Ocean Front / Beach Front Castle House på Stinson Beach

Njut av fri utsikt över soluppgången och solnedgången från matsalen, vardagsrum och stora däck. Steg ner från däck till stranden för en lugn promenad eller bygga din egen sandslott vid foten av "Castle House." Slappna av eller BBQ på den stora däck. Promenera till Stinson Village affärer och restauranger och aldrig komma in i din bil tills det är dags att gå hem!

Slottshuset har två sovrum (med queen size-sängar) och två nyligen ombyggda bad. Sovrummen har utsikt över stranden och havet och ligger på framsidan och baksidan av huset. De har vägg till vägg nya mattor. Det finns ett fullt utrustat och nyligen ombyggt kök, ett stort däck och en stor täckt veranda med utemöbler. Det är en bekväm, välskött och mycket trevligt inredda hem. I vardagsrummet finns ett torn (som i ett slott!) med en rund soffa och omfamnar den fullständiga utsikten över stranden och havet, från norra änden av Stinson-Bolinas till södra spetsen. Det finns parkering för två bilar.
På sommartid hyr vi hela veckorna med kortare vistelser mellan hela veckans uthyrning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Castle House. Only negative was that the windows do not open to allow fresh air in. The kitchen was well stocked for the 2 of us and the location was perfect for us and our dog.

Other than windows not opening and no screens on the doors, which can make it stuffy and stagnant inside, its absolutely wonderful. I feel blessed to have been able to experience The Castle House.

Second Stay at the White Castle

We enjoyed our recent stay even more than the last one. Beautiful weather and fewer beach goers. If you love dogs this house is perfectly situated - dogs are allowed off leash, so many different breeds. The house is roomy enough for the four of us plus toddler, it’s very clean and comfortably furnished. We greatly appreciated the call from the homeowner advising us of the tsunami warning. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property on the beach with lots of windows. We really enjoyed looking out to the beach and watching the waves during the cold parts of the day and sitting on the steps with toes in the sand during the sunshine. Kids loved playing with the provided sand toys. Really enjoyable experience and very responsive owner.

Great property right on the beach - plenty of people and dog watching during the day, solitude early morning and evening. Lots of fun for the grandparents, parents and toddler. The place is well equipped for a several day stay and quite charming as well. Easy walk to the tiny town for provisions.

Location! Location! Location!

This house is literally right on the beach and is an easy walk to downtown Stinson Beach. The house is well stocked for cooking meals and was very comfortable for our group.

Magical !

For years I have seen this amazing property as I walked along Stinson beach - and finally, with my daughter and grandchildren I spent two wonderful wild days there! (Wild refers to the weather- not my family!) the sea was tumultuous and beautiful and but we felt so cosy in the Castle! It is beautifully equipped and Elida our host was perfectly lovely and answered any questions quickly and cheerfully ! It was a wonderful stay!

We’ve stayed here several times and absolutely love it … especially the deck (from morning coffee to sunset) then dinner just a short walk away!

The castle house is a great place to relax. It is a magical house. Everything you need right there. I will never get enough. The host is awesome and very accommodating couldn't ask for anything better.

Great stay on the sand . . .

We had a very enjoyable stay. Elida was very accommodating, especially after my daughter became ill and we needed to change dates. The property is located right on the sand with a big deck and plenty of seating and the kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable and there's a nice dining and living area with windows out to the water. It's great to sleep to sound of the waves. Only negative is the 10 am check-out, especially for the price. We understand the need to have cleaners come in to prep for next stay but think there's plenty of time with a 11 am or 12 pm checkout - so we can have breakfast and enjoy the morning before packing to go. But overall, this is a great property and we'd happily return!

Our home away from home

We love the castle house, this was our 2nd stay here, we will be back in November and again next summer. The best location ever, fully equipped. Super clean always. We never want to leave. Thank you Elida!

The Castle House lives up to its promise

The location is ideal, and the quality of the interior lives up to the distinctive exterior, with roomy living space and tasteful furnishings. The only complaint we had is that there is only one openable window, and it is small.

Magical Ocean Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the castle house and it was truly a magical experience. This iconic home holds a special place in my heart, as I used to pass by it often when I was a child walking down Stinson. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I was staying in a mermaid's castle. The views from this house are simply breathtaking. Every window offers a full ocean view, allowing you to peer directly into the sea. And if you turn your gaze, you'll be greeted by the majestic mountain peaks. It was an absolute delight to spend time on the deck, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun set. It truly felt like a slice of heaven. What made this stay even more special was the fact that it was a trip for our beloved dog who has cancer. It's not easy to find a house that offers direct access to the beach, but this one did. Our dog had the time of her life, frolicking in the sand and water. It warmed my heart to see her so happy, and I know I'll never forget this trip. I want to express my gratitude to the owners for opening their home to visitors. This was more than just a vacation rental, it was a truly magical experience. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories. Thank you again for everything.

Amazing Family Time in Stinson Beach!

We are a family of 5 that came to Stinson Beach for a few days of relaxation. The house was amazing! The communication between the property manager was super. We had some questions and she would reply in a timely manner. She was very accommodating to all of our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful time in Stinson Beach!

Fun location

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay

My family and I spent the week of Thanksgiving in the castle house. We loved being able to step out of the front door and onto the sand. The house is well-maintained and comfortable, and the remodeled bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. I must say of all the many vacation homes we have rented, this was by far the most well stocked kitchen. I was impressed. Being able to walk one block up the highway to the market or the bookstore or to have an ice cream cone was great. Elida quickly brought a new coffee pot when ours stopped working. She also helped us solve our parking issue which I greatly appreciated. It was the perfect house for our family vacation. Thank you Elida for making it feel like home.
