Vår nya, exklusiva tredje våningen villa ligger direkt på stranden, med fantastisk utsikt över gulfen från vardagsrum, matsal, kök och både Master King Suites. Denna lägenhet har en rymlig planlösning som är kaklat hela. Inga smutsiga mattor !!!
Vår villa ligger i den nya premier Waters Resort; känd för sina lummiga trädgårdar och pooler. Den enda utväg direkt på stranden i området med dessa bekvämligheter som erbjuds. Inuti den enorma gården tropisk oas och pooler väntar dig. Du kommer att njuta av en två nivåer pooldäck åtskilda av en 10 "vattenfall. Lägre pooldäck har en stor nolla post pool med sprut leksaker och näckrosor. Flyta nedför långa badringar på utväg rör. Övre däck har en säsongsmässigt uppvärmd pool. Ett barns stänk området är på detta däck som har leksaker för småbarn och en täckt lekplats för solskydd. Två stora jacuzzi badtunnor finns i tropisk oas för avkoppling.

Vi är de första ägarna till denna villa med en 490 "privat Waters strand.

Vi erbjuder många fler bekvämligheter i vår lägenhet än ett stort företag kan inventering plus att vi har bra priser !.

Öppna keyless inresa (ändras med varje gäst) och du vet varför vi kallar vår lägenhet "Ahhh ... Visa". Den söta vita sand och smaragd vatten området är känt för är här för att hälsa på dig! Vår nya exklusiva lägenhet har en optimistisk medelhavsfärgpalett med professionell inredning.

Det fullt utrustade köket har vackra granit bänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror. Dörr från köket leder till tvättstuga med stor skafferi.

Rymlig matsal har stort bord med medelhavsstil skåp för förvaring.

Vardagsrum bortom har samma deluxe inredning med stor oljemålning och 46 'Vizio platt (kabel finns) med DVD. Wifi är hela lägenheten. Väggen av fönster och dörrar leder från vardagsrummet till balkong uteplats.

Vår lägenhet har två master kung sviter (w / full bad). Både kung sviter samt vardagsrum
har dörrar till den privata balkongen. Utsikt över bukten och Okaloosa Fiske Pier är spektakulära!
Kungen Master Suite kvar av vardagsrummet finns 38 "platt (kabel) w DVD, nödställda vitkalkade Medelhavet palett möbler och golv till tak glasdörrar som leder till egen balkong. Waters Resort är en gated resort med garage. Park på tredje våningen och gå till lägenheten eller parkera under enhet, använder tillgängliga vagn och hiss, och har bara några steg till vår lägenhet dörr! Keyless posten öppnar dörren till en semester av dina drömmar. I närheten av hiss tar dig inom några steg till den tropiska gården!

Everything we wanted and more!

The Waterscape A305 condo is amazing and surpassed expectations. The condo had everything we needed and items we didn't even know we needed but took advantage of and enjoyed! Communication with the owner was the best I've ever experienced with a rental property. Barbara was available when we texted or called and communicated necessary information early and often. We would definitely stay again and are now interested in checking Barbara's Gatlinburg property as well!

Great- Clean- Conveniently Located Condo

We had a great stay in A305! Barbara was very helpful leading up to our trip and was quick to answer any questions for us. Check in was easy- print out the sheet she gives you, or save it in your notes section in your phone so you have the codes accessible. The property was very clean. The bathrooms/showers could fit a whole family in there and the water pressure/temp was on point! The mattress in the master room does need some help. Clean condo, beautiful view from the side looking directly out to the ocean and pier. The condo is fully equipped and Barbara went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us a high chair for our stay, and had all the other amenities that you could need. Their attention to detail on your starter pack for laundry, and household items was great!. We would love to attend this property again during high season. OUT OF OWNERS CONTROL: they are doing lots of maintenance on the property so, for 1.5 days the heated pool was inaccessible, and the main pool is completely shut down for remodeling at this time. They also were re doing the building wifi so that was spotty as we were trying to work. They were Upgrading of the fire alarm system for two days and the alarms were constantly going off. OTHER THAN THAT- the property is AMAZING,and in the warmer weather would be great for families or couples who want to get away. We love this area and Waterscape was so easily accessible to everything from restaurants, to activities etc. We will definitely stay again

Beautiful! This was our second visit here because we loved it so much last year. This place is always clean, nicely decorated, and quiet, with fantastic amenities and spectacular views. The pools and hot tubs are great, and there is private access to the beach, which is also very well maintained. The staff are also friendly, courteous, and very helpful, making sure that we have an enjoyable experience. This is definitely one of our favorite condos. Thank you for a very special family vacation. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Resort, Great Location, but Some Room for Improvement

Our family recently stayed at Waterscape Resort in this unit for our first visit to Destin, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! The resort itself is beautiful, situated right on the beach with soft white sand and clear, clean water. The pools were also fantastic—offering both heated and non-heated options, two spacious hot tubs, a splash pad, and even a covered animal crawl-climb area for kids. Getting to the resort was easy, and Barbara’s check-in instructions made everything smooth and stress-free.Upon entering the condo, we noticed it was well laid out and inviting, but the furniture didn’t match the photos on the listing. While the pictures showed a set of couches, there was only a single couch and three chairs in the unit, which meant we were unable to all sit together at the same time. We made it work, but it’s worth updating the photos for future guests’ expectations.The bedrooms were spacious with king beds. The mattresses were okay—though the one in the main bedroom had an odd side that felt like you might roll off. It’s not the owner’s fault, but the cleanliness could use improvement. The floors had sand, and walking barefoot quickly dirtied our feet. We also found some dishes with food stuck to them. While the condo is clearly stocked with everything you might need, a bit more TLC and perhaps a new housekeeping service would go a long way. Despite these minor issues, we felt comfortable and relaxed. Overall we had an enjoyable time. Thank you

Nice family condo

Very nice, clean condo in a convenient safe location. My family loved walking to the pier every morning and hanging out at the beach. It was easy to go in and out of the sun all day long. The pools were nicely kept. The hosts were there for anything we needed within minutes.

Great escape!

Our family had an amazing stay at Barbara and David’s condo at Waterscape Resort! The beautiful gulf views, spacious layout, and Mediterranean decor made us feel right at home. The two Master King Suites with balcony access and the kids' bunk room with TV fit our family of five perfectly. We utilized the fully equipped kitchen for breakfast and snacks, and we also loved the resort's tiki bar that served non-alcoholic beverages, pizza, and snack options. The resort amenities were fantastic—our kids couldn't get enough of the pool and lazy river, while we enjoyed the complimentary beach service. Parking and access were straightforward with covered parking and keyless entry. Barbara was an excellent host, ensuring everything was perfect and even sending over a new iron when we couldn’t locate the one in the condo! We made lasting memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and the view was amazing

I just want to say this condo was nothing short of amazing! The condo was everything we dreamed of! It was two master suites, balcony access from both masters and living room with a view of the Gulf of Mexico! We didn’t have children with us, but also had a bunk room for the kiddos and a pull out sleeper sofa! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance, pots and pans, and dishes that you would ever need! Barbara was absolutely amazing to work with, she answered any questions almost instantly! We will definitely be booking with her again! The pool are was amazing with so many pools, two hot tubs, and lazy river! Only steps to the pool area and the beach! My concern was parking and our dodge ram four door fit in the parking deck, as with many other condos we had trouble accommodating a pickup in covered parking decks! I.have stayed most of my life vacationing in the Fort Walton and Destin area and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! Thanks, Barbara for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We look forward to staying with you again soon!

Condo was great. Very easy to communicate with owner. All questions were answered timely. Condo had everything needed. AC worked good. Beds were super comfortable. Parking instructions were clear. We stayed here for baseball tournament and family vacation. Pool area was awesome. Kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Nightly activities on property were a plus.

Perfect Spot!

This was a surprise trip for my husband’s 50th birthday. We are not beach people- but we like to hear it, see it, and smell it from our room. From this balcony, you can see the lazy river to the Hilton Garden Inn next door, and the beach in front of the Hilton Garden Inn. That sufficed his need for the see, smell, and sound of the beach. The room was super clean and had lots of room. Would 10/10 stay here again! Thanks for a great condo, Barbara!

We love Waterscape

We love staying at Waterscape. Such a great property for families! This condo was a great location near an elevator which we loved. The host was so great about communicating with us prior to and during the vacation! Recommend this unit and overall property for families.
