Vår slott ligger i en exklusiv underavdelning i Montgomery Estates. Det är beläget precis utanför Pioneer Trail så det är lätt att ta sig till Heavenly eller Sierra-at-Tahoe. Huset är nyligen ombyggt med över 3800 kvadratmeter bostadsyta i 7br och 4. 5ba. Vi är 2 miles från Heavenly, 3 miles från sjön och 4 miles till kasinon. Vårt hem är utrustat med ett biljardbord i full storlek, ping pong, foosball, propangrill och en badtunna för 8. I närheten finns vandringsleder och tillgång till Trout Creek.

Vårt hem är en rymlig 7BR / 4. 5BA ligger precis utanför Pioneer Trail. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har 55 "HD-TV komplett med ljudsystem och BluRay-spelare. Kabel-tv finns. Den första våningen är nyrenoverad med allt trägolv. Köket kommer att kompletteras med stora öar och nya apparater i rostfritt stål. Vi har en 36 "professionell plattform med skorstenskåpa.

Vi har en helt ny 8-personers badtunna med 88 Jets och ett vattenfall. Vi har ett biljardbord i full storlek och en tornado-fotbordsbord av turneringskvalitet. Ett ping pongbord finns också att använda i vårt stora 3-bilgarage. Vi har massor av böcker för dem som gillar att läsa och brädspel för de som gillar att spela.

Vi har massor av utomhusutrymmen eftersom vårt hem ligger på en dubbel mycket. Vi har en ny propangrill på vårt bakre däck. Sex av sovrummen ligger på övervåningen medan det sista sovrummet omvandlas från vårt studierum på bottenvåningen. Sovarrangemangen är som följer:

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Very convenient location, very comfortable and well-supplied. Luke the owner was very responsive to inquiries and helped make everything easy. The 5-year old in our group loved the video game, and several of the rest of us loved the pool table. We'd definitely return to this home given the chance.

Great location & very spacious house

Check in and checking out was very easy. The house was clean and more than enough space for our family of 14. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the grocery store, casinos and heavenly.

family reunion

We had a great stay at Luke and Sue's beautiful home. The house is more than big enough to accommodate our group of 15 people. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and of course the hot tub was the talking point. the bedrooms are cozy with comfortable beds and the kitchen is well equipped. Thank you Luke & Susan for a great stay and we will definitely come back.

Spacious and clean come to mind! Kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of parking space for our large group. We really enjoyed the hot tub and it was so nice to have TWO master suites. My only complaint was that the beds were not super comfortable and there were not enough blankets to keep warm at night. I would absolutely stay again!

Big House & Very Clean

The house is as advertised. Easily fit our group of 15. It’s in a great location. 5 min drive to town. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if we ever visit south lake again.

Great stay in South Lake Tahoe

Overall was a great stay and the group had a great time. The location was central to all of our destinations through the extended weekend. The check-in process was simple and had plenty of space for our 10 guests. Would definitely stay again if I’m back with a large group.

Roomy House Convenient to Heavenly slopes

Lovely home in nice neighborhood close to shopping, skiing, and Lake. Responsive owners to minor problems. My family of 15 stayed comfortably. Even had a lovely real looking artificial tree that took 5 minutes to set up and take down. We hope to return in future.

Nice home for large groups

Plenty of space for our group of 11. Board games, utensils, pots, and a hot tub. Down to earth rooms with the necessities. The host was great with quick communication!

Big House. Good Location.

This is a big house if you have a large group and will feel spacious but it’s obvious this house is used for partying. It hasn’t been well looked after, nor respected, and requires DEEP DEEP cleans. The host did coordinate an additional cleaning during our stay which helped a little bit. But it was super inconvenient having to send pictures, submit reports, and communicate with the host while trying to enjoy my vacation with friends. The oven was filthy and this was not cleaned when requested. Overall we were disappointed with the quality and cleanliness. But again, it’s a large home and accommodated our group. Just know what you’re getting into.

Not clean

Overall, the stay was okay. When we arrived the blankets smelt of body odor and had stains, so we had to re-wash every sheet, blanket, and pillowcase. There were pubic hairs on the window sill in one room, stains on sheets and mattresses, the wifi went out the second day we were there, and the bbq grill was not clean. It was not cleaned very well for our arrival so we had to do extra work on our own time after a 12 hour drive. We cleaned it better than we found it so the next guests will be able to enjoy their stay.

Graduation celebration

We had 16 family members come from all over for our daughters graduation celebration. The house was awesome! Very roomy and the ping pong and pool table were the life of the party each time we were back from our daily activities. The location is great as we were far enough from the lake but close enough to get there fast. We went to emerald bay easily and also went to sand cove beach by incline village and it was super easy. All in all great experience and Luke and sue were highly communicative and made everything so simple. We had a blast!!!!

Great stay for larger parties wanting to see south Lake Tahoe

Stayed here over memorial day weekend with a party of 16. There was plenty of bed space and a set of linens were provided for each bed. The place was clean and provided a grill, hot tub and many kitchen amenities. Plenty of parking space with a 3 car garage and driveway. Place is about a 10 min drive from South Lake Tahoe city area and 20 min drive from the Lake itself, so plenty to do in the area. Honestly no complaints whatsoever! Thanks so much to Luke and Sue for letting us stay at their place.

House was roomy and fit 12 adults perfectly

The house is big and roomy! Communication with Luke and Sue was fast and easy. The only thing I would recommend is more bed pillows! But other then that this house was perfect for my husbands snowboarding weekend with friends and family! Also, keep in mind the drive way is VERY steep and slippery when icy/snowy. One of our AWD vehicles slid down the driveway on its own while in park. So just beware during winter seasons! Also, I love that this house is located near a main road so plowers were always plowing the neighborhood and driveway for us which was very helpful. (Keep in mind we were staying in the middle of a blizzard). Everything worked out perfect and I highly recommend this place!

Tahoe lodge

This property was as advertised. It was clean upon arrival and just what we needed. We had a group of about 15 or 16 people with 4 couples and it slept all of us comfortably. The layout was nice and everyone had plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Tahoe!

Spacious and comfortable

The house was big enough for 13 people with many things to entertain everyone of various ages. Beds were comfortable. Hosts and property manager were fast to respond.

Well maintained property at an excellent location

We were a party of 16 including Senior citizens, adults and kids. Large spacious property in an excellent location close to all major activities (Skiing, snow tubing, snow mobile) and shopping. Property is well maintained and communication with host was easy too. Will visit again!

We've lived in San Francisco/Bay Area for almost 20 years now. We love how it's never too hot and never too cold. I work in software and my wife is a real estate agent that stays at home with our kids. Our free time is mainly spent with our family.

We purchased this vacation home because it is a beautiful property in a beautiful area of South Lake Tahoe. We are no more than 5 miles from anywhere in South Lake Tahoe. Also from spring to fall, we can see all sorts of fauna such as birds, chipmunks, squirrels, and rabbits in the front and back yard daily. We've tried to furnish it so that it will be convenient for families with kids like our own. We hope to spend many days here as our vacation home and hope others can get to enjoy it
