Perfect Location

Centrally located, clean, well stocked cottage. Everything you need is very close by. You really can’t beat it for the price!

Great Little Place!

This cottage was super cute, attractively furnished - and super clean! Probably not ideal for more than 2 people for longer than a weekend (we were a party of 4 and seating got tricky), but then again who stays in their getaway spot while on vacation? So close to Montauk Brewing, downtown shops and restaurants - you could walk! This place is a steal and a great find - thanks!!

This home has it ALL!

This home is perfectly situated in a large lot walking distance to town, the beach and the pond. The home is self is well stocked with everything you could need for a family (e.g. laundry, grilling supplies, fire pit, and yard games!!) Dana, the hostess, goes above and beyond to ensure a lovely Montauk experience.

Great week long stay - we didn’t want to leave!

This little house had everything we needed for our week long stay in montauk. We had our car but ended up walking into town during Saturday which was busy and harder to find parking. The walk is around 15 mins to get to the center of town/ the beach. There were plenty of supplies for cooking/ cleaning, as well as plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for our stay. The inside of the cottage is maintained meticulously, everything was left for us extremely clean and user friendly. There was a perfect amount of space for me and my boyfriend, the futon in the living room suited us fine for ending the day watching tv on their Apple TV, but sleeping on the futon I would recommend only for short term as it’s a little worn, this wasn’t a problem for us at all as it was just the two of us. The owner was extremely communicative and very nice, she accommodated us for an early check in when we had a meeting come up last min that we needed to be there to take, which she did not have to do and she got back to us right away confirming it was ok. All in all 5 stars, Dana is a fantastic host and we hope to come back soon!

The house of mold

Clearly, the house has mold issues by the smells and stains. I urge anyone not to rent this property because the property manager and host/owner lack the experience of proper maintenance.

Fishing Vacation

Perfect and comfortable. Was able to eat all my meals and have coffee at the cottage. Quiet location and in a perfect spot to visit several fishing spots within minutes. This was the second time staying here. Communication with the host was always pleasant. Thanks

Anniversary

I’m writing for my husband. My husband and I stayed from July 30th- August 2nd for our anniversary . We looked at many other places and had to plan accordingly it is hard to do so with 4 kids! We have been going to Montauk for about 15 years and this was by far the best trip we have ever been on there. When we arrived we were able to meet Louis who was so warm and friendly! The house is so clean and welcoming. I loved everything about it! The bed was so comfortable, I haven’t slept that good in along time. The ACs worked superb and it made it so comfortable after a long day out. The backyard was so cute and the lights in the back added a cozy feeling. We rode bikes into town day and night , as well as the beach and having the house so close was absolutely amazing. We watched the sunset every night and our final day we watched the sunrise. I did not want to leave !! We have used Vbro for many years and Dana was by far the best! She is an absolute fantastic host so kind and thoughtful and so easy to get in touch with and easy to talk to. She did everything to accommodate us we couldn’t have asked for anything more! I cannot wait to get back to this little slice of heaven.

Great location, cute house

We stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 4 (two teen boys). With a twin air mattress we were able to sleep 4 no problem. The house is so cute and nicely decorated, and a great quick walk or bike ride to town. We had a lot of fun exploring the area, and it was great to have a kitchen to grab a quick breakfast before heading out or to pack sandwiches for the beach for lunch. The outside space is nicely done as well and we enjoyed sitting outside one evening.

Great Deal , Cozy Spot , great location

Five stars ....Dana was super nice and helpful. The Cottage was cozy , private and walking distance to beach, stores , restaurants and town. If you want to grill or use kitchen there is everything you need to make it happen. If you want to buy fresh lobster to make at home call Bennet seafood. Highly recommended! Nice clean and refinished bathroom . Good AC and Comfy bed. Thanks Dana

Amazing place in Montauk! So happy with my stay here, the cottage was great and had all that you needed! Great backyard area for BBQ. So close to town and the beach Dana was helpful with any questions and was very quick to respond I can’t wait to stay here again!
