Vackra ombyggnader - massor av uppgraderingar! Gratis cyklar och gymmedlemskap

Helt ny renovering i juni 2017. Allt i denna villa på tredje våningen är helt ny och smakfullt inredda, med en fantastisk utsikt från balkongen !. Med ett vackert utformat kök med bänkskivor i granit, alla nya golv och en skjutbar dörr som skiljer vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Ny säng och sängkläder. Vi har en platt spis (ingen ugn), mikrovågsugn, brödrost och alla krukor och kokkärl.

Villan är belägen i Seaside Villas, ett gated complex vid havet, på gångavstånd till turistcentret (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, och massor av shopping och restauranger), och cykelavstånd från mycket mer. Byggnaden ligger vid havet och vår villa har havsutsikt längs sidan.

Great getaway!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and just steps from the beach. We walked to Coligny Plaza everyday. I highly recommend this property!

We've enjoyed this condo complex for many years. This unit was especially nice and the check in process was easy. You can't beat this location.

Inside unit had been updated. Outside unit parking lot poorly maintained. Elevator had rotten floor. Trip hazard on lower level particularly at entrance to elevator. Lowest level could stand a thorough paint lower

Cozy Get Away!

We have stayed at the condo’s several times, but I believe we have loved this condo more than any of the other ones! Loved having my coffee on the balcony looking at the beautiful view, even saw a few dolphins swim by! We don’t cook dinners and usually have sandwiches for lunch. We do eat breakfast in, might be a good idea to provide a small toaster oven since no oven.

Never been to HH before, didn’t know where to stay. Glad we found this place! Host was extremely nice, unit was clean, bed CONFY!, location perfect, beach was a very short walk, pool was steps away, everything we needed plus more!

So clean and cozy!

My husband and I visited Hilton Head for the first time even though we are life long SC residents. This villa was exactly as described and very clean. Communication was great with the owner. A huge plus is that beach chairs and bikes are included! We look forward to visiting again next year.

Hilton Head Beachfront Vacation

Property was as advertised. Great spot for 2, comfortable with quick access to a lot of Hilton Head amenities. My partner and I stayed there for a week and it was very enjoyable. Great having beach chairs and umbrella for use. Communication with host was immediate and check in was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway spot in Hilton Head that is close to the beach and restaurants.

Good value

Property interior / exterior was as described / pictured. Used, but adequate bikes allowed us 20 + miles of touring from Sea Side Villas to Shelter Cove Marina, to Palmetto Bay Marina to Harbor Town Marina and Coast oceanside bar at Sea Pine Resort. (Not all the same day). Good location for the average HHI cost conscious tourist. Tiki Hut ocean front bar with live music daily, and Coligny shopping / eats / apparel / Piggly Wiggly close by. Unit clean and updated overall. Couple of cautions...bed very firm, and bedroom stays slightly warmer than family room. We purchased a fan on second day to push the cooler air to the bed area. No oven, not a problem for us. “Ocean view” balcony was just that. Gives you a view of the ocean, and entices you to get out to the beach. Don’t go with expectation of oceanfront private balcony. We did spend time on the balcony, and would have more, had the temps been lower. I searched several properties. Found this to be a good value for our 4 night stay of 2 people. Would consider staying here again. Host was accommodating.

Location is perfect

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a few days of relaxation. It is tiny but it has everything you need and the location is spectacular. We were on the beach every morning and evening. You can walk or ride the bikes that come with the condo to shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable.

Great location!

We enjoyed this property! Small but has what you need. Walk the path to the beach was short and it’s an awesome beach! You can walk for miles or use the bikes to pedal away. A few minutes walk to Coligny Plaza for shops, grocery, live music, restaurants, etc.
