Vår lägenhet vid havet är väl bevarad. Spektakulär utsikt över Atlanten från den rymliga balkongen, vardagsrummet och sovrummet på vår 4: e våningen enhet. Du hittar alla bekvämligheter hemma i vårt välutrustade hem hemifrån. Köket är fullt utrustat. Vi har en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, 2 kabel-TV, gratis trådlöst internet.

Sovrum kung, andra sovrum drottning, tredje sovrum 2 enkelsängar. Både vardagsrummet och sovrummet har tillgång till balkongen genom skjutdörrar. Det finns också en våt bar. Hiss och 4: e våningen parkering för din bekvämlighet. Du hittar vår strand för att vara enastående och inte alltför trångt.

Detta är ett utmärkt läge, tyst och fri från den kommersialiserade Grand Strand. The place was great. Very clean and a great place for our family vacation. Will definitely stay again. Only issue we had all week is with the key lock it is very hard to punch in the numbers but other than that everything was wonderful.

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean and had everything we needed and then some! It’s very cozy and relaxing! The view was spectacular! And the owner was very responsive when I needed to contact him. Would definitely rent again!

In desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Master shower floor was very dirty all kinds of hair and lent on the tile floor. Bathroom floors were full of hair and dirt. Carpet needs replaced as i doubt sweeping would even help. The floor had not been swept they had dirt and crumbs, used bandaids ect.Spoke to the owner and he told us someone would come to sweep. She literally used a broom in the living room and that was it.

Wonderful getaway.

We've been coming to the area for the last 9 years and the location of this unit is perfect for us. It's a short walk to the inlet, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, and everything we needed for a quiet week away. Hosts were excellent to work with and communicated with us quickly. Thanks for a great week.

Perfect location and space

This is the 2nd summer in a row my family chose this condo for our family vacation. It’s quiet, plenty of space and ocean front. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to booking again! Easy entry, perfect parking, beach is gorgeous and the owners very responsive and kind.

Perfect getaway

Property is at a perfect spot. You are far enough away from downtown to not have to deal with a bunch of people, but still within a few minutes of a drive to do whatever you want/need. Condo was spacious and clean. Was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. Definitely will be back!

A great stay!

We loved this oceanfront property! The condo is very spacious and up to date. We love the beach area and the pool area! The property manager was very helpful during our stay and was quick to respond when we needed them. The beach area is very laid back and not crowded. This part of North Myrtle had some cute shops and restaurants but it was also a short drive into Myrtle Beach for some other restaurant options and fun things to do! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again upon returning to Myrtle Beach.

Great condo

We had a great stay at Sea Pointe 403. The condo was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed including a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. It has a wonderful view of the beach and is just a short walk up to the inlet. We would absolutely stay here again if returning to the area.

Family Vacation

The location was wonderful! It's the main reason why we chose it, because it was so close to the inlet. There were 6 of us that went, all 18 years and older. I would like to mention the room with the twin beds is extremely small for 2 people to share but if you have 2 young children sharing the room it's perfect. Everything else was wonderful!

Excellent!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony which was roomy and location in Cherry Grove was great! The beach was not crowded and easy to access! Loved this unit. The only con is that there is only an indoor pool, nothing outdoor.

Great family vacation!

Very nice condo. Clean with all the cooking equipment you need to cook in. Also, having linens provided was a huge plus! Will definitely stay again! Wish list-Kids (young adults) complained that twin beds were not comfortable. And it would be nice to have a place outside to store beach stuff to help keep sand out of the condo. Overall had a wonderful time!

Pros: photos accurate, clean & comfortable, nice kitchen, view amazing, location/parking good, luggage carts helpful. Cons: no light above entry/keypad smeared with black marker so difficult to see tiny buttons, loud noises (similar to bowling alley) above like heavy items on rollers sliding around early AM and until after midnight most days, yappy dog barking starting 7:30 am each morning and into evening, no advance notice of pest control treatment 3rd Thursday of the month, no advance notice of kitchen garbage bags not provided, no management on-site and host's responses seemed uninterested and dismissive. Relaxation

Arriving and accessing the property was a breeze. Loved parking on the same level as our condo. The condo was well stocked, beds were made and very comfy. Great view and got some wonderful sunrise pictures. Had great food and made new memories! Hope to rent again.

Everything was as expected.

Check in was simple. Three room was clean, and furnished with everything we needed. Only complaint would be the dryer took multiple runs to dry loads of laundry. Overall good great place to stay! The room was nicely renovated. My parents stayed in a condo at same facility, and had nothing but complaints about their room, but they enjoyed ours when they would come to visit.

We are both optometrists in Marysville, Ohio. Tom grew up in Worthington, OH and attended Miami of Ohio for undergrad and OSU college of Optometry. Susan grew up in Ashland, OH and attended John Carroll University for undergrad and OSU college of Optometry. Our daughter is a 2009 Graduate of the University of Virginia and received her masters from UVA in 2011 and is now working in Dallas. She was a member of their Women’s golf team at UVA Our son graduated from Wittenberg University in 2012 and runs his own athletic skills training and fitness business Better Than Yesterday in Marysville, Ohio. We are huge Buckeye fans!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with this area from spending time at Susan’s parents’ condo next to Sea Pointe. Our family loves the beach, the ocean, and the gorgeous views from the balcony. All 4 of us play golf so to have direct access to the beach and hundreds of golf courses provides the perfect getaway for our family. We especially enjoy having our own “private beach” and the peacefulness of our area; and yet we totally enjoy having easy access to all the entertainment and restaurants. The weather is also a big draw for us Ohioans!
