This impressive home away from home boasts a private balcony with unobstructed views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico - spend your days lounging here and enjoying the refreshing breeze while sipping on a delicious beverage. Inside, lounge in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfy seating and a TV. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious beach snacks on the go and homemade meals. The primary suite enjoys easy access to the balcony, a TV, and an en suite bath. Additional perks include access to on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a BBQ area with gas grill, and a fitness center.

Beautiful ocean view condo

We loved the location right by the beach — the view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! While the outdoor furniture could use an update, as it’s a bit worn, the place was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Best Ocean View You Can Get

The condo was great for the four of us. There was enough cookwear and dishes, towels, and a start of one roll of paper towels, a couple rolls of TP, small dishwashing liquid bottle. The view is fantastic and there is usually a nice ocean breeze when sitting out on the balcony. Lovely pool area with indoor and outdoor options. Only concerns: There were only 2 operating elevators (one was down) for 12 floors. We were on the 7th. During busy hours there could be long waits. The unit needs a new clothes dryer as it took three runs to dry a few towels. The sliding door to the balcony was VERY hard to open/close. And I mean it took strength to slide it. Working with Vacasa was great. From the booking process to departing, I received email or text updates prior and during our stay. I only texted them twice before our trip and they responded quickly.

Great location and amenities but terrible interior condition and unit amenities

We stayed at several similar places and unfortunately this was the worst. The furniture is in terrible condition, one bed was broken, falling apart and off the frame. We reported it but it wasn’t repaired. In addition, everything g else was mismatched, outdated, and just worn out. There were very few unit amenities (only a few pieces of mismatched silverware, no colander, pot bigger than a quart, bottle opener, or scissors). The location is lovely and building amenities were nice. The heated pool was cold for a few days but once fixed, it was great. I recommend another unit in this building.

Great View and location!!

We booked this condo for a weekend getaway and were pleasantly impressed with the size of the unit, location and the awesome view. The beds were VERY comfortable…kitchen and living room were very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, pots…etc. We loved watching the sunrise from our balcony and listening to the waves at night time. Definitely recommend!

Miramar Beach Vacation

Absolutely loved the master bed!! It was sooo comfortable!! (I have back issues and am very picky with beds!) Nice variety of pillows that were comfy also. We all slept so well while there! Loved the view! Loved the extra blankets available in the master closet. Loved the overall space in the unit. Loved the indoor pool and how warm it was. Loved that the unit did not smell musty, especially because I am allergic to mold (a lot of units in this complex complain of musty smells). Loved the keypad for entry. You don't hear much noise from other units. Loved the the first aid kit under the kitchen sink, which we ended up needing.

Basic, clean condo

The condo was basic and clean. The views were amazing and the balcony furniture was comfortable. It has not been updated recently. The light in the second bedroom never worked. The second sink in the master bath never worked. It suited our needs (minus the broken items), but we we also were not looking to spend lots of time indoors.
