Amazing location near downtown Breckenridge

Quite the cozy space with a working fireplace, huge kitchen, and private hot tub! Loved the walkability to downtown Breckenridge.

Location of property is great.Close to quick silver lift and town.One complaint would be that living room does not have pull out sofa and you have to pick up key from management company located somewhere else ( should have door code instead).Overall great stay

Perfect location

This condo is perfectly located just a short stroll into the historic Main Street. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including a well supplied kitchen and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here. This may be a condo-wide issue but the shower temperature was often mild, only 2/7 of my showers were hot. Wouldn’t deter us staying again though.

Great location

Location is great, its walking distance to all downtown without the hassle of being downtown. Parked the car at the assigned garage, all easy. I would say this is best for 2 adults and 2 kids max

Convenient location

This condo is very clean, nicely spaced and easy to find. Communication with owner was on point. The hot tub was great after shredding Breck all day. I would stay there again.

Nice Stay

Everything was great here! From checking in, we got the wrong time and were early. They still gave us our keys and pack and said they would call when it was ready. It was clean and perfect for us when we were go go go and there mostly to sleep. Would definitely stay again if we return!

Good Location

The condo was within walking distance of town. Easy to get to. There was no view from the ground floor condo. Very nice to have assigned parking spaces. The condo was clean. It was lacking some basic amenities. It would be nice to have some laundry basics and some pantry basics.

Adequate snowboard getaway!

The layout of the condo was great. Had plenty of space to relax. The hot tub was a nice perk. The bed was very comfortable and the property had plenty of extra linens. The washer and dryer was a nice surprise and much appreciated. The kitchen could have used a few extras and some new cookware. Otherwise everything was great! Would return for future stays. Communication with owner was excellent. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place.

Fair at best

The description of the pictures claimed a king bed, but to our surprise there was a very uncomfortable queen. The hike to the slopes was long, and the very, very tiny TV didn't even have basic cable. On a positive note, it was nice to have a private jacuzzi.

Great Spot For A Couple in Breckenridge

We stayed for 5 nights as a couple in our late 20's and we had a fantastic time! We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a little more updated than the listed pictures show; there was a brand new sectional couch in the living room that was super comfortable. Condo also had everything we needed for our stay other than our luggage. Communication with the host definitely could've been better however...numerous messages went unanswered about our stay until about a hour before we arrived to Breck. Also didn't have anything to say as we checked out. Just felt a little insincere honestly. Also we saw a previous review that said the bedroom window didn't lock and that was still the case in our stay. Breck felt very safe but not the best feeling in the world when feedback has been given about safety and then nothing was done about it when we were there. Other than that, we had a great time overall.

Close but no cigar

we Were told to check in early but the property wasn’t ready. We came back at the listed check in time and were told to come back at 4. When we finally got to the property. There were pubes in the shower, no parking space, hot tub ice cold and dirty and no cleaning supplies to clean anything (even dish soap). We called multiple times each day to ask what their policy was on check out/ late checkout/ extend a day also about the other issues. Not one phone call was answered or returned. The property manager answered through the app but we received no answers to our questions or compensation. He did apologize for the lack of customer service we received which was nice. Overall the customer service is what killed it for us.
