Vi Àr pÄ 40 avskild, trÀdbevuxen tunnland pÄ en Äs ovanför staden och sjöarna. Vill du ha utsikt över vattnet? VÄra dÀck ger vidstrÀckta vyer av Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Mount Baldy och snötÀckta bergskedjor. Den "stads" stil av vÄr komplexa innebÀr att vi Àr i separata, förskjutna byggnader, ger fönster pÄ tre sidor och massor av trÀd, berg och vatten för att skÄda. Njut av lugnet pÄ vÄr parkliknande miljö med bekvÀmligheten av staden inom rÀckhÄll till fots eller med cykel. Porten till Rocky Mountain National Park ligger bara en mil frÄn vÄr dörr. Perfect condo in Grand Lake with spectacular views of Grand Lake, Shadow Lake and the mountains. Beautiful view of the morning sunrise. This condo has everything you could ask for. This is the second time we stayed here and will be back again!

Great place to stay in Grand Lake! We have stayed in Grand Lake through VRBO 4 times now, this place may have the best view of them all! Great view out of the balcony. It was great that the balcony was covered, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and view in the rain.Overall great place, good communication with owners. Close to town, just a short drive and wildlife seen from the condo. The condo is updated and modern, good bathrooms and kitchen. Feels like a mountain cabin. We will consider staying here in the future!

We had an incredible family vacation in Grand Lake! The place had a fantastic view that we enjoyed several times throughout each day. The kitchen was fully stocked, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view of fireworks

Stayed over 4th of July. Condo was in great location to get to town and perfect spot to watch fireworks without the crowds. Overall well stocked nice place.

Very nice condo with excellent views of area. Only negative I have is bed was not very comfortable. We are used to sleeping on memory foam mattress. Others may say differently.

Beautiful condo! The view was spectacular. We saw a mom and baby moose, heard coyotes, had daily visits from hummingbirds, and the lake and Mountain View’s were gorgeous! Easy to get to RMNP, and had lots of fun activities around. The condo was very clean and is fully equipped with high end dishes, appliances, furniture, and pillows to name a few. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a cozy stay and made great memories with our family!

Great view & right outside the park

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this rental and it is just lovely! The view is incredible! It’s right outside RMNP where we saw moose, elk and other animals every sunrise and sunset! Close to town with good food and cute shops. One of our favorite places!

Home Away From Home

This property was exactly as described! Amazing views of the lake, mountains and beautiful sunrises from the nice spacious deck. The condo itself was very comfortable and cozy. All of the amenities you could have asked for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to return in the fall of 2025.

Grand Lake Condo

We had a great weekend at this condo. It is a convenient location to town and the entrance to RMNP (3-5 min drive to both) and has a great view of the lakes from the deck. We especially loved all of the hummingbirds and they would come right up to us when we were out there. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable - kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (we brought our own food but there were also some pantry items already there) and the family room had games the kids enjoyed playing. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views with lots of nice extra’s

Loved the heated floor in second bath. Frame TV had impressive picture when not watching TV. Great barware, nice dishes, silverware, and glassware. Only negative is when moving in, you have to first go down stairs then up stairs to haul everything. Fireplace was thermostatically controlled which was nice on cool mornings. Would definitely consider staying there again if staying at Grand Lake. Very convenient to RMNP which was nice for entering without a pass before 9 am.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We fell in love with the views from our deck, and our guests have too! The million dollar setting prompted us to gut the interior and create the vacation rental we had always tried to find - rustic, but with great linens, towels and kitchen equipment.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Quiet, park-like setting on 40 private acres with views in all directions and abundant wildlife viewing, yet very close to town. Charming interior décor with all the comforts of home, and did we mention the views over the lake!?
