We really enjoyed our stay at the Surf Club unit owned by Ms. Scofield. The unit is very clean and charming. It had all the amenities we needed for a peaceful weekend away. The property is beautiful with direct access to the ocean. We would definitely book again.

Couldn’t be happier with our decision to book trip to Montauk here at Linda’s unit at the Surf Club. The property is beachfront and the staff at the facility takes care of everything from setting up chairs and umbrellas at the beach, to helping with towels and accommodations at the pool. The unit itself is in great shape. I would describe it as roomy, clean, and comfortable. This will be the first listing I check for availability any time I return to Montauk. 10/10 would book again

The property is a special place for any type of vacation. My family and I were able to spend time on the beach, in the pool and even use the Fitness facility . The vibe at the Resort is spectacular and the staff is first class.

The unit is cozy and as described, it has all you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. There's no grilling on the property and the bathroom is on the 2nd floor.

Quick getaway

Pool was great and heated. Love the service set up at the beach for chairs and umbrellas. Only disappointment was the 2 day private event that was going on there. They dominated the pool area and had an evening event where the band played till 11:30 pm.

What a Dream

I had the best time staying at Linda's home! Being by the beach is the best getaway and the Surf Lodge was the best location. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was a powerful little thing. Linda was very responsive to questions and sharing all the necessary info about my stay. I definitely want to come back especially to use the glorious pool (it wasn't open for the season during my stay but the grounds crew worked so hard all week getting it ready).

Perfect Place for Peace

Stayed in a lovely condo at the Surf Club. The owner, Linda, is such a nice person- responsive, friendly, and so committed to providing a great experience. We picked a wonderfully quiet time to be on the property, which was just as it's advertised- tennis courts, right on the beach, outdoor pool (not open yet, and weather was NOT conducive to swimming anyway). The unit was clean, well-appointed, comfy and perfectly situated for accessing town. My son said it is cozy and was so happy we stayed here. Would definitely stay again and plan to do so!!

perfect local summer get away

Our stay at the Surf Club and the condo couldn't have been better. The location is great, walked to town for dinners and just to have some drinks and relax at the brewery. The property itself is awesome, cute and clean, all we needed for my husband and I. We loved that the beach was steps away, and the pool was heated and not crowded. To make it even nicer there was a daily concierge text asking if we wanted to reserve chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach, which we did and found them set up and waiting for us in the morning! We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to have anything you would need, however with all the great placed downtown to dine we opted to just take advantage of them. The 668 Gigshack was so fun with amazing food. Highly recommend this condo and location! looking forward to a another off season rental soon!

It was a very nice stay , only the toaster didn’t work and outside light in back didn’t work and light over stove. The shower handles didn’t work well.

Great Family Getaway

This rental property was great. If I could give any advice at all to make the condo unit itself any better it would simply be to have a new mattress/bedding. The mattress bothered my husband and my back every night. It was older and too soft. That and maybe some newer comforters/blankets. Otherwise fabulous location, well stocked with items needed from home. We were a family of 3. I do think it would be tight quarters for 4. Our daughter slept on an air bed at the foot of the queen bed. She would not sleep alone. The sofa bed is located downstairs. We never tried that out. View of the pool was amazing. Very nice patio and overall great stay in Montauk. First time at this particular property and the pool will make us come back. When they say heated they were telling the truth. And it’s kept immaculate. The staff at this location does a fabulous job.

Girlfriends getaway weekend

Great location for walking to ocean and town. Linda is a wonderful host. Pool was not opened yet (mid-May), but looked beautiful. We will definitely be back again! Everything was great! Thank you Linda!

Great find!

Montauk popped up in VRBO while I searched for another location. Decided to visit and we are so glad we did! Timing was perfect- great prices and just before the vacation crowds. This property is in a well maintained condo complex just behind the dunes. It is immaculately clean, perfect for two people, would be tight for more. Easy walk to the beach and the Main Street restaurants and shops. There is an IGA for groceries. Loved having our coffee on the back porch but be aware there are lots of carpenter bees buzzing about. The morning sun was glorious ! The house is very well equipped, except no Keurig. This is a GREAT choice for a visit to check out all that Montauk and Long Island has to offer. Book early!!!
