Detta hem har just blivit helt omformat för 2019 !! Du vill inte missa den här! Nya dörrar med hård kärna, nya golv, tak i pärlskivor, anpassade våningssängar som är stora och robusta nog för vuxna, ladugårdsdörrar på tvättstugan, nya vardagsrumsmöbler och naturligtvis - nya sängkläder!

Sovrummen är separerade av bostadsyta med två på varje sida av huset. Den östra sidan har två mästare med privata badrum och King size-sängar. En av dessa är större och innehåller också en Pottery Barn-stol som är en dubbelsäng. Den andra har havsutsikt och privat tillgång till verandan.

De två västra sidorummen delar ett stort Jack-n-Jill badrum (fickdörrar, dubbla handfat, badkar / duschkombo). Ett rum har en king size-säng och fåfänga med utsikt över havet och dörrar till verandan. Den andra har anpassade kojer. En uppsättning är XL-tvillingar och den andra är vanliga tvillingar. Varje våningssäng har små förvaringshyllor, privat belysning och uttag med USB-kontakter.

Tre av de fyra sovrummen och vardagsrummet har platt-TV.

Det välvda taket och öppet plan i vardagsrummet-kök-matsalen erbjuder gott om sittplatser och matalternativ. En vägg med fönster ger utsikt över havet från alla punkter i detta rum - titta på TV i soffan, hälla ett glas vin i baren eller till och med tvätta diskar!

Det ombyggda köket är fullt utrustat med bänkskivor i granit, fristående ismaskin och mycket ganska diskmaskin. Som du kan gissa finns det gott om vinglas (till och med sprängsäkra för poolområdet!)

Framsidan av hemmet har ett stort skuggat däck med fri utsikt över viken. Baksidan har ett skuggat däck med utsikt över poolen - med avlägsen utsikt över bukten. Trädgården är inhägnad och utomhusduschen har både varmt och kallt vatten!

Hemmet har hög effektivitet tvättmaskin och torktumlare, massor av parkeringsplatser för flera bilar, din båt eller majs hål, och extremt enkel och nära tillgång till stranden!

Det finns en gasgrill för din fångst av dagen och solstolar och parasoller för när dina tår kräver sanden!

Perfect beach family vacation

The open concept living allowed us to keep eyes on 2 little boys and had plenty of seating for dining and lounging in the evenings. I have never seen so many dishes, glasses of all kinds, bowls and silverware at a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and the location across from the beach was perfect. We were a little concerned about construction noise across the street, and there was very little. I would definitely stay ant this house again.

Excellent location!

The only reason for the four star is because of the king size bed in the master bedroom. It really needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and enjoyable weekend.

Another Great Beach Trip In the Books

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our groups 5th year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The pool is so nice to come back to after the beach, or while waiting out the afternoon showers. Kitchen always has everything we could ask for, and the pool closet has all you will need for the beach. The only thing I could suggest is giving a little TLC to the front porch deck. We love spending time out there but some of the nails are coming up so we made sure the kids were not barefoot while playing around. IT did not hinder our experience at all though. We had another great vacation.

GREAT Location; Property needs some work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat the location; steps away from the beach & on a street not heavily travelled. I would like to see better cleaning standards (food under the couches), pool deck & front deck, both f wood nature, needs work to ensure no splinter/safety issues. Going barefoot is a major risk due to splintered wood. The rail on front porch is unsafe; can be moved & little kids could fall through & it is wobbly in many areas. I certainly would not lean on it. If the owner would spend a little money pressure cleaning the decks & concrete & throw a fresh coat of paint on the exterior doors & front deck, it would make a world of difference.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 5 day vacation at Pensacola Beach and 1415 Ariola was delightful. There were 5 adults and 5 children who used this home. It is very convenient to the beach. Having the umbrellas to use as well as the chairs was a great plus. There are also swim inflatables and sand toys available. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I will note that there are no staples provided. Please shop ahead of time (You will have to go back to Gulf Breeze for a good selection of groceries) and include salt/pepper, ketchup, mustard, flour, sugar, etc. There was only enough toilet paper supplied for 4 days and we needed to buy more paper towels, as well as trash bags, laundry detergent, and dw detergent. There is a new home being built across the street which will block the open view from the front porch, but a side view remains. Outside hot/cold shower very nice! Beds and furniture were comfortable. There is a great breeze from the front!

A Home Away From Home

The house was super clean & well taken care of. Location is beyond perfect. You have beach front view & walk without the price of the beach front homes. The pool is clean and tidy. The backyard is perfect. I will say, they are starting construction on a house across the street so that might add some noise and traffic to future guests while they build that home but the view will still be spectacular & the walk still just as easy. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This place was awesome!

Perfect location; setup of the house was fantastic! The property managers were great. Couple of things that would have helped us was a more detailed list of what the property had; we brought a lot of stuff we didn't need to. We've stayed at "fully furnished" houses before and there was hardly anything there. This place is truly FULLY furnished! I even brought my Amazon Firestick and didn't need it. :) A heated pool would have been great, too. House was clean overall, but we did see a mouse in the kitchen the night before we left and had to kill a couple of pretty good sized bugs, but hey, it's Florida! Didn't ruin our trip at all. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway

Very nice location and beautiful home. Plenty of room and everything you need to cook or grill by the pool. Very short walk to the beach and perfect size pool to hangout at night and let the kids play. Will definitely rent again next year.

Perfect Location, Needs a bit of TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: The location of this house was absolutely perfect and the best thing about it. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was amazing. There were also a TON of beach toys, chairs, and supplies. The layout of the house was well-planned and there was plenty of space for our family. CONS: The beds were definitely worn out and not very comfortable. The deck needs some TLC - our girls had 2 splinters during our stay. The internet was very undependable and had to be rebooted 2-3 times every day which was problematic as our children were trying to do school work and lost their work on several occasions. Lastly, we found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay. With some maintenance, we would say here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family. The location was great as it was very easy to walk the short distance to the beach. The house was nice and well kept. There were a few things that could have been better. There were no beach towels. We had to buy towels and leave them at the property because we were flying home. I am not sure why a beach house would not be equipped with beach towels. The check-in time of 5 pm is very late. It is much later than hotels. We were lucky enough to be able to check-in early as the property was not rented the day before but it seemed like a Herculean effort to allow us to check-in early. Overall a great experience and it would be 5 stars if there were towels and check-in was at a more normal time like 3 pm.

Directly across from the beach which was wonderful! Area was very quiet. The house was immaculate and very well maintained and management was so nice! The pool was extremely clean and big... our kids loved it! We absolutely loved this place for our family vacation. We shared it with another family and the kids all loved it too! Will definitely be coming back!!

This house is all on one level with plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. Its location right across the street from the Gulf made it easy to get to and from the beach. We have Pensacola Beach sand between our toes!
