Resort Living at it's finest!

My husband and I just enjoyed a 13 week stay at Bob and Danielle's beautiful home in Encanterra in the San Tan Valley. This was our first winter doing the retirement thing in Arizona and we couldn't have picked a more beautiful and friendly community in a beautiful and well-cared for home. This was the most well-stocked and accommodating rental home we've ever stayed in, and there isn't much that Bob and Danielle haven't thought to include with the house. It looked as though it was decorated as one of the model homes, it was very spacious, had a huge and well-stocked kitchen, two large and comfortable bedrooms (I think the mattress in the master was perfect), tons of towels and bedding, including pool towels, a huge master bathroom and closet, huge laundry area, and cute patio at the back, facing south with lots of sunshine. Bob and Danielle were easily reached if we needed anything and they saw to it that we got whatever we needed as soon as they could. We were a two-minute walk from the pickleball courts/pool/outdoor bar and restaurant/art center/Bocce courts, and only a quick walk up the boulevard to the main clubhouse which was stunning and offered a wonderful restaurant, coffee shop, library, fitness center, lap pool, fitness pool, spa, and a gorgeous view of the Superstition Mountains. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home in this beautiful resort (if you're old enough!!).

The owners were always responsive. They take great care of this home. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. They even introduced us to the neighbors. Would stay there again.

The Perfect Place

My wife & and stayed in this beautiful house for 3-months (Jan.-March) and thoroughly enjoyed the house and the area. The house has everything a person would want or need. Encanterra where this house is located is as friendly an area that we have ever been. Everyone waves and smiles and the neighbors on either side and across from us were the nicest people and very helpful with information. We loved this place so much we are coming back next year. The owner is prompt and available whenever needed, and overall is a very nice guy. We would highly recommend this house and the area for anyone wanting to enjoy a very laid-back relaxing time in AZ.

We stayed at Bob’s Encanterra property for three months. Enjoyed everything about the property.

Great experience and well worth the money. We have rented in AZ area before and this property was one of the best. The facility did not have a house behind so not sure how that will look when completed. Very tight back yard. Highly recommend this unit.

AMAZING PROPERTY!! Stylish and comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at Bob's Vacation Rental for the month of December. The owner was easy to work with and helped make our vacation stay wonderful. The house is beautiful and so perfect for my wife and I. The pictures DO NOT do justice!!! Each room looks professional decorated and the home has such a wonderful feel. The views of the clubhouse are great! Everything was new in the house!! So nice! The grounds of the resort is just remarkable! , Would love to stay again so we will be booking next year for sure!
