Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Mary! We're really glad you found the unit clean and comfortable and that you enjoyed the beach towels, chairs, toys, and box fans. We hear you on the check-in and check-out times, and we appreciate you understanding that we need that window to get the unit ready for every guest. Hi Mandi, thanks so much for staying at our A17 Villas of Clearwater Beach and for such a detailed, balanced review! We're delighted the location, layout, and beach gear made your family trip, and we're sorry the ice maker, fridge, pool timing, elevator, and neighborhood noise took some shine off it. Your offer of a second try means a lot, and we'd love to show you the version of this place that matches the ocean views!
