Hassle Free Ski Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to catch the bus to the ski lifts and at the end of the day you can ski down and just walk across the street. The unit was also a short walk into town. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay again.

Cozy apartment near town

Enjoyed restaurants and shopping in town, downhill skiing at Breck and Keystone, cross country skiing at Frisco and Breckenridge Nordic Centers, snowmobiling High Country Tours. Would recommend to a friend and would try to book next time in Breck.

Perfect location for a week in Breck!

The condo was very well laid out with plenty of room and all the things we needed for the week. Easy to get to the lifts, town and easy busy shuttles. Nicely decorated condo and great to have access to the upper pool and hot tubs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good stay. Only 2 areas of concern. Extremely confusing tv situation. Tvs are rather old and require much outboarding of devices to accommodate multiple streaming services.We had a miserable situation with the upstairs tennant being loud and running, jumping, dropping, and screaming. It began at 4:00 am and lasted until midnight every day of our trip. We called about it and the suggestion was that we call the police. Not a good option. I recommend some method of remedy when this occurs not invoving the occupants of the property.

Nice stay

Property was loud due to poor construction- you CAN hear your neighbors upstairs. The property manager was very accessible and quick to remedy any situation. I still feel the place could have used a more deep cleaning process. Just didn’t feel clean the whole time.

Overall the stay was okay. The town and other things made up for the terrible communication and cleanliness of the room. We asked the day before if we could possibly check in a few hours early if the room was ready and we’re told we’d know once the room was ready as soon as it was ready. Well, the owner made us wait EXACTLY until the time of check in, which would normally be fine but we had asked about earlier check in and we’re assured that we could have access to the room once it was ready. It was definitely ready well before then, so it was really annoying. Also there was hair all over one of the showers, the room fans were covered in however many years worth of dust, and the room smelled of strong unpleasant smelling perfume. It’s just not what we were expecting and I prolly won’t be staying with this owner again.

Solid Stay in Breck!

Everything we needed and walking distance to Main St. The walk to closest lift (Snowflake) was uphill which was challenging in ski boots especially for my father who is 70. Otherwise, everything as advertised. Great stay. Would stay again!
