För en avkopplande lågmäktig resa till stranden med familj och vänner är detta den perfekta platsen. Detta strandhus är rent, bekväma och mysiga - inrättat för avkoppling med alla möjliga bekvämligheter inklusive ett fullt utrustat kök, uteplats, loungeavdelning och BBQ-ö med plats för 8, täckt uteservering och expansiva däck. Duntäcken på varje säng och en ren, privat badtunna i den inhägnade gården. Detta är en plats som du kan komma undan för att koppla av, ladda, göra bra minnen med din familj och vänner.
VIKTIG NOTERING:
DENNA FASTIGHETEN LÅTER INTE FESTER ELLER LÅTT STÖD. Flera närliggande grannar är heltidsboende och skulle påverkas negativt av buller från den här egenskapen. Vackert inredda, bekväma, två våningar familj hem med stor, platt sluten solig gård. Bekväma sittplatser på uteplatsen och expansiva däck, bara några hus tillbaka från stranden. Öppet golvmönster och flera franska och skjutdörrar uppmuntrar enkelt inomhus / utomhusliv och matsal. Husdjur är förhandlingsbara.

Great location, wonderful spaces for families!

Had a great time with a wide range of family from grandparents, to teens and kids. Close to town (walkable), and outdoor spaces at the house were great for lounging -- eating, and playing. We particularly liked the ping pong table, hot tub and well-stocked game/ puzzle cabinet.

Wonderful stat in Stinson over Memorial Day

All aspects our stay was wonderful. The owner cooperated with a small special request, the facilities were immaculate and could not have been better located. The outdoor areas are perfect for family, gatherings and conversation.

Felt like home at the beach

My family had a small reunion at this house. The kitchen was well equiped even for our large group. Every bed was comfortable. It can get cold at the beach and the gas fireplace was perfect. Lots of recliners was a big plus! Then the beach was 3 houses down so no driving. We were even close enough to walk to go ear out, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. So many seating areas, everyone was comfortable. We loved this place and will return if we can.

3rd Time’s a Charm

It was our 3rd stay here because it’s the perfect beach house. We love it so much we’re booked for next year. It’s well provisioned, comfortable, very close to the beach, close to the center of town, comfortable and very enjoyable.

Great for Multi-Generational Vacations!

My husband and I rented this house to stay with our two teens and three grandparents. Everyone had their own space. It was great to have the master suite upstairs, providing extra privacy for my husband and I. There was nice big communal spaces. The outdoor space was lovely but would have benifited from some maintenance. There was a lot of tall grass/weeds. But being so close to the beach it was not a issue. Will definitely keep this on my list for the future!

Warm & wonderful home & location!

Simply one of the best VRBO homes we have ever enjoyed! Both the location and amenities to be found inside and outside were outstanding. There’s lots of room to enjoy curling up alone with a good book, for sharing time with friends/family on various outdoor patios or in the many warm and inviting rooms inside the home.

Perfect Family Get Away

This home has it all for a family vacation - kitchen is stocked, plenty of sleeping space with extremely comfortable beds, big yard to hang in with lots of comfy lounge chairs etc. and great grill. And the location could not be better - takes all of 30 seconds to walk to the beach from the front yard. Love this place!

Wonderful home close to the sand on a quiet street

We loved this house. It was perfect for two families with kids and in addition to being super close to the beach, had at home entertainment (ping pong table and hot tub) for the kids on the cloudy days. The outdoor space is very comfortable to hang out and the indoors was big enough to handle all of us too. The beds were very comfortable as well, which is always a plus. We would stay here again.

Ocean vacation

Wonderful vacation. Home is perfect. Ocean, ping-pong, ocean, hammocks, ocean, hot tub, perfect outside couches with great umbrella. All wonderful and peaceful. Perfect home to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation. We loved our time in this home!

Friends and family

A great deal of thought has been put into making the spacious house warm and hospitable. Parking and outdoor kitchen, hot tub and the option to dine outside are a real bonus. The host has always been responsible and easy to communicate with. See you next year!

Family get together

Great location close to downtown and stores. The beach is a couple doors down. Having the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf coming through the screen door at night brings back memories. My family grew up at Stinson Beach and it was the perfect location to have our family reunion. The house was everything we wanted and more thank you.

Perfect for families

This well-maintained property is well suited for semi-large gatherings. In addition to spacious indoor areas, the outdoor kitchen, dining deck, hot tub, hammocks and ping pong table bring it to the next level. We’re hoping to make this an annual tradition.

Shhh…Don’t tell anyone…

We have stayed at several houses at Stinson Beach and this is our favorite. Cozy, convenient, well appointed and comfortable and it has plenty of room to socialize both inside and out. I’d like to keep it a secret but the lovely hosts deserve all the kudos.

Wonderful beach house

Comfortable house with plenty of outdoor space. Super cozy fireplace and lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Well-stocked and everything was organized and labeled. Steps from the beach. Perfect location! Enjoyed the ocean view from the upstairs patio. Beautiful and super fun!

Wonderful!

The house is great and has everything you could want. 2 houses back from the beach, friendly neighbors and in an awesome location. The house is as pictured, comfortable beds, lots of towels and kitchen stuff. Karen was super communicative and responsive both before we arrived and once we were there. Would 100% stay again.
