Lucky 7 på Majestic Sun 713B är ditt ultimata semestermål! Denna fantastiska lägenhet är ljust inredd med kustnära accenter och har fantastisk utsikt över gulfen! Lucky 7 är ett två sovrum, två badrums lägenhet vid den super populära Majestic Sun. Detta är den perfekta sommaren condo!

När du går in i Lucky 7 kommer du att se den nautiska teman Gästrummet som har en king size-säng, platt-TV och anslutningsdörr till badrummet. Gästbadet presenterar en dusch / badkar combo och en extra dörr för andra gäster att använda. Gå ner i korridoren till det fullt utrustade köket med vackra vita skåp och fantastisk utsikt över viken medan du lagar mat. Matsalbordet har plats för sex plus tre extra barstolar i baren. Glöm inte det extra matbordet på den stora balkongen som är perfekt för aptitretare och vin! Det stora sovrummet och vardagsrummet båda har en egen ingång till balkongen för extra bekvämlighet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och en rymlig klädkammare. Master badrummet har dubbla fåfänga sänkor och ett separat område för dusch / badkar combo. Vardagsrummet är en familjens favorit för filmkväll med den stora plattskärms-TV, bäddsoffa i queen size-storlek och gott om sittplatser. Som en extra conveneince finns det även en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i Lucky 7!

Wayer tmin main bathroo.

Everything was great. Only problem is the hpt wayer dial in main bathroom only allowed fpr barely hot wayer. We dWaited and did everything the info ssid. Wayer was just varely tolerable.

The property was exactly as the pictures showed, comfy beds, beautiful view of the ocean, plenty of room on the balcony, fully stocked kitchenwares, easy access to the beach!!! The owners are friendly and get back with you quickly! Will stay again no problem!!

Great views!

This is a perfect condo for a small family with incredible views and close to the beach and restaurants/shops. The indoor pool was perfect for the days it was too cold or stormy out. Coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean is worth it by itself! Had a great time!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Location was perfect! The walk across the beach didn't bother us at all. Kitchen was well stocked! Very nice decor! We will stay again! Great experience!

Condo was a bit dated, as is the Majestic Sun building generally and elevators did not always work well. But the beds were really comfortable and the balcony was beautiful!

Loved the beach view

It was a lovely condo! Really well supplied with kitchen equipment and dinnerware. Great views of the beach. We had a problem unlocking the front door when we first arrived because the code we had been given did not work. A quick text message to manager gave me a new code that worked. The second bathroom didn’t have a tub stopper, so had to take a shower. Otherwise it was a wonderful place.

Beach Retreat with Lovely Views

We enjoyed our stay at "Lucky 7" . The description of the property and condo were spot on and we were able to arrive and depart without issues. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. The décor was lovely and perfect for the seaside retreat. The indoor outdoor pool area was very nice and easily accessed. The property managers did an excellent job in sending instructions and details for hour stay. There is a well stocked grocery store to the east just a few minutes away by car to stock up on food and a gift shop in the lobby that has much to offer. The balcony was large with a great view of the water and beach. We enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation.

A week in Paradise

This condo had the perfect view & it was a very large double balcony. Condo was extremely clean & the most fully stocked kitchen of any I've stayed. The owners truly thought of everything. The beach was a short walk across the street. The steps were a little steep especially for older folks. There was a ramp nearby but no handrail so it was a little hard to get down it but once by the water it was absolute perfection. The sunrises & sunsets from the balcony were breath taking every day. We saw dolphins on a few occasions as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & the check in/check out process was seamless.

One of the balcony sliding doors lock was broken and wouldn't open, and the screens of both sliding doors were off.

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO, to Destin, FL, in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles most operations, including Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, and Accounting, and helps oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues.

We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are!
