*** plats .... Location .... Location. "Villa 430" på Captain's Walk ligger i byggnad 2 på första våningen med utsikt över poolen och havet. Du behöver inte använda hissen. bara öppna den skjutbara glasdörren till uteplatsen, sedan 6 steg ner till gångvägen till poolen och ytterligare en "snabb minut" promenad över Board Walk till stranden. Kom tillbaka till villan för en kall drink när du vill. Ring barnen från poolen för lunch från din uteplats; det är bara så bekvämt.
Denna 2 sovrum 2 badrum, villa vid havet, ligger i prestigefyllda Palmetto Dunes och en kort promenad från General Store och Tennis Courts och Alexander's Restaurant. Villan sover 7 med en drottningssoffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet. Nya ägare, 2018, har lagt till ny frontlastare tvättmaskin och torktumlare, ny mikrovågsugn, nygjord, målad och lagt till nya sängkläder, quiltade dyner, sängkuddar och en rolig strandinredning. 2: a sovrummet uppdaterat 2019 med nya möbler, madrass och sängkläder.

Köket är totalrenoverat med bänkskivor i granit, anpassad bakplatta och alla apparater i rostfritt stål. En ny, full laddad 2018 tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek angränsar till köket för din bekvämlighet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en 32-tums TV. Master Bath har en anpassad fåfänga med bänkskivor i granit och ett privat badrum och i glas i dusch. Sovrum # 2 har en enkelsäng och en full säng och en 32 tums TV. Det angränsande badet till sovrum nr 2 är också uppdaterat med bänkskivor i granit och premiumplattor i dusch / badkar.

Den skjutbara glasdörren från vardagsrummet eller sovrummet leder till din privata uteplats, komplett med matbord och fyra bekväma stolar. The Captain's Walk two Community Grills ligger bara några steg bort för den perfekta strandkokningen. Kom bara ihåg att ta med dig ditt eget kol.

Poolen värms upp från 1 oktober till 30 november och 1 mars till 30 april. Denna otroliga villa vid havet är redo och perfekt för din nästa familjesemester !!!

Lovely spring break

Spacious and clean condo with great access to pool and beach. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and washer/dryer brand new. Property manager very responsive.

Amazing Spring Break

Our stay was amazing. Condo has an awesome location and with being first floor you could still see the ocean from the deck. Very clean and everything we needed. Communication with owner was great. The master shower had amazing water pressure which is a huge plus when on a beach vacay! Definitely recommend!!

Excellent property. Manager was on top of everything. Great communication. Easy access to pool and beach. We had a great time and excellent weather. Would definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location

My family visited during Spring Break and this property is ELITE! Has great location to pool, the grills, and most importantly... THE BEACH!!!!!! We were also able to ride our bikes to Shelter Cove due to the ease of access to the Palmetto Dunes bike trails. The inside was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children who each got their own bed. Loved having individual bathrooms for each bedroom and that the master bedroom's amenities were separated completely from the rest of the condo. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking and had plenty of kitchen supplies to be functional. Jan did a great job communicating especially when we had a code malfunction and helped us fix the problem quickly. My wife and I have already decided that anytime we come to HHI, we are staying here due to affordability, location, and cleanliness.Thank you to our gracious host!

Another great stay

We’ve stayed at Jan’s property a few different times over the years and it is definitely our favorite. The location can’t be beat and the accommodations are comfortable and just what we need for a week at the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

A favorite

We love this place, mainly because of the location to the pool and the beach. But this last time we came during a hurricane and Jan was quick to reach out and try to find ways to make it more enjoyable for us. Love the ease of a pack and play and games as well! We’ll be back :)

30th Anniversary

Always relaxing

Wonderful unit and easy access to ocean

This condo is very charming and comfortable. We had to reach the manager once so my granddaughter could gain access to the unit the this happened with ease. We all agreed we would be happy to return.

Very comfortable condo in great location of Palmetto Dunes. Spacious with all amenities. Just steps away from the pool and beach. Easy access to great restaurants by car or Uber. Would definitely stay here again.
