Master har kung med stor platt-TV och andra BR har drottning med plattskärm. Stay was excellent! Only one star off for unit needing a good thorough cleaning throughout (minus very clean bathrooms) and couches and stove top needing an update. Amenities such as multiple pools, cafe, and tiki bar were INCREDIBLE. There were plenty of toys and chairs in the unit and we loved the balcony. Location is perfect with short travel to anything you would need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful view. Very clean very short walk to the pool and beach. Jim was quick to reply and answer all questions he evn found us a breakfast place we asked aboit3. Will stay there again.

We had a great time! The condo is great. Kitchen was great and we cooked most of our meals there. The beds were very comfortable. The beach out front of the resort was fantastic. Jim was always available which we greatly appreciated. It’s a great place to stay!

Condo was perfect! Exactly as the pictures. We enjoyed the complex with pool options, beach chair and umbrella rentals available and definitely having the the food and drinks available for purchase! Would recommend and stay again!

Birthday getaway

We really liked the unit we stayed in. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable, it had lovely beach decor with ocean view as well as nice hot water for the showers. Everything was very clean. The people were friendly. There is a wide variety of restaurants and activities near by, something for everyone!

Fantastic!!

The condo is as described. Fantastic view off the balcony. The beach is amazing! The property is very family friendly. Saw many people using the grills that are available. The Cafe has fantastic breakfast. Definitely plan to go back!

The property was perfect for my family of 5 during our stay. The host responded very quickly to our questions and was very helpful. The unit is beautiful, had amazing views, was close to shopping, attractions, etc and we would definitely stay here again! I wish there was a tub for my toddler however both bathrooms were spacious and gorgeous! Laundry in the unit was a much appreciated feature. We had a great stay and loved the amenities offered as well!

Spring Break Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! It was very clean and had a stunning view that made every morning special. I loved that it provided beach toys, chairs and umbrella for us to use, super convenient. The property offered plenty of great amenities, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. We’ll definitely be booking again!

The condo has a beautiful view of the beach. It was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal.The beds are comfortable and the showers were great.We had trouble with the lock at check in, but Jim handled it and the rest of the stay was great.Jim checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything.We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Condo, View Host and property.

This was Our first time to Destin. I booked the vacation last minute. I was highly satisfied. The host the condo and property was above expectations. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone it has beautiful views, Luxurious condo and an amazing host.

Stay was great. Everything we needed was included. Good view of the ocean. Condo is next to an elevator which I liked. I would recommend staying here.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and had all we needed to cook. My only dislikes was the bathroom floor to the master room was dangerously slick when the smallest amount of water got on the floor and the chair rentals are not for a full day.

Perfect Getaway Spot

My family of 5 (husband, 4yo, 2yo and newborn) absolutely loved our stay in Jim's condo! He communicated often to ensure all was well and any questions were addressed. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the balcony being our favorite part. That view is spectacular! Checkin/check-out process was very simple. We really enjoyed the easy beach access, the 3 pools and the tiki bar. We would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future!

Clean condo, views as advertised. Great pools and beach access. Close to additional shops/ dining and amenities. Host responsive to any questions and checked in a couple times just to make sure we were having a good stay.

Very clean and updated nice views

Condo was very clean and nicely updated. Location was very convenient to elevator and entire building has easy access to beach area. Nice views of the beach and swimming pool from the balcony. Host was very pleasant to work with. We had flight delays coming in and he worked with us on that. Great communication!
