Location Location Location !!! Detta är den absolut bästa platsen i Breckenridge. Denna villa är ett kvarter från Main Street och verkligen nära River Walk Centre för sommarkonserter och festivaler! Shopping och restauranger är bara några steg från residenset. Gratis buss stannar framför bostadsrätt för att ta dig till huvud hissen eller NYA Gondola är om två kvarter bort. Du kan faktiskt "ski in" på Four O'Clock körningen, i slutet av dagen, eller för en snabb lunch!Du kan bokstavligen parkera bilen i garaget och lämna det för hela stay..everything är så bekvämt.

Den lägenheten är attraktiv och funktionell .. Den har ett fullt utrustat kök med plats för åtta. Lägenheten har en king size-säng och två queen size-sängar för att enkelt sova sex. Anläggningen har en naturlig bäck som rinner genom vilket söver dig att sova på natten under de varmare månaderna. Balkongen har både staden och bergen. Det finns plattskärms T. V: s i vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen.

Samhället badtunnor är omgivna av glas, och titta ut till välskötta gården. Den bostadsrätt har välupplysta garage och en hiss mycket nära till enheten, för enkel lossning efter en lång dag i backarna. Hela utsidan av komplexet nyrenoverade.

Great location, so close to Main Street. The condo was very clean, had modern/updated bathrooms and comfy beds. Loved the reclining couches/loveseat. Host communicated all instructions well. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location

Looked just like the photos, super convenient location, and clean. Easy check in and out. Parking garage was a little tight, so glad we had a small car. I would stay here again.

Great condo! Very clean. We stayed last weekend. The river is right below the front door. There are alot of kitchen items to use for cooking. The proximity to Main street is great! The owners are very kind and responsive.

Excellent Condo

We come to Colorado every year for a ski trip and this was our best place yet. The place is super nice and clean. We loved the ski in and out option as all of our party skis at different levels. Super close to the downtown shops too.

Wonderful location !!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was everything as described and more! Clean, Cozy, Comfortable,- we loved the view of the brook outside of the condo! And the location for walking and hiking was so perfect. We would highly recommend- we hope to stay here again in the future!

What an incredible location!!!

You can literally ski up to the bottom of the stairs of the unit. The bus stop for the free bus to all the lifts is right outside the condos. We walked to multiple restaurants & the Christy Sports where we rented our gear is literally across the street. On our first full day, we saw a Moose spend 10 minutes eating from the bushes right outside our unit - incredible!

The location for this property can’t be beat. It’s within walking distance of everything you could want. While this unit isn’t as modern/up to date as many others, it has everything that you’d need for a comfortable stay.

Great condo!

We loved our stay! The condo is even better in person. Very clean, spacious, well-appointed, and a great location close to Main Street and ski in right to the condo. The condo was quiet and beds were comfortable. The owners were so easy to work with and had great communication. We can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent location and highly recommend

Great location with ski out at property and short walk to Gondola or lift. The condo was in great shape and very impressed with the upgrade in the bathrooms with walk in showers and new vanity and sinks. Plenty of room for large parties and really enjoyed how well the condo was layed out and the size. We loved the location, condo and ski in/out proximity.

Ski holiday

1st floor condo just 1 block from Main Street. Excellent facilities - fully equipped kitchen, tvs in main room & both bedrooms, reclining furniture. Very nice to relax in after skiing. Hot tubs in the complex too. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Highly recommended- would stay here again if returning.

Great home base for a ski trip!

We had a great stay at this condo. The furniture (beds/sofas) were extremely comfortable, it was well stocked with amenities, and super clean. I feel like this is one of the few short-term rental properties we have stayed at where the actual property looked much nicer than the photographs. Regarding convenience, You ski right in to the back of the property, and we took a short bus ride each morning to the snowflake lift to start our day. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property , short walk to Main Street. Had an 88 year old using walker and parking in garage and using elevator had no problems. Nice balcony .

We have lived in Colorado nearly our whole lives. ALL of Colorado is beautiful but there is just something special about Summit County, especially Breckenridge! There is just something for everyone. Because we live close by, we are able to manage this property ourselves and keep a close eye on it. This also helps us keep the costs down, by not having to pay a management company.

Breckenridge is our favorite place to be, which is why we bought our vacation home there. The air is fresh and cool in the summer and the skiing and outdoor activities can't be beat in the winter! To us....it's paradise!

The best part of this condo is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Everything is so convenient. Just park your car in the covered parking and enjoy your stay. Everything is within walking distance...no need to tackle traffic and parking.
