Majestic Sun A213 Àr en lÀgenhet med tvÄ sovrum Deluxe-modeller som har totalrenoverats 2014. Enheten Àr möblerad för att ge dig alla nödvÀndigheter du behöver nÀr du besöker Emerald Coast. Enheten rymmer upp till sex personer. Det ligger pÄ andra vÄningen som kan nÄs med hiss. Balkongen strÀcker sig över enhetens bredd med perfekt utsikt över viken frÄn bÄde vardagsrummet och Master-sviten. Enheten har en öppen planlösning mellan de viktigaste vardagsrum, matsal och kök. En svart flÀckig bÀnkskiva i granit med barstolar i barhöjd ger extra sittplatser medan gÀsterna underhÄlls.

Det stora sovrummet har sin egen tillgÄng till balkongen mot viken. Master bad har dubbla handfat med svart bÀnkskiva i granit.

Majestic Sun erbjuder en uppvÀrmd inomhuspool som ansluter och spills ner till den angrÀnsande utomhuspoolen. TvÄ Ängande badtunnor ligger utanför pÄ vardera sidan av poolen. From the time we booked our stay to the time we departed, Janie was only a phone call or text away if we needed something! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more! We loved that we could go from the pool to the beach so effortlessly. The condo was clean and the decor and furniture were nice as well! We would definitely book this condo again!

The property was just as described! The condo was well stocked with all the necessities plus lots of extras! Janie thought of everything and her special touches were evident throughout the condo. The location was perfect! We really appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels!

Beautiful, clean condo!

Great condo on the second floor. It’s one of the cleaner units we have ever stayed in! Awesome view of the beach and pool below. Janie was so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Planning to come back next year!

Great location

The condo is very clean and kitchen has everything you should need. Lots of nice extras that were unexpected, such as a welcome snack basket, Restaurant guide and explicit TV directions. Second floor condo allows easy access via stairs or elevator. I would recommend this condo/owner.

I wish there were 6 stars to review!

For starters, let's just get this out of the way: Janie is awesome! Incredibly accomodating, thoughtful and gives you the feeling that it's a family or friend, not renter/property owner relationship. She leaves no stone unturned and let's say: it's all about the details! CHECK IN: well, due to all the terrific communication with Janie, we already had everything we needed to know and it was a very quick and simple process with gate security. PARKING: very easy, parking garage keeps the autos nice and shaded (cool) and was really 2 minutes walking to unit. CONDO: being that it was on the second floor, we used the stairwell vs the busy elevators (stair well was conviently located near the front door). You get a great view of that emerald colored water and it's right above the pool deck, which when the balcony doors are shut, you can't hear a sound. We were glad it wasn't a higher floor because of the busy elevators. The 2 King beds are awesome! Good luck finding that in another unit... it's not usual. Lots of space, closets, bathrooms... super clean! Kitchen is awesome, well appointed, 2 gourmet cooks in our party had no problems whatsoever (one of them travels with their own knives as if they are Gordon Ramsey or something-rolls eyes). The fitness center, which two of used daily, was only a few minutes away... the site's facilities are kept extremely clean and tidy. Although we didn't use the pool much (with such a calm, beautiful salt water gulf at our disposal, the pool sort of lost out), the indoor and outdoor pools are kept very clean. Great place and exceptional host (as she's more of a host than property owner/manager)... we have already recommended this property to a family who is interested. Thank you Janie... we have been vacation on the gulf for several years now (Marco Island, Sannibel, Siesta Key) and it was all of our first time to the panhandle (including Miami native in-laws) who all exclaimed this was our best vacation and location yet! Your attention to detail most certainly helped this happen!

This is a great place to stay! Right across from Miramar beach. Gorgeous views from balcony. Close walk to clean and family friendly beach. Close to restaurants. Janie was the most attentive host I’ve had in the many years of vacations to this area. She stayed in contact to make sure all was good. Condo was clean and well kept. Adequate space. Plenty of towels and toiletries. More than adequate kitchen items, utensils, pots/pans, plates. Great size pantry. Resort staff always working/cleaning property. Our family recommends this condo and host for the best stay. We will book here again.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. It was comfortable, clean, close to shopping, grocery store and restaurants. The view of the beach from the large balcony was very beautiful. It was a very restful, nice and enjoyable vacation. Cheney was kind and helpful!

Retirement get away

The past reviews of this rental were spot on. GREAT location as we walked to almost every dinner. Ocean access is easy and close and so was the pool access. We would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

The Unit was clean, well maintained and owner was attentive throughout. We had no issues while at the condo. The location to the beach is excellent. We loved sitting on the balcony. Pool area was nice and well maintained also. Enjoyed our stay. By the way ..eat at McQuires —great service, food and steaks !!

Perfect Place for our beach vacation!

We went back to celebrate our anniversary! Perfect location. We loved the first floor location & the view from the inside/balcony was stunning. Just steps away from the beach. We were able to rent chairs & an umbrella from a recommendation from Janie. The company had them up for us each day & it made a huge difference to not worry about finding a spot on the beach. Janie is an incredible host & makes sure that every need is taken care of. We had a sick little one at the beginning of our trip & she was a blessing by calling to let us know we could arrive earlier than scheduled. She even asked how he was doing a few days later. This is a phenomenal listing & I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the Miramar/Destin area!

1) Great communication with Janie! She is super responsive to any questions or concerns! 2) The condo - comfortable bedding, beach towels provided, beach chairs provided, amenities provided in kitchen. Fabulous water pressure in both showers! 3) The area - Very walkable to the pool/hottub, fitness center, the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more! We definitely got our steps in on the wide walking path which we loved!

Exceptional Stay!

Condo was super clean and was very roomy! More storage and closet space than any other place I’ve stayed on vacation. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shops. Jane was a great host and had everything in the condo we needed.

Wonderful condo and great location

We spent 2 weeks at Majestic Sun, and we loved. Beautiful view, great pools and hot tubs, and the location allowed to walk to many stores and restaurants. We had everything we needed for the beach, and what a beautiful beach it is! Janie was a wonderful host, and supplied everything we needed for our stay. Her communication with us was above and beyond. We will be back!

Charlie and I have lived in the area for over 35 years. We recently retired and want to do things we enjoy. I"m from Pensacola, Florida which has white beaches but can not compare to the emerald green waters of Destin. Charlie enjoys Golf and fishing , I love the beach and have been known to shop.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

"Majestic" is a great word for this resort!! 2000 feet of magnificant open shoreline,spectacular Gulf views of emerald green waters, white sandy beaches, the sunsets are awesome, and you might see a dolphin romping in the surf.
The property is excellently maintained and clean. Being an operating room nurse cleanliness is number one on my list.This unit I fell in love with it when I saw it and I had looked at several. If you choose to stay here you will return in the future. Also our guest have hot tubs, large pool, and state of art fitness center. There is so much to see and do that is close.
