Detta hus är perfekt för en familj eller en liten grupp vänner, huset sover 4 bekvämt i två sovrum (extra gäster kan rymmas på en queen size-sprängmadrass). Det stora sovrummet är utrustat med en queen size-säng, byrå, byrå, 2 nattställningar och eget badrum, båda med kakelgolv. Det andra sovrummet är också möblerat med en queen size-säng, två nattställningar och golvplattor med det andra hela badrummet precis intill det rummet. Det andra badet är ett badkar / duschkombo och är helkaklat.
Det finns ett rymligt Florida Room (Sunroom) som öppnar in i vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet har en lädersektionssoffa och en 55-tums Smart LED-TV, höghastighets WIFI, digital streaming-tjänster, DVD-spelare, kabel och Netflix. Ett fullt utrustat kök med kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, kokplatta och ugn. Vi har alla krukor och kokkärl och porslin du behöver. Allt du behöver för att laga en måltid hemma med matsal för 6 och uteservering för 6. En fin skärmad Lani öppnar ut från solrummet, utrustat med en stor rostfri gasgrill och en utomhusdusch för de sandiga dagarna tillbringade på stranden. En helt inhägnad trädgård med däcksvängning, perfekt för en liten hund eller barn. Trevliga skugga träd och en blomma täckt pergola finns också i trädgården.
En liten hund tillåts med husdjursdeposition. Detta hem har ett 1-bil garage, en 2-car carport och en parkeringsplats för en liten husvagn med elkrok. Det finns en heltäckande helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare precis vid ditt kök för ditt bruk i garaget.

Går till stranden? Strandhanddukar, 4 vuxna stolar, 2 barnstorlekar, paraply, hajtandssifter, sandleksaker, Kidco babystrandtält med luftmadrass, sporttält, kylare, strandtäcke och en hopfällbar strandvagn. Allt du behöver för en fantastisk semester och för att göra familjeminnen!

Tillgång till South Venice Beach Ferry som ligger 0,7 mil hemifrån och tar dig till en trevlig icke-fullsatt privat strand. Perfekt för att hitta hajtänder och en lugn dag på stranden med gratis parkering. Ägaren kommer att leverera ett färjepass för upp till 6 personer.

Shamrock Park & Nature Center ligger 8 km bort. Detta är en fantastisk plats att gå, picknick och har en fantastisk lekplats för de små. Denna park ligger i närheten.

Beautiful home

This home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We will definitely stay here again. Our daughter loved the fenced in backyard with a tire swing and we loved the sun room and screened in back porch. The hosts have taken care of the property and we are grateful for their hospitality.

Charming home

All the necessities in the home. They even have a beach wagon. Lovely home on a quiet street. Spacious lounge area and nicely decorated. It's a true vacation home.

Great Value

Hey, if you don't need to be right on the beach, but a few minutes away is fine, this is a great little and affordable find. Lots of beautiful public beaches with free parking are close along with Venice which is like "old Florida", before it became hyper - built up and totally congested. The available bikes were nice and lots of places to ride. Had a great stay, would go here again.

Great Location

This property is centrally located and very close to several shopping areas and restaurants. There are also several beaches within a 15-30 minute drive. Although the property offered many things one would need while vacationing such as chairs, coolers, towels, bicycles and other beach necessities, some of the amenities mentioned in the description were not available. The aforementioned items were all stored in the garage therefore one cannot park their car in the garage and there was a covered jet ski and boat stored in the covered carport (mentioned in the overview) also making it unavailable. Although at first this was worrisome, the neighborhood seemed safe enough where we eventually felt comfortable parking our car in the driveway. Also, the canoes were locked up and unavailable. Overall, the property was clean although it is in need of some deep cleaning in some areas and the front/ back lawn and the lanai need some TLC. The water pressure was very low at times but tolerable. I appreciate the owner providing the ferry pass as it was only a 5 minute ride which took you to a beautiful private beach. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would stay here again.

Very nice property

We spent our vacation as a family with our two children (1 and 5 years old) from Germany. The house was very clean, well maintained and fully equipped with a beautiful garden in a really nice location just a short drive from the beach and various shops. Communication was very good, and we received quick, friendly and helpful answers when we had questions. We can absolutely recommend both the house and the landlady!

Great location for bike riders

We had everything we needed for a 2-month stay. Jessica was very responsive to the few questions we had. The roomy back yard was relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped; the washing machine and dryer very modern. As for biking, the Legacy Trail can be accessed by riding a few blocks along quiet Secor Road, turning left onto Ringtail, then crossing Shamrock Drive and riding through Shamrock Park—easy! From there you can go over a bridge onto Venice Island and beaches.

Excellent spot for visiting the Venice area

We stayed for a week in January and loved the property. We rode into Venice on the bike path, visited our dogs' favorite Brohard Paw Park Beach, and biked to Shamrock Park, where we saw dolphins playing in the canal. The house is located in a charming neighborhood between Venice and Englewood. There are excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops in both towns. The provided 30 amp hookup and ample parking were appreciated, as we were traveling in a small class C RV. I would recommend the house to anyone visiting the area, and would absolutely return.

Great place to stay!

This is a great home to rent. Close to everything including the private beach. This home has everything you need to enjoy yourself in Florida. The owner responded to quickly to emails. Kitchen is loaded with cookware and other kitchen items. Beds are very comfortable. Great grill and a firepit. Very comfortable home. This home is a gem!

Lovely quiet and fun vacation property

We had a wonderful time in Venice. The house was easy to get to, and the check-in process could not have been any easier. We misread the instructions on turning on the thermostat, but Jessica immediately answered and walked us through it. This is the first property we stayed in that had the extras which made it all the more inviting-bicycles, beach equipment, and outdoor grill. We loved the beach ferry pass to the beach which we found lots of shark teeth on. We definitely will be back for future visits!

Wedding weekend

Julianna’s Gem was very clean and well stocked kitchen.the only thing we could not find were measuring spoons, so we added them to the kitchen for the next guests. We we very conveniently located to the bride’s family and to the event. Quiet neighborhood and having two bathrooms was fantastic, highly recommend. Coffee on the lanai in the am was a treat. We saw all sorts of birds from woodpeckers to egrets.

The house was great. Had a well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated and the lanai with the table was great for eating and the outdoor shower really came in handy after returning from the beach. if we return to the area we will definitely stay here again.

Julianna's Gem

We loved our time at Julianna's Gem and are sad to leave but all good things must come to an end. The home is very comfortable and is located in a quiet residential area. It worked out perfectly for our dog as the yard is fenced in and the streets are easy to walk her on. Thank you Jessica for sharing your home with us and we hope we are able to return in the future. Wonderful House

Juliannna’s Gem is certainly a gem. The house was very clean and neat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. There were beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and sand toys. It is located near the beach and Shamrock Nature park which has access to the Venetian Waterway park. We enjoyed walking along the ICW and watching boats and dolphins. Convenient to Nokomis Beach and the north jetty. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. We would stay there again and would have booked for next year but it wasn’t available. Thanks, Jessica for such a wonderful house!

Julianna's Jem is a very nice place to stay in Venice.

We had a great relaxing month at Julianna's Jem and hope to rent it again. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean--freshly painted and has some new floors. There are new curtains, towels and dishes. The furniture is comfortable and nice. The house is well stocked. The gas grill is one of the best we have ever used. The ferry to the beach is great. The owner is very nice and responds immediately when there is a question. A great place to stay.

Much Needed

Great Location! Conveniently close to parks, grocery store, restaurant, and most important of all "THE BEACH." The house was very clean and inviting. It is situated on a corner lot in a very quite neighborhood. This is a really nice little place to get away from all. The booking and check-in process were painless. Owner was very responsive. Already booked to stay for next year.
