Detta mysiga, split-level hem är inbäddat på Sierra National Forest västsida bara en kilometer från restauranger och tre miles från vackra Shaver Lake där du kan båt, fiska och njuta av naturen. Huntington Lake ligger 18 mil norrut för mer vattenbaserade aktiviteter, och China Peak Mountain Resort ligger 20 mil norrut för massor av vinterglädje.

Det rymliga vardagsrummet har högt i tak och erbjuder gott om sittplatser för filmkvällar runt den stora platt-TV-kabeln, som har en DVD-spelare. Det finns också en värmande öppen spis för att hålla dig smakfull, gratis WiFi för att hålla dig ansluten och en stereo för bakgrundsmusik. Det stora köket har en central ö och massor av diskutrymme så att du kan sprida ut och imponera dina gäster med god smak. Grillen tillhandahåller ett annat alternativ för måltidsberedning, och tvättmaskinen / torktumlaren låter er alla packa lätt. Spacious cozy cabin

Me and my family enjoyed staying in this cabin it had a lot of space and overall nice stay. The deck out back was a plus my family enjoyed hanging out and spending time on the deck. The grill in the back was electric so that was a plus we cooked dinner both nights using the grill. The floors need to be deep cleaned and carpets were very dirty.

Beautiful home

There are some pros and cons to this cabin. For the pros.... this cabin was beautiful, there was some fire wood left for us, its located in a quiet community, very clean when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped with utensils. Some cons... bbq grill would not heat up enough to cook on, 1 burner to kitchen stove didn't work, one of the patio screen door was broken, the fridge was freezing all our food and drinks there was a post saying not to touch setting on the fridge so we didn't we just took all our food out, and the beds were not comfortable very hard making it hard to sleep. There was no cable but a DVD player with no dad's good thing we brought some, there were some board games but not all the pieces where there to them. When we got there we put in the code we received to the lock box which was a 10 digit number and that was not even the code I had to call to get the correct code.

Beautiful cabin, great service.

Very homey and comfortable. Older appliances but everything worked great. Just needed confirmation the electric burners were off but the maintenance man, Troy, was sent quickly and checked it out. He also brought a new coffee pot!

Nice and roomy cabin but NO cable TV.

This cabin was a nice tri-level cabin. It was clean and roomy but a bit dated. The biggest issue was that there was internet but NO CABLE OR SATELLITE TV SERVICE. I had to drive down the hill and grab my Amazon Firestick so that we could use the televisions. It would have been nice to have that be obvious prior to check in as the internet is fast enough to support streaming services. Other than that the place was nice.

Great location, less than great experience

The property location is great. The property was not clean upon arrival (dirty sheets and covers, hair on floor, trash under beds), heater does not blow heat to downstairs bedrooms, upstairs bath tub does not run hot water, bottom bath drains water very slow, countertop knobs do not all work (was not able to turn heat off easily on range), kitchen sink knob detaches at use, no extra linens or blankets, no DVDs to use with DVD player (vhs for use) and no remote for DVD player. The house needs a lot of TLC (older furniture with tears, missing bolts and wood not attached). Unable to get support for issues listed from local property manager.

Blinds broken. Website said cable TV but none of the TVs work.ed

Love the house and had great weekend with family. Football playoff weekend so husband and son on law upset. The website needs updating. I called and told no firewood provided then received email from Vacasa sayimg yes firewood included. These items and repair window blinds.

Cozy Cabin

American pride cabin is very open and cozy. It worked quite well for our family. We had an amazing stay there and would definitely stay again if given the chance.

Great place to stay

The property was a nice, quaint place to stay for a weekend. Everything we needed to cook was already in the house. Only negative that I saw was the water staining in both bathroom tubs. House was located in a quiet neighborhood. The children had fun playing in the back as it snowed overnight. Overall, very good experience and would re-book this same home in the future.

Beautiful place! Looks just like the pictures.

We had only two complaints - the electric BBQ did not work, so should not be listed as an amenity until it is functioning. Also, the bathtubs' sides were exceedingly high and difficult to get into and out of if you are a short person, or someone with mobility issues. Otherwise, it was lovely.

Comfy family cabin

Loved our Thanksgiving week snowed in at the cabin warm & cozy. Great cabin for cooking with well supplied kitchen. Enjoyed having 2 gathering tables, one for meals & the other for puzzles & games. Having cable TV & WiFi was a blessing as was the great hill & open space behind the cabin for snow play! Had the best time & made great memories!

Wonderful getaway with the family

The house was warm and charming. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed, We went the first week of April there was snow all around like a winter wonderland and enough wood for the fireplace.

Everything we imagined!!

This was our very first getaway to shaver lake & it was amazing! The house was everything we expected and more..very cozy, clean & comfortable beds. We had no issues what so ever I loved that we didn’t have to lug our own pots & pans around this home has everything you need & more. The views were beautiful & we could sled in the back yard no need to drive far at all. Thank you to the homeowners for allowing families like ours to come enjoy this fabulous home. We will definitely be back again.

Great Shaver Lake vacation home

Enjoyed our stay at the American Pride! Great location, about a mile from the town of Shaver Lake. 3 nice decks for relaxing after long days on the lake. Comfotable beds and furniture, some appliances and furniture a bit outdated but all worked fine for a summer vacation!

Family Fun

Family had a great time at this little cabin. Cabin was small and cozy, could use a serious update to it's furnishings, very old and uncomfortable. Could use 2 sets of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms, and the TV reception, on all the TV's is a major problem, made it very difficult to enjoy the football playoff's. In the last 10 years, my family probably has rented up to 20-25 homes, in Shaver, this house has a ton of potential to be a real jewel, just needs some serious T.L.C. The location was the main reason I rented it, if the owner fixes the problems, I'd rent it again, and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for letting us rent your home, we had a great time there.

Minor issues

Only a couple of minor issues - the shaverlake.com app didn't refresh from a previous stay so had to call in to receive WiFi information. The cable at the cabin works but picture on all TV's is so wavy and poor you cannot utilize them - not a big deal but a disappointment when they advertise a 55 in screen TV. The heater does not blow in the lower level of the cabin - not sure if that is intentional or not - it makes the master bedroom and small guest bedroom very chilly during the winter. Besides that - everything else was great. Thanks!
