Great communication with host, they made the process very easy. The unit is in a great location… amazing views and just down the street from Pier Park. Our only complaints, and these are more-so on the resort not the host, is that the unit was not very clean. Hair on all the beds and in the showers and bathroom drawers. The towels the resort provides are old. Luckily we packed our own sheets and towels. But even with these few things we would still recommend staying here. The resort amenities are pretty nice and obviously you’re right there on the beach.

Amazing Vacation Getaway!

The property was clean, cozy and wverything you need for your beach vacation! Beds were comfy, view was amazing! Owners were very easy to get in touch with! We will definetly be back!

First family vacation

This was our first vacation as a family, Laura made the process so easy and was readily available for any questions i had. She was extremely helpful, the property was beautiful and very clean.

Perfect Place For Our Family

The condo was clean, very cute, and it had everything we needed in our home away from home. The view & beach were amazing. The owners were very kind, helpful, and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction (they even got us into the condo earlier than expected!). Highly recommend this unit!

Clean and comfortable condo

The condo was in great condition, comfortable and clean. The beach was clean and looked good. The elevators for the building can take a very long time.

Great experience

We had a wonderful week stay! The owners were kind and helpful with questions. The unit was furnished with everything you would need. It was perfect for my family three. Plus the price was so affordable. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful!

Everything about this is great! It’s a very large condominium, but unlike other places this size they actually have enough elevators and parking. The condo itself is beautiful and very comfortable, we will definitely stay here again!

A Get Away

After several years of being at PCB, it was a fantastic place with a wonderful view of the beach from the room. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. It has all the needed supplies and I particularly loved the Pioneer Skillet! We appreciated the owners and their helpfulness during our stay. We look forward to coming back again. Yes, the elevators are slow, but due to the number of people at the resort it is totally expected.

Beach getaway

I was here with family for a wedding near by. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed plus an amazing view. We actually saw a family of dolphins swimming in the water a few times. We did have binoculars so that we can get a closer look. Very cool. A few cons that i think a few of the reviewers mentioned was the slowness of the elevators, sometimes waiting 10-15 minutes. Doesn't seem like that long but with 2 kids ready for the beach it feels like eternity. The other little minor thing was the internet connection was not great. Kids were frustrated by that in the evenings but probably for the best anyway. Decreased their screen time and forced them to play a little more. Some of our family members were supposed to stay at the resort as well in a difference unit but were not so fortunate: their unit was completely unkept, covered by mold and duct tape holding up fixtures. They ended up speaking to management and getting a refund but this took up some time and they had to stay about 20 min away at a hotel. This def put a damper on the family time plans we had. So for anyone looking to book multiple units. Please do your research and good luck. Again the unit we stayed was great and our hosts were perfect!!

This is our second time staying in this unit and each time has been great! Communication with the owners is phenomenal. They are quick to respond with any questions and even called to make sure the room was to our satisfaction upon check in. Definitely book this room!

Summer get away

Laura’s home was perfect for our families needs. She was courteous, and very quick with her responses when we needed her. Our only complaints have nothing to do with this space, as it was accurately listed, and served its purpose for our stay. As others have mentioned, the elevators stink. With 30 floors, it’s to be expected to wait though. The only other complaint would be the staff of Tidewater. Several of the employees we interacted with were not happy individuals, and some just flat out rude. I tried to give grace, because who knows what happened before they clocked in.

We are Hernando and Laura Gonzalez. We live in Jersey full time near our friends and family. Hernando has two adult daughters and has retired from Law Enforcement in 2015 after 26 years of serving the community. I work in Managed Services and I love it! We love to take cruises on our vacation time and visit relaxing locations. We love spending time with our families as we believe family is the most important priority in our life.

Our Condo on the water has the best views from the 21st floor. While watching the sunrise, we plan out our activities for the day while enjoying our coffee in the morning on the balcony. When we're there we like to watch the sunset while relaxing with a glass of wine enjoying the breathtaking view.
One of our dreams in life was to own a property on the beach to enjoy through out the year, to get out of the cold and one day become our retire home. We are so blessed that one of our dreams has come true.
