Wonderful vacation in Waterscape A407

We had an amazing vacation through Coastal Vacations. The booking process was a breeze. I called immediately after booking to adjust my reservation and David answered right away and fixed it for me without any hassle. He was very communicative before and during our stay which made everything smooth and easy. I would recommend Coastal Vacations to anyone taking a Florida vacation!

The perfect place for a family getaway!

I can't say enough great things about Waterscape A407. The hosts were communicative leading up to our stay, provided us with all of the information we'd need to arrive and settle in, provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do while visiting, and most importantly...the accommodations were outstanding. Clean place, exactly as pictured online, plenty of room, and welcoming atmosphere. The pool options were fantastic and the beach is so close. Everyone in the family enjoyed our time and we plan to book with them again in the future.

Excellent location, centrally located to shops, THE BEACH, restaurants and activities. Beautiful condo stocked with all the amenities you could need and a wonderful view. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Family Friendly

Great property! Kids love the bunk beds. We brought a tension curtain rod and black out curtains to give them a little privacy and block the light to sleep. Love the dual master bedrooms and bathrooms. Bring your own beach chairs and beach toys. None provided, not that they said there would be. Super close to pool and close to the beach. Love the decor! Cute and coastal. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Pure Bliss!!

Gorgeous gulf views!! Pictures do not do this place justice. Very clean and had all the essentials. I loved having the two free beach chairs everyday - just bring your own beach towels. Bunk room had a door and tv so it almost seems more like a 3 bedroom condo. Our party of 8 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a relaxing week at this beach condo. Coastal Vibe did a great job making everything so easy and smooth from start to finish. Bonus, there are plenty of great restaurants walking distance from Waterscape so we didn't even need to rent a car. There also is a seasonal tiki hut on property that has good pizza, hamburger and tropical drinks.

Great Family Resort

This is a great place for kids, there are pools for all ages. My 2 year old daughter LOVED it! Especially the lazy river. The unit came with beach service, so that was nice to have included, I prefer to spend a lot of time at the beach and having the chairs and umbrellas already there was a bonus. This is a large resort, and this unit is a bit of a walk from the parking garage. Which is no problem for young folks and not an issue for me at all but if you have trouble with knees etc, be mindful of that. We used our umbrella stroller a lot for my daughter so she didn't have to walk as much. The flip side, it is closer to the beach and has a nice view of the beach. The condo was as described in the listing. Check in was easy breezy. I would recommend to families with children!

Nice place with slight issues

First of all loved location. Condo was nice. View was nice. Well stocked with essentials we needed. Love the fact there was a pack n play on site. One minor inconvenience was the pots and pans were in the cabinet over the refrigerator. Very difficult for someone short to reach. There was a step stool provided but I fall on air I definitely don’t need to be on a step stool. This was a inconvenience easy to overcome though. We did have 2 issues I considered contacting the owner about though. First there was sand in the bed in one of the bedrooms. Also a fake fingernail under the covers. The beach had sand but had the sheets been changed before we arrived there should not have been any sand the first night band certainly not a fingernail. I realize the owner did not clean the room, a cleaning service did. Just a heads up to maybe talk to them about cleaning. Second the dresser drawers in one of the bedrooms weren’t on tracks or anything and the drawer fell out on top of my foot and left quite a bruise. May need to update this. Although the furniture is pretty it is very heavy and painful when it slips out. I still think this is a very nice condo. We have stayed at Waterscape about 6 times in different units and I would recommend this one.

Love this place

This is our 5th stay at this resort. We love the location. I love the parking garage, the security, and the amenities are fabulous for our young kids. I can't wait to come back!

the unit was great! clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we might possibly need to use. If I needed to give one suggestion it would be to offer beach toys for the kiddos. However, that is also something easily purchased from a local store or souvenir shop. The staff was always available and checked in to ensure our stay was going well! Definitely would stay here again.

Very Pleased

Unit was nice, clean and comfortable. View from inside the unit was beautiful. On the porch though, you get a close up of the back of the building next door, the HVAC units and the loading lot. The unit is a hike away from the parking garage so keep that in mind. It is conveniently located to the pool and beach though. There's not much storage for food supplies so if you're planning on stocking up on food, you will need to be creative. Read up on June Grass if you plan to visit in June. It struck during our stay and ruined the ocean.

Wonderful stay at Waterscape

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time here. Booking was a breeze, check in and out was also easy, very quick responses for any questions or problems . The unit was beautiful, beds were super comfortable, amazing view, the condo had everything we needed. A quick and easy walk to the beach. This was our first time at Waterscape and with Coastal Vibes and we will definitely book here again for our next vacation!

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a wonderful time. It was easy to get to so many different places. We were on the beach which was beautiful and clean. Would not hesitate to book this Condo again, everything was perfect.
