Välkommen till vår lägenhet i skogen - men det är en lägenhet, våra gäster kommentera ofta när de stiger in de tror att de är i en mysig stuga. Vi är på 40 avskild, trädbevuxen tunnland på en ås ovanför staden och sjöarna. Vill du ha utsikt över vattnet? Våra däck ger vidsträckta vyer av Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Mount Baldy och snötäckta bergskedjor. Den "stads" stil av vår komplexa innebär att vi är i separata, förskjutna byggnader, ger fönster på tre sidor och massor av träd, berg och vatten för att skåda. Njut av lugnet på vår parkliknande miljö med bekvämligheten av staden inom räckhåll till fots eller med cykel. Porten till Rocky Mountain National Park ligger bara en mil från vår dörr. Vi är på en "Elk Run" och på hösten de Bugle precis nedanför oss. Andra tider på året räknar med att se björn och räv. Distinkt inredda, vår lägenhet har helt byggts ned till brädden. Våra gäster beskriva vår egendom som "mysiga" och "romantisk". Lyxiga bekvämligheter finns i överflöd.

Home Away From Home

This property was exactly as described! Amazing views of the lake, mountains and beautiful sunrises from the nice spacious deck. The condo itself was very comfortable and cozy. All of the amenities you could have asked for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to return in the fall of 2025.

Grand Lake Condo

We had a great weekend at this condo. It is a convenient location to town and the entrance to RMNP (3-5 min drive to both) and has a great view of the lakes from the deck. We especially loved all of the hummingbirds and they would come right up to us when we were out there. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable - kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (we brought our own food but there were also some pantry items already there) and the family room had games the kids enjoyed playing. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views with lots of nice extra’s

Loved the heated floor in second bath. Frame TV had impressive picture when not watching TV. Great barware, nice dishes, silverware, and glassware. Only negative is when moving in, you have to first go down stairs then up stairs to haul everything. Fireplace was thermostatically controlled which was nice on cool mornings. Would definitely consider staying there again if staying at Grand Lake. Very convenient to RMNP which was nice for entering without a pass before 9 am.

Super cozy, feels like home

So glad we chose to stay here during our trip to Grand Lake! Super clean, quiet and cozy. This is the nicest Vrbo property I’ve ever stayed in. Usually there is a sterile, faux vibe but this place felt like a very nice lived in home. The views can’t be beaten and loved the heated tile in the bathroom! Would love to come back!

Great time at Grand Lake

We loved our stay, the view and fireworks from the deck on the 4th! Easy access to town, trails, kayaking, restaurants, grocery store and the community theatre. We will be back!

Great Stay

Our family loved our stay in this property. We have rented numerous properties before and this one was the most stocked property we have ever stayed in. The property had everything we needed, including a pencil sharpener (came in so handy for the kids colored pencils.) The mornings and evenings on the deck were amazing and the big highlight were the two moose in the field just down the road from the condo. We loved every minute of our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Adorable place beautiful views

Your hosts - Rob and Katie. We live in Boulder, Colorado and enjoy Grand Lake where we love to cook leisurely meals and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset over Grand Lake and Mount Baldy - all this after a day of hiking or fishing!

We fell in love with the views from our deck, and our guests have too! The million dollar setting prompted us to gut the interior and create the vacation rental we had always tried to find - rustic, but with great linens, towels and kitchen equipment.

Quiet, park-like setting on 40 private acres with views in all directions and abundant wildlife viewing, yet very close to town. Charming interior décor with all the comforts of home, and did we mention the views over the lake!?
