Spring Break 2018

I took my daughter and her friends to PCB for her senior spring break. The condo was exactly what we needed. Everyone had a great time. It was very clean and had plenty of room for 6 teenage girls to sleep and get ready without being on top of each other. We will definitely be renting this condo again.

Nothing short of amazing

This place was perfect! The location is great. The room is big & spacious, we fit 8 adults & 4 kids perfectly & still had enough room to relax. Communication with the owner was top notch, she fulfilled my every want & need for this family trip. The elevators were slow but that’s to be expected in Panama City at any big condominium. The beds could use some love but I still have no real complaints!

Cheer Competition

We were in town for a cheer competition. We enjoyed our stay at the condo! We had everything we needed in the condo and then some. The condo was a perfect fit for our family. Walmart is within walking distance, which is great if you're forgetful like me. Elevators can be quite slow during busy times of the day, just be patient. Thanks for everything! We would definitely come back!

Great Stay! Great Location! Great Weather!

Property was totally accurate in description and is well taken care of and comfortable. It has everything that you need. It fit our family of 5, including 3 teenagers very well. Location is great for just about everything. As we vacationed during the “offseason” not everything was open, but the elevators were not a problem either. Beach is close, pools are clean and nice, golf courses close, not crowded, and in good shape. We really enjoyed the restaurants down in Panama City Harbor area. No problem finding places to eat or things to do. Really liked the Fountain Show that resort does each night. A good way to settle down from very active days. All in all it’s a GREAT CONDO in a nice resort.

The operation of the elevators was absolutely the worst part of this trip. Collectively as a group, we probably spent close to an hour a day waiting on elevators. Then 5 out of the 7 days, half of them were broken. We were on the 13th floor so we unfortunately had to climb the stairs several times. The room itself was very nice and clean and accommodated 10 people well. One major deduction was the lack of kitchenware. There were no baking dishes, less than 10 forks, and little to no storage containers. The room was a great stay, but the hotel itself was not the best. Very crowded and several areas (the pools mostly) lacked cleanliness. Also, given the sheer size of the hotel, the beach was incredibly packed every single day.

Best Vacation Ever

Perfect!!! Great views great staff!! The Condo was clean and very spacious! This will be my go to Room every time we go to Panama City!! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful we got there early and she let us in two hours ahead of check in.

Family get away

Condo was nice, nothing bad to say about it. But the resort itself needs to do something about the elevators a couple are scary besides you might wait an hour to get on one which makes it extremely hard when your checking in with all your baggage plus everyday with beach stuff. Check in was easy just getting everything to your place is the challenge. Many people complaining about roaches threw out the resort not just a few bugs like infestation which made us nervous. But our condo was clean thank goodness! Beach is fairly easy to get to which was great! Lots of friendly people around.

Customer service

Customer service was so rude whenever we called downstairs. They never knew anything and they always had attitudes. The owner of the condo was amazing though.

Spring Break Trip

We enjoyed staying at this property! Mrs. Dee was a great host and had almost everything we needed there at the condo already! If you’re looking to stay at PCB this is an amazing property with a great location and view!

Beautiful condo

The condo is very spacious. Great location. You can walk to Wal Mart and the beach is just across the street. The balcony is large with a lovely view. I will stay here again. I recommend this property.

Family vacation

Easy. This property was easy to rent, to find and it was what it says it is on the app. The only thing was the elevators on the property. There is not enough of them for the amount of people in this complex. So if you rent at Laketown Whraf, be prepared to wait on the elevators.

Excellent location for spring break with family!

Over all we had a great experience staying here! It was conveniently located to many of the areas top restaurants and attractions! I loved that we were across the street from Pineapple Willy’s! We loved the great selection of pools. We even used the fitness center located on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Comfortable condo in a great location!

The condo was clean and comfortable & the owner was easy to reach and very nice! Laketown Warf staff was friendly as well and there is plenty to do within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and clean in this area too. Only negative was the long waits for the elevators at times (but we stayed during spring break time so that didn't help). Overall I would highly recommend this place!
