Property was dated but clean. Shower in master bath was slow to drain. Also the water had an oder (sulphur)? Mattress needs to be replaced - higher in the middle

Thank you for your feedback! We are so glad you found our property clean, as cleanliness is our top priority. The issues you experienced with the drain and temporary odor were actually tied to building-wide professional plumbing maintenance that took place last week. Everything has since been cleared out and is back to normal! Regarding the bed, our furniture and mattresses were fully updated just three years ago. While comfort is subjective, we want everyone to get a great night's sleep, so our team will inspect the mattress to ensure it is in perfect condition. Thank you again for helping us maintain a great guest experience!"

The property was very clean and perfect for a couple’s weekend. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was convenient to the beach. There were many excellent restaurants near the resort. We would definitely return. Denise the owner was in contact with us prior to our arrival and during our stay to help if needed.

Denise thought of everything that a guest would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay at Windsor Place. She communicated so quickly and pleasantly with an immediate answer to any question. The kitchen didn’t lack for anything you would have in your very own home. Thank you, Denise!
